    Short rib and brisket

Food 3.75/5 Service 3.5/5 Ambiance 4/5 Disclaimer: I only have had their KBBQ option. This review will only focus on that offering. Korill Hut is a mall-side, AYCE Korean BBQ (and/or hot pot) restaurant that definitely tastes like they're better than your average mall food. The meats were of decent quality, and the sides were also quite pleasant. They also provide... butter? to help grease the grill. This was the first I've had a KBBQ place offer butter, and honestly, it helped keep the meat from sticking, though it didn't really mesh well with marinated meats. I think the one thing I could really say I was a bit let down by was the variety of meats offered. Yes, a lot of the KBBQ classics (bulgogi, brisket, pork belly, short rib) are covered, but some of my favorites - beef belly, pork ribs, and a non-marinated option for squid - are all dishes that I definitely missed. Overall, Korill Hut is on the better side of Korean BBQ in the state - they've got room to grow, but even as is, they certainly hit the spot.

Stopped in for hot pot on a Wednesday night. Our server was very nice and friendly. Fun atmosphere with kpop playing. The meat options were decent. Lots of vegetable and noodle options as well. I liked the healthy herb soup broth. This would be a fun spot to go with a group of people who like different things.

The options were plentiful and so delicious! I definitely recommend the short ribs they were so yummy! The service was very quick since this was a solo dinner. Now knowing everyone gets their own pot I would definitely go again in a group. Oooooo and the sauce bar, make sure to check it out!

We stopped in for an early lunch on Saturday with 2 adults and 4 kids. We chose the hot pot option only. They had plenty of meats, seafood, and pot stickers to choose from, but not many vegetable options. When the bill came, I was a bit shocked because the kid prices were much higher than what was advertised at the entrance (charged $17.99 instead of $12.99). After paying and leaving, I went back to the front desk to double-check, and I was definitely overcharged. When I tried to show the woman at the counter, she was very rude and chose to argue with me about my kids' ages instead of noticing that we had been accidentally charged the hot pot/BBQ price. Thankfully, our very kind server came over at the perfect time and explained that we were mistakenly charged the wrong price. The manager stepped in and fixed it quickly, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, and the staff handled the correction well--but they may want to consider a different person for the front counter. Customer service might not be the right fit for her, especially since I wasn't rude at all.

This is what Madison has been missing! I went during lunch where it is all you can eat for $20.99 which is a great deal. The meat was seasoned perfectly, the ventilation was superb, the service was great, and it's a beautiful clean place! I will be back again.

Korill Hut on the east side was pretty dang good! As someone who is part Korean I LOVEEE Korean food. I've been feeling like I wasn't able to get good KBBQ while out in Wisconsin (I'm from NJ) but then finally took myself to this newISH restaurant. I really appreciated their selection of sides and sauce options as those are very crucial parts of Korean bbq. The meat options were also endless with options including steak, salmon, and more! The only issue I have is that my favorite side includes steamed eggs and they did not have that. Otherwise, amazing food@ Now, I have to try their hot pot next.

Really good food, and friendly waiters/waitresses. Can't wait to come back and try the BBQ.

Kbbq and hot pot. Top broth is szechuan pepper and bottom is tom yum.

Love that they offer several varieties for hot pot broth, other places have only a spicy and non spicy but this place had three of each.

I sat down with my friend expecting what Im used to - I tell her we have to get a tom yum soup base and a beef broth base. They hand us the menu and... yep, beef broth, but no tom yum! I made a remark about it being a bummer it wasnt there, and was about to order the mushroom instead. But this very kind waiter overheard and very excitedly told us he'd be able to do tom yum!! For that - 12 stars. It was delicious. The beef bone broth was also stellar, i even grabbed a few spoonfuls just to drink straight up! Service is split between a waiter and a robo-water, which was interesting. You order your broth, then you can order through the phone app all you want for the table. Dont worry, you can keep ordering as you eat! So dont order it all rightaway. Youll run outta table space, hehe! Theres a small sauce bar and fruit bar and a cooler with drinks. Theres was also mini ice cream but by god we were STUFFED at the end and didnt get a shot at trying them. We ordered lamb, crab sticks, bok choy, enoki, broccoli, more bok choy, some rice, crab sticks, kimchi, more bok choy... you get it. Not my best plunder (i swear im usually adventurous) but i wanted basic GREENS today for some reason. Long winded way to say - good job Fuki!! Im impressed!! Thank you for the tom yum and fun experience.

Especially seafood and less common items ( duck blood , bamboo etc). You use your phone and click on the QR code to order the items you want and a robot comes out and brings them to you. Their broth is also much more varied then most and you can experience up to 4 broth at a time. The broths were superb and you could really tell the different flavor profiles. The only complaint was the edamame- it didnt seem fresh and was pretty fibrous- though I suspect the issue was more with the supplier then the resturaunt - hence 5 stars. Definitely would come here again.

Our waiter came by and learned that we had not been to this hot pot, so he walked us through the process. Like other hot pots I have been to, they have a sauce station with various ingredients and directions for making a number of sauces and you pick your broth(s) in advance, and they bring it to your table. You can have two separate broths in each pot using a divider. But this was different in that this is an All You Can Eat (AYCE) Hot Pot. Other Hot Pots also have options for AYCE noodles and maybe potato or sweet potato, but this was AYCE for everything including appetizers, vegetables, seafood, and meats. It was $35 per person which seemed high at first but once you realize how much food you can get it is well worth it. We started by ordering some appetizers. Honestly, I probably could have made a meal just w/those. We tried pot-stickers, pork egg rolls, fried chicken teriyaki, and shrimp dumplings. I wasn't' a huge fan of the egg rolls, they coating was pretty dense, but everything else was great. When I go back, I'd like to try the pork buns. We ordered our first set of meats as well as rice which they bring to you and then headed up to the refrigerators where they keep the vegetables, additional meats, seafood and noodles. I won't list all of the options, check out their menu, but suffice it to say it was truly impressive. I was really pleased w/the quality of the food including the seafood like squid, shrimp and fish balls. I also loved the variety of vegetables including lotus root, black fungus, enoki and king oyster mushrooms, Bok-choy, napa, and broccoli. It's a fun dining experience to cook your food in the broth. My favorite was the spicy marrow. We ordered more appetizers and more rice. There are some options for dessert but other than the custard bun I didn't try any. Honestly there were so many options to choose from, but I was so full by the time I left that I didn't try even a quarter of the different items. I would definitely go back to Hot Pot 608. A fun, tasty, and filling dining experience.

I got the crawfish, shrimp, konjac jelly, fish tofu, vermicelli, clams, black mushrooms and etc on the side.

The server who took our order was very friendly. I was hesitating about whether to add more dishes, and he honestly told me that what we ordered should be enough. He was right--we couldn't even finish it! The restaurant space is quite large, and most of the customers seemed to be students from the nearby area. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the front desk staff had a pretty bad attitude. I called earlier to ask if the restaurant was open, and her responses were impatient, and she even hung up the phone abruptly. That really affected the overall experience. Overall, the food is good and the portions are great, but the customer service at the front desk needs improvement.

The food hall had a lot of seats, and was neatly maintained. It was never crowded. Kawasaki is close to the entry of Global Market. So the first time I was there, I went straight to this place.
