Saw their instagram video and was hooked on the free skin analysis. The store offered a lot of skin, hair and nail products! They even have MULTIPLE discounts offer! I saved 25% off for being 1st time buyer and a student! We initially were just curious on how our skin's condition is, but after Josephine explained what are the best products to use we were convinced to get some to prevent more skin worsening conditions. You'll also see bunch of Ohtani's face in the store, because he is one of their endorsers, and my partner was so excited about that! Wow, what a great place to shop for top Japanese cosmetic! I saw the sign and went in for a complimentary skin analysis. Virgina greeted me. She was so warm and kind. She was also very patient with me event though I asked alot of questions. In the end, she explained the skin analysis result with me. I felt so at ease. She was professional and not pushy at all! I enjoyed the whole process so much. I wish there are more stores like this in the US :-) ! In the end, I didn't buy anything since I still have my products. So before they opened they had a pop up store and I got a sample size of the decorte liposome advance repair eye serum. I enjoyed it a lot. I came here to get the full size of the eye serum but they're sold out! The staff Madeline asked for my number to let me know when they get more in stock. So hopefully by next Tuesday I'll get a phone call. She also was very helpful in me getting a comprehensive skin analysis. IT WAS SO QUICK! Also free. You answered a couple questions, scanned your face in minutes, and then bam the analysis is at your fingertips on the iPad. You also get the report on the email you provide. Everything from hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, redness, pores, and rates of aging and etc. Plus you get to see what you may look like as you get older. Maison KOSÉ just opened its first flagship store in the U.S. It's still grand opening at The Shops in Santa Anita mall. The store has a lot of skincare products that I saw in Japan. (Of coz Japan is much cheaper but the price is not too bad compare to here) During the Grand Opening, you will get a free gift when you purchase something at TAKASHIMA and show the receipt. This was my first time here, and I tried the complimentary skin analysis. I wish I got the name of the employee who helped me, but she was so helpful! She took her time thoroughly explaining my results to me. While she suggested in store products for my skin concerns, not once did I feel like she was being pushy which I really appreciated. I ended up buying two items, and since it was my first visit, I got 15% off! She also gave me some free goodies, including a full size body wash! I will come back to try some other skincare products. read more

Love this store! I was first drawn to Mason Kosé because of all the Shohei Ohtani ads (and the Decorté Dodgers trend), but now I'm sold. You can REALLY see how good the products and try all the products. It's really fun to explore here. PLUS, you can engrave your Decorté and Addiction Tokyo purchases for free- which I'm going to keep in mind now for birthdays! They engrave on site and it only takes 5 mins!! It's a feature you can't get if you were to buy he same product elsewhere online! They also have cool minimum-purchase promotional gifts. I came for a complimentary skin analysis using their machine and was very satisfied. They are located on the first floor by Nordstrom. I answered some questions on a tablet and stuck my head in their machine for about 30 seconds for the results. The results were immediate and the staff went over them with me in detail. It even tells you how many freckles you have on your face! They recommend products at the end but they don't pressure you to purchase at all (bonus points for this!). I've used some of their skin care products in the past and have been happy with all of them. read more

The first person that helped me from my first review is Josephine and she left me a voicemail to apologize for last time and invite me to come back. I am not sure if she is a manager, supervisor, or regular staff but I hope she gets paid a lot. She was the first person I feel helped out perfectly, so she's my favorite. Madeline helped me out today, and she was also great. Her attitude was good towards all the other customers in the store too. She was knowledgeable about products, gave me some good options when she told me I could get a gift with additional spending, and her cute nails matched the sticker on my phone. I purchased some more fragrance and some skincare trial set that seemed interesting. I was thinking of getting one of the cream eyeshadow sticks, but the color I wanted was out of stock.
