I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.

I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure.
