The one series ordering the shrimp, Jumbo shrimp and octopus was not good. Otherwise everyone got out fill. Nice place, clean and not to noisy. seated at our 5:00 reservation time for Sunday. All staff was helpful. We had several stupid questions they could have rolled in the floor about. But no, they were gracious and helpful. Sides were ok, the vegetable fried rice was very greasy. I would just stick to white rice next time. You order from a tablet at your table. The items didn't come out very fast. Sometimes we'd think they forgot an order but it would just come out a lot later. My biggest gripe was that their meat scissors are VERY dull. We spent so much time trying to cut the meat. Worst customer service experience I've had in a while. No welcome in, no introduction or asking us if we've ever been there before or if we have any questions or how to order, etc. They just pointed to the table and never came back. We ordered the cheese corn which literally had 15 corn kernels in it. When we called to say there was no corn in our cheese corn the gentleman responded "that's just how we make it" and walked away. I wanted to try this place for my birthday with the fam. They don't take reservations so when we walked in around lunch time, there was no wait. Parking can be a handful since so many restaurants and shops around. They allowed 5 meats per round and we pulled the menu from scanning the bar code too. We ordered the ayce premium menu which was $55 per person. I wanted to try the wagyu brisket, galbi, and the scallop. My absolute favorite is the wagyu brisket and galbi. I really liked their huge portions (especially the wagyu brisket), but was difficult to cook on the small grill. It was better to cut the meat in small portions so they cook faster. We also tried the following: Pork shoulder (must order) Hawaiian pork belly (must order) Unagi Garlic pork belly Ohgane has plenty of options to choose from. Only downfall was the service. I used to love this place but they have lost their minds raising prices back in Aug 2025 and now again early 2026, while also shrinking the menu selection. My disappointment is really in their selection being smaller than it already was and the back-to-back price increases. Service however is always so good here and might be why I end up overlooking that. The servers are fast and get you what you need. It's also better lit in here than other kbbq spots. Came here with a friend for lunch as they have several EV chargers in this Park and Shop shopping center and my friend needed to charge her car. Food My biggest disappointment is the sesame oil that's given at table side. The sesame oil is no where near pure and most certainly mixed with another oil. The meat here is very tough and chewy, lacking in quality. Service Service is nonexistent. Most of the ordering is to be done on the ordering device. When you need help you are to press the call button, but they don't come until you press it a few times. The man who seems to be the owner is walking around with his attention on his phone. Ambience It's your typical seating for kbbq, nothing fancy. The inside is so hot. Ohgane Concord has stepped their game up big time! Tons of great new appetizers and meat options and I wish I had taken more pictures, but I was stuffing my face. $33.95 for dinner + $20 for premium, you can't really beat that. I think the Oakland spot is $68.99 and they didn't offer all of these cool upgrades. The premium got you unagi, waygu, beef tartar, marinated galbi, carne asada, SCALLOPS, a pork belly and a few other things I can't really remember. TheBEST appetizer they have going right now is HANDS DOWN, the Braised Short Ribs. Sooooo flavorful! I think we ordered like 4 and they give you a nice size portion! The gravy it's in is delicious and goes great with the rice. The meat was tender and not over cooked. I would go back strictly for that. They also added new appetizers and meats to the regular menu and I was loving those as well. Lamb cube steak, Tornado potatoes, butter baby baked potatoes, pizza corn cheese and so much more. I definitely got my moneys worth and will be back soon. Service was ok. I do think the service buttons should be on the outside of the table. Ours was hiding so we didn't see it until the end and we spent a great deal of time flagging down waiters. I am giving them 4 stars because of the cleanliness of the grills. All of them need a deep clean underneath the grill plate. So black and crusted over with soot and caked on food that it was very unappetizing to see when they changed the grill plates. Overall, it was pretty straight forward, you pick a menu and begin to order all the dishes on there whereas for drinks, you order through the servers. When the food came out, the portions were huge! There's a little bell that you ring for service which they don't bother you during your meal. Service is quick and good, very attentive to the grill and switch out as soon as it has build up when it turns black. The wait was not too bad on a Sat evening, maybe 5-10mins. New menu with more limited items, lower quality meats, and most of the sides were not good at all! Also, kids prices are only up to age 7 now, over 7 they are charged as adults! A la carte: They ran out of ginseng chicken soup :( Kimchi soup- Actually really good because it's much less saltier compared to other Korean restaurants. We ordered stir fried baby octopus but ended up with it + noodles with sauce? Not sure if we got the wrong item but that wasn't what we had in mind lol. We came in about 2 hours till closing, and they still seated us. Plenty of tables throughout, with barriers to help with privacy. An extensive menu with a very attentive staff. They made sure to check on our table despite it being very busy. They always checked if we wanted more meat, and verified our ordered before sending it to the kitchen. Service was quick, and we always had something cooking on the grill. Meat was seasoned and proportioned nicely for only two diners. one of my occasional spots when i'm craving ayce kbbq in the area! we showed up on a sunday right at opening. it wasn't busy at all, so we were seated immediately. there's plenty of parking in the shopping center. service was very attentive and quick! also, really enjoyed ordering everything off an ipad at your table. it's much more convenient. it's a great spot for family dinners, friend gatherings, or even casual dates. there's also plenty of seating if you're coming with a larger group. we usually order the brisket, beef belly, and pork belly cuts. i'd recommend the beef belly! it's the best option on the menu in my opinion. the brisket and pork belly were decent in quality, and the portions are pretty generous. corn cheese was okay, wish it was more creamier w/ the addition of a little heavy cream, butter, or milk to breakdown the cheese. i'd recommend ordering gradually so you don't end up with more meat than you can finish. read more

ACYE for $33.99 per person! (11/2024) You really can't go wrong with Oghane! So, I was going to go next door to Tang Jip or Tofu House to have some Galbi (Korean bbq short ribs) and realized that one dish of galbi is running at ~$40!!! Heck, why don't I just go to Ohgane ACYE for only $33.99 per person and enjoy GALBI FREEEDOM!?!! (was trying to avoid ACYE as not to overeat!!... oh well, too late!! lol) We arrived early at ~6pm so there's no line yet. We were greeted and seated promptly by their staff, who were friendly, fast and super efficient. The meat was fine and tasty; and the staff was helpful and very prompt in assisting with changing the grill, bringing more orders, or water/ tea. Overall an excellent dinner experience at a great value. Highly recommended!! PS and hint - be sure to order slow or try half orders so you can try out more variety without the risk of wasting food. If you like Gen BBQ, this is a step up. You get a lot more options beyond meats. This place is in a huge plaza with many other Asian restaurants. Parking is easy to find, but you might have to circle a few times. The meats I ordered were brisket, garlic pork belly, spicy pork belly, steak cubes, and marinated finger meat. I also ordered steamed eggs, japchae, ramen (spicy), rice paper, and radish paper. Steak cubes and marinated finger meat were my favorite. The steak cubes were tender and super flavorful. The finger meat is flavorful, too, but more of a chewier texture In a good way, unlike a chewy steak. Their japchae and spicy ramen were surprisingly good for being basic dishes. I didn't care for the steamed egg or the rice paper. The steamed egg had barely any flavor and was cold. The rice paper was stuck in one big glob, which was hard to pull apart. At the table, there is a variety of sauces. Try the green one. It has a salsa vibe to it, which works well with the meats. read more

Cons: seem to be shortstaffed when we visit so you'll need to push the call button more than once to remind them, wish they had more sauce options, missing a red wine pork belly like Gen, the "premium" menu is $20 more on top of the regular price which seems excessive. I came here on my birthday in October with my family and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. It took a long time for us to even be acknowledged after being seated, and the restaurant wasn't packed at all--it was just a Wednesday night. We were ready to order and had to wait far longer than expected just to get any attention. I've been here multiple times before and have always enjoyed it, but it also seems like the menu has changed since my last visit. That aside, the biggest issue was the service. Our server came off very rude and inattentive the entire time. It was as if he was making it a point to be a jerk. From the moment he came over to our table. We didn't have any utensils by the time our first round of food came out. I try to be understanding because everyone has off days, but it felt like we were being completely mistreated. At one point, our server was on his phone on the opposite side of the restaurant while we were waiting to order more food. We ended up only getting through two rounds, not because we were done, but because it was so hard to get good service. It really put a damper on what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Some people come to KBBQ to celebrate special occasions, and sadly, this experience made it clear we won't be doing that here again. We have since taken our business elsewhere & don't plan to return. We've been coming to Ohgane Concord for years !!! for birthday parties ,family gatherings and just a place to eat -- it used to be our favorite go to Korean all-you-can-eat spot. But after last night, it will be our last. First off, they raised their prices while removing a bunch of the really good dishes that made the place worth coming to...pineapple. If you're going to charge more, at least keep the quality and selection the same. You should have added more for that price!! Bad business decision. Its like charging more for a happy meal at Mcdonalds and taking away the fries and toy!! Then they came out in a touchscreen system to place your orders that takes the whole personal waiter customer experience away. Why tip?! We walked in at 8:30 PM, and by 9:00 PM they were already doing last call for meat they close at 10pm!! . By 9:15, they were cleaning the place like the night was over, which completely ruined the whole meal and our appetites. Nothing like eating while the staff is wiping everything down around you, mopping the floors , scrubbing the grills , and the place smells like straight Clorox. Hard to enjoy my excitement for grilling my own good while this is happening around me. Worst customer experience and mannn i found it rude. This was the worst experience I ever had at an establishment that was worth coming to. We expressed our disappointment to a waitress and WE usually dont do that. But last night was just totally SAD.
