My husband discovered a snake in the attic today when he went up to change a filter for the A/C. I called this company & Kevin was able to make it today to do an assessment about how the snake (and some mice) had gotten in. He was very pleasant, personable, and thorough. Kevin went all around the perimeter of the house, high & low, with his light and mirror to find any openings that need to be sealed. He will return in a few days to seal up those openings. read more

These guys were great! I have had a raccoon problem getting into my attic for the last several years and no one before was ever successful in getting it even though I paid. They were very responsive and came to check the trap frequently and gave sound advice and insight into the pest's behavior. I was so happy when I heard the trap spring on my roof at 5am. I would definitely call/use them again! But hopefully won't have to because they gave me a solid preventative advice. read more

My HOA requested a copy of the receipt. I was unaware they would need this, so unfortunately I threw my copy away. I contacted KP wildlife to see if they could provide me with another copy. They gave me a VERY hard time about throwing the original away and refused stating "a new one will not be sent as one via email does not have her signature nor the liability disclaimer". When I pressed if they still had their copy they stated they did. The original receipt was one of those carbon-copied ones so how does their copy not have my signature. I'm very confused about how simply supplying a receipt for services already rendered would raise liability concerns. Furthermore, if their copy does not have my signature on it what good is it to them anyway for liability purposes? They originally refused to even provide an email with a breakdown of prices to my HOA. When I asked them to retype up a receipt he replied "The only problem is we don't know what was done". When I cc'd my HOA on an email they did finally respond with some pricing in the email, but no receipt. Very fishy behavior and very odd business. I would not recommend it. read more

We had birds in our attic, Kevin from KP Wildlife control came out and removed the nests and sealed up all the vents. He also inspected the rest of the house for possible points on entry. Kevin was reliable and nice. I thought his price was more than reasonable comparably speaking. Before he did anything he told me how much it would cost and didn't try to hard sell me on anything. I had a bat in the house, sent an email in the evening, after business hours and got an immediate call back and a next day appointment. They did a great job of calming my fears and identifying entry points trapping and removing the bats and closing up the cracks. Kevin was on time, courteous, professional and did a great job. Our property is adjacent to wooded lots, so critters in the shed and, sometimes, in the house, come with the territory. We accept that, but finding a black snake in the basement was too much. I looked on Home Adviser and found KP Wildlife Control. I called and Kevin came to the house - for a reasonable amount of money, Kevin scoured the perimeter of the house looking for - and sealing - ways that the snake might have gotten in. He noted one spot he couldn't get to, but sealed all the others. A couple of months later, we found another snake and called Kevin again. He removed the snake humanely and we were able to get him access to the one spot he couldn't reach before (a spot under the deck). This was probably the entry point, so we cut thru the deck so Kevin could seal the last spot. So far so good. Kevin is professional and friendly - he is still the first person we'd call if we had another problem. read more

I am so pleased with this company. I will recommend over and over. I had a squirrel that thought he owned my home and I was simply a visitor! After a prompt response to my concern and inspection of my residence, Mike executed his plan. Had a Squirrel problem in my home, I called Kp Wildlife Control out, Kevin did a complete inspection of the home and determined where the squirrels were entering he then set up traps and in 2 days he was able to catch all the squirrels and I have been squirrel free. He came out when he said he would, assessed the problem. and gave me several options. We decided to let the birds mature so they can fly and then he will close up the area where they gained access.
