I asked for the fried shrimp and dumplings and they brought out exactly 2 :) You have to got to battle to eat all ypu can and i felt bad runningg the waitress back and forth. It does change the experience overall. I will say it they have found a way to make hot pot work in a small town, which I think can be difficult.

I was told this would be authentic Korean food and I couldn't wait, as I'm Korean and miss my grandma's traditional food! We arrived around 4:45pm and the hours listed say 6pm. We went to go sit down so we could look through the menu before ordering and were told it's take out only. This was a major bummer and some of the things we wanted to order would have been difficult to eat in the car. It was also 80 degrees out and I live about 35-40 minutes from here. We still ordered cause we wanted to try it and were hungry. The food came out fast and we were also given 2 small containers of cucumber kimchi! I ordered the tofu bibimbap and I'm sorry to say it had zero flavor. If you are looking to just make it spicy, they do give you a container of spicy sauce to put on it. My friend ordered the bulgogi with rice and Ttokbokki. The Ttokbokki were delicious and were the perfect level of spicy! The bulgogi was also very good, but next time we might try the spicy bulgogi! By the way, "Kimchee" is not a misspell; it's actually the Korean spelling to the more popularized Japanese spelling, "kimchi". Kimchi is a banchan/appetizer by itself but can accompany anything to kick it up a notch.  It's also a great source of probiotics. I most often add it to my rice dishes being Asian American and all, but I am looking forward to try it on a burger next time I get a chance -- a tip I just heard from Kevin the co-owner.  Joyce ("the" kimchee girl?) & Kevin operate their business with heart and soul and I won't hesitate to recommend that you to give their kimchi a taste. Kimchee Girl takes online orders for its kimchi products, but it also sets up tents outside of its office during the week and offers BBQ lunch boxes such as bone-in pork chops, kalbi short ribs, and (I haven't tried) Kimchee dogs. All of them of course feature their flagship Napa cabbage kimchi.  They also do pop-ups from time to time at events and farmers markets.
