I decided to speak to a representative on site, but all of the representatives ignored me and refused to speak to me. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they told me that I was not able to use the system anymore because I did not have a front license plate that was able to be picked up by the system. They even refused to manually redeem the unlimited membership for me despite showing them my active membership status. They also do not offer a barcode or code to enter into the terminal to redeem. They then said there was nothing else they could do to help me and when I reached out to their customer service I find out they don't even have an active email to contact for assistance. Thus, I wasted a $40 membership because THEIR system couldn't not recognize my car. I DO NOT recommend as they are not professional and do not care if you experience any issues. I attempted to reach out via the phone number listed multiple times but only reached a voicemail. I could not cancel the membership because it requires that you contact them, via the number provided, thus I was charged again for a membership I could not use. My only option was to contact my bank to get rid of the charge. In regard to the front license plate requirement, it seems rather restrictive and excluding given not every car has a front license plate especially if the car is registered outside the state of Massachusetts. I recommend that you (the owner) look into a back plate option.

Went around 10am weekday and there was only one car ahead of me! Recommended exterior wash first and then interior cleaning. - $28 for basic interior: windows, carpet-seats-mats, dash-console-door jams - approx 20 minutes while you wait - small clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, tv, 10 seats, bathroom - ATM The BEST part is you can see the cars running thru the wash and there is a squirt gun you can aim at the cars! So fun for the littles...and adults! This is my primary car wash, it's fast & convenient and they did a pretty good job with interior. I did have to soak up some water that pooled on the mats after but that is expected per their little hanging sign. No big deal. However, when I picked up my car I was shocked to see what a mediocre job was done. I paid $300 for a "Complete" detail and though the outside looked great, the interior had many missed spots. The nooks and crannies of the car were ignored and little effort was made to get into the small (but reachable) crevices. One of the back windows was all smudged, and the glove box was still filthy from the previous owner. I could have saved $300 and did it myself, still getting a better result. When I walked in to pay the entire place smelled like marijuana. After reaching out to Eddie he stated the marijuana smell is left from other cars being cleaned. I also emailed him with pictures and he has ignored me- it's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard a reply. I've uploaded pictures of the back window smudges, glove box dirt/dust, and the gear knob with debris. Don't waste your time or money here!!!

Cheerful and professional attendant helped me with the ordering menu and in I went. Carwash took maybe 3 minutes tops, and car was about 90% or so clean on the outside, not bad for the sixteen bucks paid, and about all you can realistically expect from any automated wash. (I always chuckle at the grumpy OCD freaks who act like it's the end of the world that their drive thru carwash wasn't perfect, lol.)
