I texted the number (per the outgoing voice message) and was so lucky to get a same day appointment with Natalie. I am still completely blown away at what an amazing job Natalie did. I have very VERY dry cuticles and hands and I have never had nice natural nails. Natalie had her work cut out for her and my entire experience with her has made this the best manicure I have ever had. I kid you not, every time I've had a regular manicure, the polish chipped the same day and my cuticle ended up looking scraggly within a week. This was not the case with Natalie. She is clearly an expert at her craft (and p.s. she only does regular manicures). In addition to taking such meticulous care of my cuticles and nails, Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and taught me how to take care of my nails and what to look for in a good manicurist. It is now 5 days later and I can't believe that my nails have barely chipped! They have lasted through a night of hard partying and all the hustle and bustle of two plane-bound trips since 12/9 - AMAZING.
