If both, it's $5 more per person, which isn't bad. You order your meats and veggies to cook off of an iPad which is easy to use and the server explains everything. KPot is truly a gem! The atmosphere is modern with urban vibe decor. It's a cool place. And the service is excellent, from beginning to end. Our server helped us select our broth and gave us newcomers a lay of the hot pot land. You can order your hot pot add-ins by tablet on table-- and the food comes out without delay. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which our tablet selections were delivered to the table. Now onto the food and drink. We ordered the strawberry lemonade and regular milk teas. The strawberry lemonade was sweet but not overly so- very refreshing. And the kiddos reported that the milk teas was delicious. Now- onto the hot pot experience, which was so much fun! For broths, we tried the tomato, miso, and the spicy tom ka gha, which were all packed with flavor. Yum. KPot has a wide variety of meats and add ins for your hot pot. We tried the ribeye, brisket, beef tongue, pork, lamb, shumai, goyoza, octopus, eggplant, ramen, potato, and udon noodles. The beef tongue and the lamb were my favorites. But there was much more to try, we really only scratched the surface. I should also add that along with the all you can eat hot pot, there is also a little buffet with appetizers, desserts, and sauces. The kiddos enjoyed the freezer with ice cream options. KPot offers an all around well done hot pot experience in a cool atmosphere with fabulous service. I am certain we will be back next time I'm in the area. I'd say it is absolutely worth a visit.

This place is the equivalent to saying to Italians "Olive Garden is the most authentic Italian food" The first big red flag starting off was the fact they put parchment paper with BUTTER on top of the burner before even cooking the meat... you don't really put butter cause kbbq meat already is rich and should be delicious. The meat itself is not great. Very, very fatty and not good in quality. The cuts were cheap and they covered it with sugary seasoning. Very sweet in all their options. The best thing honestly was the garlic... and they came out as whole cloves. The sides are not great. None of it was appetizing as it was bland. Kimchi pancake is just pan fried dough. The kimchi is from a store bought jar (again too sweet) that seemed like no one wanted to so it's fermented to the max. The workers were on their phones the entire night and we had to flag them down for simple things like water refill and additional meat orderings. There were a total of 2 parties of 3 in the entire restaurant... at least come check on them frequently and change out brunt pan (parchment paper...) If you're actually looking for kbbq this is not it. If you want to go for their food because you think it's good and like it, no judgement here. Please enjoy. BUT I really do not like it when you claim to be something you're not. It's boarder line fraud...

Welp better late than never. I came across this chill, cozy, comfortable restaurant that offers way more than a chat and chew environment (which unfortunately the Exton area has more than enough off so this spot is not only welcome. It is needed!) And just so we're clear the K -BBQ as it reads on the physical sign is the same restaurant as O2 K-BBQ found in a quick Google search. The physical sign and the name that appears on the web don't match. I confirmed this with our hostess. It was previously a Red Robbins and now makes for a nice date night for its energetic vibe that offers a friendly yet playful atmosphere. Yes there are grills at each table for you cook the most delectable meats. I'm talking brisket, steak, ribs, pork belly, and if it's your thing intestine, and abomasum. I recommend trying the Spicy Tofu soup as one of your sides which deserves a chef's kiss for its robust flavor and perfectly cooked tofu Another excellent side was the Gyoza which was a mouth sensation with or without the sauce. Add to this attentive staff who ensure your grill top is switched out with a clean one so your food is cooked to satisfaction and you have a different Exton restaurant experience. Plus this spot is open until midnight Monday through Sunday....in Exton, Pa. Check it out especially if you live close to Exton looking for an evening out that last beyond 9pm.

The dining room was extremely hot and filled with smoke the entire time. Everyone at our table was sweating throughout dinner, making the experience very uncomfortable. The service was equally disappointing. Servers would come by to ask what we needed or take orders, but nothing would arrive. Their explanation was that they were busy, yet the restaurant wasn't even full. At one point, we were told they didn't have spoons available for the soup because they were busy. It's hard to understand how a restaurant can run out of something as basic as spoons. To make matters worse, the first item we ordered--a simple miso soup--didn't arrive until we were practically ready to leave. Since this is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, timely service is essential, but our second order of meat took 20-30 minutes to come out. By the time it finally arrived, we were already getting full from sitting around and waiting. I've been to many all-you-can-eat restaurants and have never experienced delays like this. Between the uncomfortable atmosphere, lackluster service, and excessive wait times, this was a very frustrating dining experience. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this restaurant.

I was staying in a nearby hotel and drove by almost every day for a week and decided it was time to try it on my last night in Lancaster. When I got there at about 5:45pm there were just a few tables occupied and it was easy to immediately place an order (you can order at the counter, or on a kiosk). I placed an order for japchae noodles and then a 5pc of drumsticks. It ended up being way more food than I bargained for and so I took most of the japchae to-go. The wings were made-to-order and had the characteristic double fry and then were bathed in a yum yum sauce. It was very good and not overly spicy. The japchae was fine but didn't have quite the same star power that the fried chicken had. The noodles were soft and portion was large though which was good. By the time I left about 30 minutes later, the restaurant was packed and there was a line to order that was nearly out the door. I can understand why this is a popular place!

Everything was delicious, from the apps to the dishes, and definitely very healthy portions! Service was pretty good as well, with attentive staff despite there not being a whole lot of them. The food is Korean-inspired with some fusion elements, and all of it was nicely executed. Fried chicken bites were a pretty big hit, and the pork buns were good as well - crispier than usual, but still really good. Toppoki was nice too, and have to say that calling it rice gnocchi is pretty smart to make it easier to understand outside the Asian POV. Kimchi paella was essentially kimchi fried rice, but tasty and filling, and the scrape off parts at the bottom, that's rice gold right there. I don't always eat rice, but when I do, I prefer slightly burnt at the bottom of a stone pot. Second visit, I went with fire chicken, which is tasty and has some kick. I did notice that my not Asian colleague was asked if he was sure about the three fire symbols, but I was not :P Space is pretty nice inside too, a nice combination of old and new; the bathroom was nice and clean, and the general feel inside is casual but elegant. I wouldn't be opposed to returning, but would need to know much more about allergy protocols and awareness, which admittedly isn't always a strong point in Asian cuisine.

The restaurant is a very short walk and an excellent option for pre-theatre dining. I only had a couple items as this was lunch, and both were excellent: Mango iced tea - 5/5, not too sweet, an excellent choice for a hot summer day Pajeon - 4/5, solid offering, still nothing beats the green onion pajeon I had in Seoul Korea Bibimbap - 5/5, a generous portion of bibimbap ingredients and an option of gochujang or soy garlic sauce to add on top of the fried egg. Delicious! Service was great too, I'd happily come back and try more items from their menu next time I'm in the area.
