Bad customer service. They don't answer the phone and the staff don't even seem like they want to be there.

Cute little place we stopped in after a dinner in Red Bank. We love the easy ordering system and fun vibe.

The worker spit into my bubble tea and then served it to me :( Really disappointed with my experience and the customer service

My family was exploring and I really wanted something savory while in the area. I saw "sushi…read moreburrito" and was intrigued. It seemed a safe choice (we're allium-free vegetarians) and I was luckily right, for the most part. The place is cute with a little gift shop (this squishiest, needoh, and little toys) to the side which I was not expecting and the rest was the restaurant. They have an open kitchen, do poke bowls and drinks including boba. Plus mochi ice cream, roll ice cream, and other sweets. You place your order at the counter, pick your table, and they'll bring out your food. Sushi burritos are NOT officially on the menu but you essentially use the same section as DIY poke bowls. Same price regardless of bowl or burrito. You just pick and choose and make your own which I thought was fun. The tricky part is the sauce. They have a good selection, but the lady did not know what the ingredients were, which was... disappointing. Didn't ask the kitchen either. We ended up going with soy sauce, which was given to us in a cup on the side. The burrito is nicely sized. I asked for a number of things and you could taste them as you worked through it but it's impossible to taste everything at the same time. But it's not throughout the entire length of the burrito. It also doesn't have any additional seasoning aside from items like oshinko (pickled, radioactive yellow radish... it was thinly sliced and I couldn't see it but I did taste it when I got to it) or things bloomed their own flavor like mango so the sauce is recommended. Soy sauce was perfect, but I really wanted to try the Honey Wasabi sauce. Anyway, the burrito was good! But it was also $17. Ouch. Tofu doesn't cost that much so I did think it a bit much? There's an option for NO protein which is a little cheaper so maybe that would have been better? Good place to go to for a savory bite. Would be better if I could get fancier sauce and there was better knowledge of ingredients. That in itself makes the place iffy for the entire family. One of my kids has multiple food allergies.

Everybody loved what they ordered -- including Jjajangmyeon, Kimchi Fried Rice, and Chicken Katsu. The gentleman, who I believe is the owner, was also our server and prepared our meals. He gave us "service" (complimentary Fried Rice Cake), in addition to the usual ban chan. I ordered the comforting Doenjang Jjigae (Soy Bean Paste Stew), and two orders of Tteokbokki to share. Would definitely recommend for authentic Korean food and would visit this place again. Ring the bell when you are ready to order!

They said we could sit anywhere but then when we were seated they moved us to another table and then to another table. When we were finally seated we order appetizers; the shrimp dumplings didn't taste fresh. The wings were good though. Our entrees were terrible. The beef bowl was not good at all; the beef was rubbery and salty. The noodle bop was terrible. We never waste food but this food was just not our cup of tea. And all together our bill was $88 for food we couldn't even stomach, sorry but never again.

Have to say sometimes you can judge a book by its cover... a friend stopped in to pick up a drink…read moreand I was game to try a new place for bubble tea. I told him I love Jasmine Peach tea with lychee boba not too sweet, less ice. I just wanted a medium size. He calls me to say they do not have Jasmine just regular peach tea and no lychee boba but Kanton jelly. I was game and agreed sight unseen and no menu in front of me. He came back and I first inspected the packaging of cup, quite nice. The packaged straw looked very thin to capture boba. I took the plastic cover off and opened seal and it looked like peach oolong tea. I took one sip and boy you could tell the look of DISAPPOINTMENT on my face.. just sorry to say, awful. The straw was paper thin and I could not capture the jelly, I took a fork to the bottom of my cup and saw " worm like jelly". How a paper thin straw could capture long pieces of jelly is beyond me. The plastic dome, once I took off, couldn't be put back properly. I could not believe that this "large " drink cost $10. A complete and utter rip off. Sorry to say, I will not be a future patron. There are so many fantastic bubble tea with less fancy packaging.

I got for myself the jasmine mango coconut but at 100% sugar, I found the drink to be a little too bland. It tasted more like a mango slush than anything - too little coconut taste for a mixed drink.
