When the woman handed me my pup cups, she had no gloves on. She then licked whipped cream off her hand and immediately continued making another drink without washing her hands. That was extremely unsanitary and honestly made me uncomfortable. There was also an issue with the customer behind me. He ordered an iced coffee and was initially told they didn't have iced coffee. When he questioned this, the employee said it would take about two minutes to make. The customer said he was fine waiting, so it was unclear why he was initially told they didn't have it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, the hygiene practices were concerning, and there seemed to be very little effort to accommodate reasonable customer requests. Based on this experience, I can definitely understand the low rating.

The store claims that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. That is fine but why have a set championship scheduled on a day when they know they are closed? The guidelines for set champs are that they are to be held on Saturdays or Sundays. This store should not be able to hold events, and should be reported to the BBB for falsely advertising and taking payment for an event that they had no intention of holding.
