They brighten the room and actually engage with the older kids, my girls specifically go towards the end of the week when we can find those 2 girls. The art at the entrance is my personal favorite, so inviting, with the kids name, it really stands out and makes my girls and other kids I hope feel welcome. Love how they have games going on and music to keep the mood up! Lately the kids club has been under construction, which looks bad on the grass area, not to mention it's been 3 weeks it's been overheating in there due to AC not working, poor kiddos and poor girls working shifts! Chuze do better and treat them better! Why not close down to figure it out. Besides those points, this Kids club is very bright, my girls say it's always clean in there and very inviting. I appreciate how the girls engage with them, my kids say they always ask how's school? How are you? , it makes me feel good about dropping them off while I work out. I also talked to the supervisor in there and she is lovely, great kids club, great space and very beautiful art around, makes the place look nice! Thank you Kids club girls!

I've been a member at this Chuze Fitness location since they first opened in Rancho Cucamonga, and…read moreoverall I really do like the gym. That's also why some of the changes over the years have been disappointing. When this location originally opened, one of the BIG reasons I signed up was the 24-hour access. Obviously COVID changed everything for a while, but years later, I'm disappointed that the gym never returned to the hours it had when I originally became a member. With the more limited hours, it also feels like everyone is trying to squeeze their workouts into the same windows, and the gym can get ridiculously crowded. I understand gyms need memberships to operate, but at some point I think there needs to be more consideration for capacity. There are times when it feels like there are simply too many memberships for the amount of equipment and space available. It can make getting a normal workout in frustrating. Cleanliness is hit or miss. The employees are okay overall, although the friendliness at the front desk can be inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get a hello or goodbye when walking in and out, other times not so much. There are still plenty of things I genuinely enjoy here. I LOVE having access to the sauna and steam room, and when the gym isn't packed, I really enjoy working out here. I've stuck with this location since the beginning because I like Chuze. I just wish some of what made this gym so great when it first opened--especially the extended hours--would come back. With better hours and some attention to overcrowding, this could easily be one of my favorite gyms again.

I came in with just a daily pass from my membership, and they let me in with zero hassle -- super smooth experience from the start. I was there for about three hours and got a solid workout in. The facility itself is really well kept -- restrooms and locker rooms were clean, which always makes a difference. The building looks great overall, and what really stood out was the outdoor workout area. They've got this artificial grass section that's actually really nice to train on -- it gave the place a unique vibe compared to your typical gym. The people there were also friendly and chill, which made the whole experience even better. If you're traveling or just want a good gym to drop into, this spot is definitely worth it.

This really should be a 1 star, but I want to be fair and see if EOS can remedy the leak issue any time soon. If so, I would bump this to a 3. PROS: (there are more than these, but these are the items that made it worth joining vs. other gyms or just training at home) Cheap -8 squat racks/olympic lifting platforms with plenty of bumper plates -2 Concept 2ski ergs (repaired quickly when broken) -3 Concept 2 rowers (repaired quickly when broken) -3 Assault Air Runners (Many times one of the monitors is down, but not a lot of people use these so there's typically at least one in working order that is available) -1 Assault Bike (been broken for 9 weeks; obviously not repaired quickly when broken) -Tons of dumbbells -Decent assortment of kettlebells -Love the turf training area with plyo boxes and the sled -Sauna and steamroom -Very crowded (no one's fault, and this is also a good thing because people are getting out and training!) CONS: -The Assault Bike has been broken since late April. So actually closer to 11 weeks. At this point, just move it off the floor if it's not going to be fixed. -There are ongoing, unresolved leaks in room with the squat racks/lifting platforms (see photos). I didn't start to really pay attention to this until around March, just because it would be frustrating when people are waiting to use a rack and one or more of them would be closed off with signs and a bucket. But there have been ongoing leaks since FEBRUARY AT LEAST. Then it started to be every single day. At this point we are not even bothering to put the "CAUTION WET FLOOR" away (when a spot isn't actively leaking, the signs are folded up and leaned against the wall). One of the lifting platforms has what looks like wood rot where one of the leaks is. I originally thought it might be condensation, but I realized that this area is directly below the lockerooms, showers, steam room, etc. Steam room was also out of order last I checked. I would not be surprised if there is currently a mold issue, and if there isn't, it's a matter of time. The facility looks beautiful from the outside, and is generally nice on the inside. From walking by, you would never know that one of the rooms has been leaking for months. -Finding matching kettlebells is often like looking for one of a pair of socks. There are only single pairs in many of the weight denominations, and as long as you are willing to hunt upstairs, downstairs, in the squat rack area, and outside in "The Backyard," you can usually find the one you're looking for. Not always, but usually. -Dumbbells and DBalls are scattered everywhere throughout the facility. Other than creating a mess this is not a huge deal because there are SO MANY dumbbells here and I only use the 20lb. Dball. Demonstrates a lack of respect for the facility though. I realize it doesn't take many people to mess this up, but it also doesn't take many people remedy this. I have respectfully reported these issues (with the exception of dumbbells being everywhere) to the front desk on several occasions, and I welcome the opportunity to speak with an operations manager.

I told him on the way out see you tomorrow since I had a 3 day pass and this is the proof in my email. Yearly price was around 550$ which is significantly more than 24 but it's a nice gym, he stated before the pass was over there's a deal that's 400+ a year with no annual fee. I walked in right now and he refused to allow me entry saying he couldn't give me a 3 day pass, he allowed me to go in after I showed him this, Brendan just stated to me that he said "see you tomorrow" as he thought I was gonna sign up which I never committed too before finishing the three days pass. All in all it's a very nice gym, and I understand he wants his commission, but how many people has he turned away with a 3 day pass? If you look thru the comments I see other comments that say he's turned them away from the their 3 day pass as well, which sadly he's making it look like LA Fitness is false advertising on their website that you can get a 3 day try out, but he's turning people away. In my years of training Muay Thai in different Dojos, and then going to different gyms in the years from LA, to 24, to Chuze I gotta say Brendan seems to be the worse example representing a brand in gym leadership. Honestly seems like he wants to strong arm you to sign up or leave right then and there.

I had to laugh when I read the poor reviews because I rate the Rancho Cucamonga LA Fitness among the top five I've ever trained in over the years. Brendan and his staff are professional, courteous, and represent the best image of LA Fitness. My fellow members are very nice people. No riffraff-- which suits me just fine. It's worth paying the price to be a member of this gym and I highly recommend you check it out. In contrast, 24 Hour Fitness is a rat hole. It smells like a dirty wet shoe. Terrible experience at this neglected gym!…read more I joined this gym on the beginning of this month (April ) and got my membership canceled by the owner 12 days later which I only used the facility 3 days to workout. I have multiple gym memberships from commercial to private gyms and this was a first. I always clean and unload the machines after each use and this day was not a different day. I was approached by the manager of the gym which is the owners brother in a disrespectful way, telling me to rerack the weights from previous machine which I clearly unload the machine, but the gym does lack on weights stations to unload to it, so I left on the side of the machine organized which he told me to put where I got them from, which was from walking around the gym grabbing from machine to machine and I told him that it doesn't make any sense when they lack on stations to drop the weights on it. Although I went back and did what he said. I pay to go there not to work there. 2 minutes later as you see the screenshot, the owner Mario texted me saying it is courtesy but them is rules which is not on the contract anyway. So they canceled my membership when I didn't even left the machines loaded or weights on the floor. Unfortunately this was a act of discrimination from the manager to me as a person as there was one other dude earlier time leaving all weights on the machines and nothing was said. I was going to cancel the membership on Friday due to this gym been neglected for long time. Machines are mostly ripped off , tapped or some broken. Machines are on top of each others or next to the walls with wires or ladders next to or impossible to load them, so many hazards. Bathrooms are dirty and trash all over the place most the time and barely anyone at the gym. Men's locker room is a mini one dirty with broken toilet and main door doesn't even fully close. What you see on IG are all filters and angles, they clearly misleading people, I joined online on their website from social media, as if I add gone see it before in person I wouldn't ever join it.

The layout is a little weird and can feel overcrowded at times but I feel the negative comments on that are a little over blown. The music can also be too loud on some days, to the point where you can't even hear your own music with headphones on but I do appreciate the fact that customers are allowed access to the aux. Another gripe I had, which was a big one considering how much monthly you were paying was that several machines would be out of order on a consistent basis especially in the cardio department, as well as a urinal in the men's restroom. It's been a few months since the last time I was there, so I don't know if that's been resolved by now or not. Owner is a really cool guy and was very responsive to all my inquiries and messages. Main reason I'm not going here anymore is because of a one-off, petty dispute my friend had that was both initiated and escalated by a trainer working there but outside of that, it's arguably the best gym in the ie.
