By May of 2022, the Morawskis premiered their brand new mobile food trailer to the public. The menu consists of brisket, pulled pork, pork spare ribs, turkey breast, smoked meat sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes, mac & cheese, apple coleslaw, beans, dill potato salad, and cornbread. Morawski Barbecue can be spotted at various breweries, farms, and festivals throughout Worcester County. I recently sampled some of Morawski Barbecue's delicious food for the first time when I was visiting Tree House Brewing Company in Charlton. Morawksi Barbecue was one of three food trucks that was parked outside the brewery on the day of my visit. I hadn't had some good barbecue for quite some time, so I looked over their menu.
