As a couple planning for our wedding, we kept seeing our budget ballooned up as we signed on more vendors. We hesitated when we were considering signing a "the day of wedding coordinator". We didn't want to add more charges on top of what we were already spending. But as we got closer to the actual date and our itinerary for the day of our wedding got more and more complicated, it became more apparent that we needed someone to help run the show for us. We could plan everything out as best as we could, but we needed help executing all our plans. Our family and friends deserved to be able to enjoy the events with us as well rather than worry about the execution. We were glad that we enlisted the help of KQ Elements to handle our "the day of wedding coordinating". Although KQ Elements was our "the day of wedding coordinator", the team was involved with the planning from early on. Espy was flexible with her schedule in order to accommodate our busy schedule and met with us 2 weeks prior to our wedding at Tebo at 9pm til close to 12am. She spent time going over a detailed itinerary for our day of the wedding. She was patient and checked in on us frequently as we got closer to the big day to make sure that we had everything in order and so we could update our itinerary as we finalized everything with our vendors. The week prior to our wedding, we met again with Espy and Jayden at KQ Elements' showroom to go over everything in details. Espy and Jayden provided us with a lot of valuable advices/ideas since they helped host so many other events/weddings prior to ours. Before the wedding, Espy helped coordinate with all our vendors to make sure they would carry out everything that was outlined on our contracts. KQ Elements team was on point with everything on the day of our wedding. Our wedding day started with a tea ceremony, the wedding ceremony at church, a wedding party photo shoot at a local park, and the reception at the hotel. KQ Elements' team of 3 coordinators communicated through headsets to make sure everyone was on schedule at all times. They were always calm, on task, and at the same time respectful to everyone involved. Even though we had so many events packed into the same day, we were always on schedule and everything went by very smoothly. We truly appreciate the work that KQ Elements team, especially Espy, did for our wedding. They were always professional and went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding came out exactly the way we envisioned. There were many other little things Espy and the KQ Elements team did for us on the day of wedding that will take too long for me to list them all out. If you are on the fence on getting a "the day of wedding coordinator" since that will be an additional expense to your budget, my advice to you is to get one. Having a "the day of wedding coordinator" will help take so much stress off you and your family/friends and you will more likely have a smooth and successful wedding. Jayden is awesome! He is sweet, professional and exceptionally experienced. He had helped me with my wedding ceremony at a temple. I didn't even prepare a thing for this morning. All I know was waking up at 5am to get my make-up done and be at temple at 8am. By the time I got there,he was already there and got everything arranged. My entire families, friends and I were clueless. We just listened to his guide and got through the ceremony without a flaw!!! Then, at my wedding reception, he said my candy section looked plain. He asked my sister to get some blue food coloring and dry ice from the closely supermarket. How simple! He revived the scene! The blue water was bubbling with some orchids floating on top. It has been 3 months since we had our wedding. We haven't forgotten how KQ Elements made our wedding event unforgettable. They were a tremendous help to us from start to finish. Looking back at our wedding, we realized, we could not have done it without this vendor. I, (the bride) initially was skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator and a wedding event planner/decor because I thought I can pull everything together myself. WRONG!! From much convincing from my family and friends, I gave it a second thought. As it turned out, it was the best decision Joseph and I ever made to go with KQs. They were truly amazing with their professional work: bouquets, draping, lightings, chair covers, and overall coordination. You make one stop and you get the best of everything! Jayden's is an amazing floral designer! His work is impressive! Our wedding ceremony at Coyote Hills and at the reception was magnificent! All of my family and friends all commented that this is one of the most beautiful weddings to have been to. I totally agree! The colors were on point and he made our theme more classy than expected. Jayden was the florist for my wedding, which was held on the boat in Newport Beach (electra cruises). He and his team transformed the simple, empty space on the boat into a beautiful, elegant, and romantic place for my ceremony, dinner, and dance floor. I like his creativity and intuition as he's a good listener and in tune with the flowers and style that reflected my personality. When I was looking for wedding flowers and designs, I had no idea what I wanted, but Jayden after talking and interacting with me, suggested flowers and arrangements that reflected mine and my husband's style. My husband and I LOVED our wedding so much and we have KQ Elements to thank for making it possible! We first went to KQ for our flower arrangements and Jayden asked us if we had a day of coordinator. At first we weren't sure about needing one at all but after a few thoughts and considerations, we decided to sign an additional contract with KQ for a coordinator. LET ME TELL YOU, it was the BEST DECISION we made for our wedding! We were introduced to 2 coordinators, yes 2! Not 1 but 2.. Hannah and Espy were incredibly helpful through the ENTIRE process. I went to KQ Elements to try on their Pronovias dresses and had the most amazing experience! Espy was absolutely the most attentive and sweet person; working with her was a pleasure. I went with my mom and 2 aunts who are a handful of attention, and Espy was so engaging with everyone. Espy helped us pull dresses and took pictures of everything and us. After I found *the* dress (!) Espy was incredibly responsive via phone and email. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with KQ Elements and Espy in particular. My wedding was February 3, 2018 and I can't believe I'm just barely writing a review. I initially came to "Kimchi flowers" because a friend of my mother's had great experiences with them. I scheduled a floral consultation and I met Tammy. She was so fun and easy to talk to. I had a few Pinterest photos to show her but I didn't have a specific vision for my wedding flowers. She was so knowledgeable about which flowers were in the pictures and she was also able to suggest replacements if there wasnt a flower she could provide. But my truly great experience was using Tammy and KQ elements for their coordinating services. Tammy was my coordinator and she went above and beyond to help me in the most stressful time right before my wedding day. She was so quick to answer my texts and emails, she created rapport with my other vendors, she even ended up consoling me on a particularly tough day of wedding errands. And on the day of the wedding, i felt like she and her assistant were two steps ahead the whole time. I can't imagine how I would have gotten through the day if she hadn't been there. My husband and I hired KQ Elements for coordinating services for our wedding on 4/7/18. Tammy was our Day of Coordinator and she was absolutely the best! We couldn't have asked for a better planner. I initially wasn't going to use anyone because I thought I could handle the planning alone, but it eventually got overwhelming! We couldn't afford a full on planner, and since most of the big things were already done/booked, we figured a Day of Coordinator would be perfect for us. I reached out to several different vendors and most were unavailable or too expensive. I eventually found KQ Elements on Yelp and Jayden (the owner) booked me with Tammy and the pricing was very fair. The day of coordinating service consisted of one month's worth of planning, helping with ceremony and reception set-up, timeline, working with vendors etc. Tammy came to my wedding rehearsal, worked on our timeline until we were satisfied, handled all of our decorations, made sure we were on time, kept us calm, put together our candy/dessert table and so much more. Her assistant was Espy and she was great too! They made sure we were well taken care of and our whole day was soooo smooth. We received many compliments from our wedding guests about how caring and attentive Tammy and Espy were. Tammy is also fluent in Vietnamese which is great if you need someone bilingual like I did.
