Korean steak and spicy pork bulgogi

Overall great KBBQ experience. We tried several types of meat and all were scrumptious. My favorite was the pork belly, my husband's was the spicy beef. The desert cakes are usually my fav part of a KBBQ and they didn't disappoint. They had some kid friendly finger foods and their little buffet. The butterfly shrimp and fruits were good but the fries and spring rolls were cold and unsavory. The husband says the kimchi was one of the better ones he's had and he's a kimchi fanatic. The waitress never looked at or spoke to my husband which we found disrespectful that and the cold finger foods were why we deducted a star. The ambiance was nice too. Y2K club vibes and music. VERY clean restrooms.

Great portion size to try items!

Fun place to have some AYCE Korean BBQ! Went on a Sunday and lots of seating! Decor is nice and like it's airy for table side BBQ! Staff greeted us and super nice! Server was good and training someone. Checked in with us frequently. You order on a tablet which was easy to use. Changed out the grill a few times. Unfortunately they didn't realize until midway that our fam was off so we smelled a bit smokey afterwards. Lots of proteins and veggies to choose from to grill. They had a few more traditional banchan (had kimchi, rice cake and seaweed salad). Wish they had more of a selection and kimchi was okay. Fried shrimp was good and egg roll was meh. Lots of sauces too but was missing prepared ones usually at Korean BBQ places. Also really don't have bowls for sauces. Love that they have the radish wrappers! Pace yourself and love the portions they give for BBQ. Make sure to also use some seasoning on your meats. A few were under seasoned. Dessert was good: sesame balls with red bean, Asian doughnuts and Mayfield ice cream cups! Restroom needed a little cleaning love. Overall experience was good. Staff were awesome - they get a 5. The even stopped by with a Spiderman shaped balloon for our kiddo.

Food was amazing. Don't wear white like I did tho. It can be messy. The service was great and they bring all the food to you when you order it on the table. No need to get up to grab food. Love the atmosphere.

Had lunch at KPOT (Korean BBQ & Hot Pot) this week and it's an interesting way to combine Chinese Hot Pot and Korean BBQ at one table. You can opt for one or the other...or for a reasonable upcharge enjoy both. Our server Jae was incredible...she explained how it all worked and made sure we had everything we needed. You can order a ton of food here, and it is easy to get a bit overwhelmed. In addition to the HP & BBQ, they still have a section (Hot Bar & Sauce Bar) where you can create your own sauces and enjoy fruit, chicken wings, gyoza, other finger foods and sweets.  While I have done one or the other...doing both is fun and satisfying when you start eating it all. Jae kept coming by to check on us, clear plates, and bring more food if needed. Overall, the food for BBQ (steak, shrimp, pork belly, etc.) was good and grilled nicely. The Hot Pot ingredients were plentiful and fresh while the broth was OK. Dining here is an adventure and a lot of fun, plus having a great server like Jae really made the time enjoyable.

This was such a fun experience. We had no idea what to expect as this was our first time at a hot pot restaurant. The server gave us a rundown of how everything worked as well as what meats he recommended. They also have a sheet posted at every table that takes the guess work out of how much time you should cook each type and slice of meat. The appetizer bar was great and they also had a huge selection of sauces. Definitely will be returning to try some different menu items!

The place to come on an empty stomach. The service here pretty much self serves. Your ordering on iPad and they bring out whatever you need. The sauce and appetizers bar self serves. Lots of tables and seating for big group. Everyone just has to agree to do both grilled and hot pot or just one. The location easy with plenty of parking space. I enjoy coming here for Korean bbq.

My mother took me to her recently favorite place to eat which is this hot pot/korean bbq place. It is all you can eat for a set price. The host greeted us and was smiling and jolly. Then they accommodated us on where we could sit. The service was decent as they don't really do much except come and pick up bowls when they are empty or to refill the drinks. They also only have beer. Later during the meal, more servers appeared and it was better. The meats and seafood are delicious and so are the vegetables. The soup base called golden chicken was savory. The kimchi and radishes were also amazing. There is also a bar where people can make their own sauces and grab desserts. The only thing I did not like was that the ice cream spoons are laid out and everyone was touching all the spoons which is a bit unhygienic. The place is definitely a vibe though with good music and energy.

The food here was good and you get a large portion for your moneys worth, also the establishment was very clean! My only downfall was the service. We had no explanation for the menu or how the pricing worked from either the hostess or waitress, also no help with cooking the meat. We wanted to do both the hot pot and the bbq (as part of our group was vegetarian, side note also only one vegetarian friendly broth available) but were charged for two meals per person even tho our table was split between one half doing bbq and the other half doing the hot pot. Also, the cocktails advertised are not served yet as they still do not have a liquor license, only beer and seltzers at the moment.

Some of the ingredients we had with our hot pots.

The place is very nice. The tables are spread out roomy and not too close. You order your as much food you can eat on a tablet and they bring it to you. I had the hot pot. They will advise you not to waste too much cause it will be charged. I enjoyed it and will come back to try bbq.

I finally had lunch here after yearning to try it for a while. It was a great dining experience. I was solo at lunch and enjoyed it but thought it would be fun with more people to share. The waiter told me to take my time, it was all you can eat. I typically can't eat enough for all you can eat, but if you are a big eater this is the place for you. It was fun to grill my food, I prefer "an experience" while dining instead of just having food put in front of me. The menu shows all the different choices of meat/seafood/veggies you can order. The menu shows small plates, I ordered too much because I didn't realize that the picture on the menu was the plate with the amount that would be delivered to my table. Some things on the menu are only available for dinner but there were plenty of choices for lunch. There was a large "salad bar" area with a large selection of sauces for dipping and cooking. It also had a small selection of ban chan dishes, and a few desserts. One thing I really liked about the food was the naturalness. Many asian restaurants have so much sauce or deep frying that you can barely taste the meat/seafood/veggie. This is straight food with you controlling the sauce levels. The ambiance was very comfortable, the booths had high walls which offers more privacy than the average booth. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A very unique and first in middle Tennessee Korean bbq & hotpot combo restaurant, Very nice and open dining room with several different options for hotpot and grill. We try both hotpot and grilled meat at the same time. Foods are delicious and full of flavor. Staffs and service are excellent. Great dining experiences, Highly recommended

Amazing service, food was delicious. The restaurant is modern decor and is very spacious! Catered to my gluten sensitivity with no issues! Gluten free options are easily identifiable on the menu :)

We visited during the first few opening days and it was packed to the brim. Despite the crowd, our service was still top-notch! Our server, Carter, absolutely killed it with the recommendations and service. He consistently checked up on us and ensured we had everything we needed even in the middle of a rush. When there was an accident with one of our beverages, the manager at the time offered an instant replacement and was extremely polite about it. The ambiance stood out with the neon lights and the fitting music. For AYCE KBBQ and Hot Pot, you definitely can't go wrong with it. The food tasted fresh and the price was fairly average. Although I do wish they offered a wider variety of banchan dishes and other sides, the main food made up for it. Overall, we'll definitely be coming back! - 10/10 for the Service and Experience

It was a good variety of food with crispy Korean fried chicken, bulgogi fries, and a couple of sides. The Korean fried chicken was the highlight of the sampling. It was perfectly crispy, but the spicy flavor was more sweet than spicy. The flavor was still delicious even with the lack of heat. The two sides paired well with both the chicken and the fries. The corn was seasoned perfectly, and the slaw was fine but nothing special. The bulgogi fries were covered in beef, and they didn't skimp on the toppings! I wish the beef was chopped up a little more, but it was nice and tender. The service was good; there was no one in the restaurant when we stopped by on a Saturday. Showing up after church, the dining area was only about 20% full. It is located in a very dismal strip mall. It is a bright spot and has not brought any life back to it. Once inside, the ambiance and decorations still make you glad you arrived. There are wonderful bamboo sculptures, vases, and flowers. On my first review, I praised the open kitchen and how you could see the chef hand pull noodles. That is covered up now because their original offering of eight different shapes made on site is down to only one. Two other offerings are NOT made on site. I ordered flat noodles and was quite disappointed. They were not made there, were overcooked and tasted bland. The broth and the meat were still wonderful. While service was excellent when they first opened, it is quite poor now. You must order off a tableside wireless computerized menu. I do not like that, preferring the nice menu they had before so I could skim and scan to zero in on my choice. When I asked if I was allowed to talk to my server, she said, "only if I am not busy". Sorry, but I like to discuss the menu options to learn more and see if I could customize my order. At the end of the meal, my server asked if everything was OK. I voiced the complaints listed above and she said, "Yea, well, that's the way it is now. You must have come when we first opened. Things have changed." One of the employees from the back made me very uncomfortable. When he was not busy (which was often) he would stand behind the counter and either cross his arms or put them on his hips and stare at the dining area. I had a very hard time avoiding his gaze. I thought his interest was on me only. I will NOT come back. There are better restaurants closer to my house. This place has really gone downhill. In fact, she said that the same owners owned another nearby restaurant. I will not be there either.

Ordering from the tabletop computer was easy, though I wish starters came out first since everything arrives as it's made. Also, I'd love if they moved the soda machines from the kitchen window--it would be nice to watch the staff make the noodles they're known for. We ordered the pork bao buns, hamburger, General Tso's chicken, and beef noodles with brown sauce. Every dish was delicious, but the General Tso's was easily the best I've ever had--perfectly balanced, not overly sauced or battered. The noodles and broth were also amazing. We were too full to finish the burger, but it was still tasty. I'd definitely come back to try more. Shoutout to Jadin for her friendly, refreshing service! Next time, leave the broth

I tried Arisu which is another KBBQ restaurant but didn't really like the vibe there. It's the complete opposite here at Fire KBBQ! Honestly loved the vibe they have going on. My family and I just went here for lunch today and it was overall a good experience minus a few hiccups. I will say their service is a bit lacking. Usually service for KBBQ is pretty quick because they're not the ones doing the cooking. But here it was kind of slow. Our waitress was nice , not sure if they had too many customers and not enough staff. Our grill also had issues lighting the first couple times we ordered our proteins until eventually it just gave out and we ended up having to move tables in the middle of our meal which was a little off putting. The food was good though. At least most of the items we tried. My top faves are defiantly the corn cheese and the spicy beef bulgogi. The regular beef bulgogi is good too. Marinated nicely and had a lot of flavor. The dishes I would probably skip on next time would be the rice cake, potato salad and spicy shrimp. Rice cake was bland. The potato salad isn't like the typical Korean potato salad you get at authentic KBBQ and the spicy shrimp didn't have much flavor. Overall our experience at Fire Korean BBQ was good and I would come back to try their other menu items. They have a lot of good options to choose from other than the unlimited KBBQ.
