I normally love Dunkin but they need quality control. I ordered a black pepper croissant sandwich and it was literally still cold in the middle my cheese wasn't melted. I stopped in today for a couple refreshers. The kiwi watermelon. And the mango refresher. We were greeted promptly with a smile. I was able to see the donut selection and the menu bird with ease. The order was taken quickly and I rcvd my order quickly as well. The only issue I have is the parking lot. And that can't be changed. I like to come inside to order. But the long drivethrough line down the middle of the parking lot. Made it difficult to get in to park. And when it was time to leave. Same difficulty to leave. But. That is finished and can't be changed. read more

Managers yell at customers for messing up their own job. Danielle likes to yell at you when she forgets your cold foam, apparently that's worth screaming at someone to drive away. You cannot reach corporate to complain. Entire company is a joke for that. Bad enough service to refund a FREE coffee. read more

Well I gave this store another chance, and guess what?!!! No Vanilla cream donuts at 9am, but let's get to the good stuff look at the quality of the sandwich they are putting out. Every time we go here the drive thru is backed up to the street and slow. We usually go around 10am and the only thing left are dried out don't holes. This has happened for the last year. Do you think management might order more donuts or at least track to see how many customers leave with a purchase because they didn't have the product. Super Slow Service! Didn't get the order right. Twice. Too many other options to choose from

Just went to Dunkin this morning and half the shelves are empty. We stopped in for half-dozen of our favorite donut and there was only ONE on the shelf. Is this still a donut shop? Do they actually make donuts there? Not sure, but you'd think they would make more of your best sellers. Can see now why they changed name. Back in 2019, Dunkin' Donuts changed its name to "Dunkin" to reflect its growing emphasis on coffee and other drinks. You guys are not Starbucks. You're a national chain donut-shop, that happens to offer coffee too. Another thing that really bugs people, no donut prices on the wall. That's just weird. They used to post prices on the wall for single donut, half-dozen, and dozen donuts. Now nothing about donuts. 3 boards up on the wall to give you pricing for your stupid coffee combos and breakfast sandwiches. They've turned into just another fast food type place that happens to sell some donuts, sometimes. Get back to making donuts and stock your shelves. read more

If I could give 0 I would This place is never clean! Ordered a iced coffee that had mold it in! Machines are always "broken" or they are just too lazy to do anything involving hot beverages. Driving past this location is awful! The line never moves and the traffic is backed up into the street so far I'm amazed they haven't had issues from the city! DO NOT GO HERE! Someday soon I am hopefully going to get a correct order. We can only hope! This last visit I ordered two of the bacon, egg & cheese wraps and two snacking bacons. I received one large snacking bacon and two wraps without any eggs. The snacking bacon used to be crisp and lovely. This was limp and soggy. Sigh. I really only ever stopped in the early mornings before work around 6am, this staff is about 40-50% on making drinks correctly. At times they rush and add or forgot main ingredients. They have also put out poor quality food... ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese... I got a cold not toasted bagel with a small smear of cream cheese only on one side, next time I decided to get the avocado toast and hash browns and again the bread was not toasted and they forgot to give me the hash browns! Over all I'm guessing they are experiencing staffing issues but I don't stop here any more. read more

Went thru the drive thru today. First time. Usually, the drive thru is too long and I park and go in. The window cashier was very friendly and the guy that took the order explained that the sandwich now has white cheddar "if that is okay?" Nice. Ordered two of the peppered bacon croissants. The croissants were flaky, with a real egg, not the folded over liquid egg. We enjoyed them, except, the bacon was barely cooked. Didn't take a picture but should have. read more

Me and my gf come here almost every weekday morning because it's conveniently placed on our way to work. We noticed the bad service right away - incredibly rude staff. We chose to ignore it because we enjoyed our morning routine. However, we constantly receive the wrong food item, or they forget to give us something we ordered. Sometimes when we brought it up at the drive thur window, the staff would appear annoyed and angry. This week we have receive a wrong food item, or a missing food item everyday. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. The drinks are always awful. Theyre either overly sweet where it's unbearable to drink or they don't put any sweetener in the coffee. Clean location. Trash service. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got strawberry cream cheese, disgusting when the bagel is an everything bagel. This is one of the worst locations I have ever been to, they never take your order when you pull up to the speaker... They will always always make you wait until they are 'ready' to take your order. I ordered the new Charli drink as well as a small iced coffee with almond milk. What I received was nothing like what I ordered. I got a regular iced coffee with the hard crystal sugar instead of liquid and 7 shots of whole milk and got an extremely watered down iced coffee with no actual coffee, all almond milk. It's really not that hard to push buttons to make a drink..sad to say my service will be taken elsewhere. read more

This place has bad donuts. The toppings (chocolate) is always "runny" and a mess every time I go. The last one I got I threw away. (Just thrown in a bag, stuck on the bottom) Their supplier does not how to make them!!! I even tried to tell them about it, but they could care less. JUST BS. They even have an attitude about it. My order is never made right when I come here, the staff is rude & just the atmosphere is bad. I always try to give this location another shot but they never get it right. The manager was rude when I said my coffee wasn't made right, they remade it the way I ordered it the 1st time and then there was a young man there yelling out of your drive through window at me "tastes the same doesn't it! Loser!" Actually, no now it tastes the way I ordered it the 1st time and it took 3 times to put 6 shots caramel and 4 shots cream into a large iced coffee. Absolutely horrible staff and not willing to acknowledge that they didn't listen to the order the 1st time and then get made when you tell them it's wrong. I've gone there twice just this week and neither time was my order right and since I went through the drive through, I was already gone when I realized my order was wrong. My diabetic spouse ordered a black butter pecan coffee and they put both cream and sugar in it just today. I ordered a hot tea with sugar on Thursday​, they gave me a hot coffee with cream and sugar.
