The fresh pasta noodles are just thicker rice noodles and they paired well the soup. The soup had such a deep, umami flavor and was so hearty. The shredded brisket and vegetables absorbed the broth well and were so soft and flavorful. Overall just a very simple restaurant full of hearty and flavorful soups. It felt like I was in a small Korean village restaurant enjoying local cuisine. While the food, service, and ambiance were great, the parking situation is brutal. It is a small lot shared with other businesses in the plaza and spaces can be tight for a truck or SUV. The key here is patience or arrive early. We made it before our reservation and I'm so glad we got a head start since I knew we would be on Convoy (iykyk). Overall, they really went the extra mile to accommodate a reservation for our large party and their service was above and beyond. Kudos to their team. And their dishes are worth coming back to. I especially enjoyed their Hot Stone Bibimbap and Tofu Soup (Soon Dubu) here, as well as their Galbi Short Ribs. I hope to be back again soon!

What's frustrating is that two different servers encouraged me to order the combo meal in the first place. I was dining in and also placing a takeout order, but I never received everything that was included in what I purchased. As someone who occasionally does paid collaborations with restaurants, I want to be clear that this was not a collaboration. It was simply a regular customer experience. It's eye-opening to see how some restaurants operate when you're just another paying customer. Experiences like this make you wonder whether the level of service changes when promotions or influencers are involved. Being in "ninja mode" definitely gives you a different perspective. At the end of the day, customers should receive what they're paying for--or be charged accordingly when key items are unavailable. Restaurants need to do better.

We tried the gamjatang too and it's good, but definitely come with a group because it's a lot, like at least four people kind of portion and still some leftovers. The seollongtang is also really solid, but my current favorite is the spicy buckwheat noodles. So good. Service has been great every time, everyone is really friendly and attentive. The place is clean, but the only downside is sometimes there's a strong cleaner smell that kind of overpowers the food. And parking in that plaza is so rough but even with that, I still keep coming back.
