My journey to try all boba tea cafes in Orlando continues. Today I stopped by Krave while I was in the Winter Park area. Had to wait in line for a bit which made me realize just how popular this spot is. While I waited I looked around at the small but cute interior. There's only about 3 or 4 tables here if you're looking to enjoy your drink inside. When it was my turn I asked which milk tea they recommended between the brown sugar and the Thinker butterfly tea. The cashier let me know the brown sugar boba milk tea is what they are known for so I decided to give that a try. At first it didn't catch the brown sugar boba at the bottom, make sure to give it a shake. Once I tasted it, was definitely delicious. I hadn't tried this type of boba yet. To be honest I thought it would be too sugary-- it was but less than I thought. I tend to gravitate towards floral bubble teas so this was definitely different. Next time I gotta try the Thinker because it really did look as nice as the photos in person. Prices here were actually very reasonable, my drink was just under $6. Some places I've seen them over $7 for the same "upscale" bubble tea, so bonus points for Krave. Hope to stop in again when I'm in the area. read more
