No communication, shifting excuses, and clear attempts to exploit my need for AC in Texas heat. Even if they honored the original price, I wouldn't trust the quality of work. They were recommending to replace basically everything I've done... and it just so happens, their shop is a dealer of the parts theyre selling. I passed of course. They tuned my car with very disappointing numbers, and the price was average. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor, and couldn't care less about customer service. They also didn't walk me through the tune functionality (maps, launch control, etc), they just wanted to leave. My car tuned 291 WHP. I finally got around to having a pro tune my car (you know the one). I am now sitting at 321 WHP. The dead spots in the Houston Z Auto tune were so obvious and annoying. I don't know who tuned my car, but I know it wasn't Dane. I hear Dane is the only guy you want here.
