Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. For $35, Ventura and Miguel had my tire patched and re-mounted within about 25 minutes of pulling into the parking lot! No issues with the TPMS afterwards either (sometimes mounters can screw that up). Don't even think twice--if you have a puncture, go to these guys. Just remember that the entrance is on Holton Ln., just before the entrance to the car wash. You can't enter from New Hampshire Ave. And bring cash, as they charge $1 for credit card payment.
