First timer to Krave for breakfast this morning and can we say delicious, MASSIVE portions!?! My beloved had a fajita omelette which took up an entire oblong plate. We expected strips of chicken (fajita and all) rather it had ground chicken - the texture fit perfectly with the veggies and HUGE bonus, incredibly delicious! The omelette came with a large portion of hash browns and toast or pancakes (he got the pancakes, again winner!) I had the chicken and waffles - seriously the fried chicken was 4 large pieces, 1/2 a chicken (leftovers for dinner tonight), and waffles, 4 big ole pieces with big ole flavor. We went late night before our day of Fasting for Ramadan, and the place was packed!! I knew off the bat that was a sign the food was going to be on point. I got the waffle breakfast, and oh boy it did not disappoint! Hands down the best waffles I've ever had. Turns out not only was our food on point, but service couldn't be better. When I tell you they were hustling to make sure everything was taken care of I am not lying. Our waiter was amazing, didn't miss a beat. Walked in on a weekday morning and we were the only people there. (We actually thought it was closed from the parking lot) Menu is is large but not overwhelming, great, fun choices. Ordered Krave Skillet, and Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast breakfast (great deal, comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 links, potatoes and a very generous portion of French toast) Portions are HUGE. Prices are very reasonable for quantity of food. Presentation is ADORABLE. (Everything is square, even the pancakes- SO CUTE!) Couple of issues- The potatoes are not fresh, they are rewarmed. So is the sausage. So is the bacon. Pancakes and French Toast seemed made ahead and reheated as well. Really disappointing, considering how unique the choices are. I felt like I was eating leftovers from a buffet of something. Other issue- The ladies room was DISGUSTING. Like, I didn't want to TOUCH anything in there level of disgusting. There is only one stall, the other is "out of order" but looks like it's being used for storage because there was a bunch of junk in there. There is only one toilet in the ladies room. The garbage can in the actual stall was OVERFLOWING. (This is a ladies room, you know what's in that trash can??) The trash can beside the sink was overflowing and the soap dispenser was empty. Remember I said there was NO ONE dining in that restaurant the entire time we were in there at 930am, there is absolutely NO reason for the restroom to look like that. Absolutely delicious food!! Super clean restaurant. Excellent service! Had the Chicken fried Chicken and it was soooo good! My husband had the burger and fries, it was yummy too. Will definitely be back again when we are back in the area. The breakfast looked amazing, will be trying the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes next time. So disappointing! From others reviews I was thinking this place would be great. Wrong. Right from the start... we sat at our table for a solid 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. After we got our coffee an employee approached and introduced herself as our "balloon artist for the day", it was just odd. Then the long wait. 30 minutes until a cup of soup came out. The chicken enchilada soup was really good, I'll say that. Our food finally comes, and it's luke warm at best. The plates were scalding hot, like they'd been sitting under heat lamps, but the food was not hot. Bacon was super fatty and barely cooked, sausage had a funny taste like it had been microwaved. One of us ordered no onions in his dish and it was loaded with onions. Another's skillet had tons of green peppers, more than any other ingredient, and green peppers weren't even mentioned on the menu. We told the waitress and she said "Oh I didn't know it would have onions." and didn't even offer to have it remade. She did remove it from the bill at least. Lastly, but not least, as go to leave the Manager (owner?) is walking around the floor with no mask on. It was already apparent that they are seating at 100% capacity, despite restrictions currently in place. Definitely will not be back and will recommend against this place to everyone. read more

The soup was average broccoli/chz but the philly Stromboli was very good although it needed more red sauce to be perfect. Absolutely terrible service l was so excited to give this place a try, waited for OVER an hour after being told a 20 minute wait. We walked out and so did a couple other families that were waiting. The hostess had no clue what she was doing, and sat 2 parties that just walked in, even though there were tons of people ahead of them waiting for long periods of time. When she was called out on it by several people she proceeded to tell them that the "head chef" told her not to seat more people cause they couldn't keep up in the kitchen. No idea what that had to do with her going out of order, or how seating people who were already waiting would throw off the kitchen. It was moderately busy but not slammed. Just extremely unorganized. People were complaining as they checked out as well, so I won't even bother going back another day to try it out. read more

Wow! So much to say, first 1 waiter for the entire restaurant on a Friday. Out of 5 people 4 of our silverware was filthy all still had food stuck on it! When we told the staff it took them 15 minutes to bring us new silverware. (this was after our food was already served) Waiter completely ignored us the entire time we were there (only 4 tables of customers) Now the food. On the website they have this whole paragraph on how great their Philly is. that everything is flown in from Philly to make it. I promise you whoever wrote that and made it has never EVER been to Philly and had a actually Philly cheese steak! Well they got the bread right. Biscuits and gravy was completely flavorless. Sausage was not sausage it was chicken sausage because of the owners are Muslim. They could at least tell people that its chicken. BTW HORRIBLE! pancakes were actually good. Fruit flies everywhere . I killed at least 10 waiting for our food. I did notice that several other tables sent their food back. The owner or manager was at the counter when i paid. Was completely clueless to how horrible the experience was! But i can honestly say i would go back if i was offered free food there for life. read more

We kept seeing this restaurant show up on social media so we decided on trying them out. Quiet naturally we went on Mothers Day so we expected the wait. We waited about 30mins for our table to realize that people that walked in with us had already been seated and enjoying their food mind you their party was much bigger than ours. We sat to realize we had been waiting an hour for our food to arrive at the table. There was commotion going around the restaurant because others also noticed that "others" got their food before we did and the waiters reasoning behind this was that they preordered their meals.... Right...????? How does one preorder a meal and still sit down in the restaurant to have that meal and why wasn't the rest of us given that option instead of having to wait over an hour to be served. There were a few items we had to send back but overall it was okay but me and my family will NOT be returning to this business as in seeing how we are treated compared to "others" read more

We are regulars here and today on new years day we were treated unfairly . There service was incredibly insulting for people who frequent the establishment frequently and are know by face. We arrived at 1 with 4 tables ahead of us and were given a beeper and was asked to wait in car. After sitting in car and watching people walking in and out the whole time. And people arriving much later than we were given table when confronted after 1 hr the host said so what. I said are u fuking kidding. He said so what. I will never go back there again. Ever. And I will tell everyone I raved about this place to go never use it again.
