This is how they APPLIED LUBE, ridiculous

WORST DEALERSHIP, WORST SERVICE EVER They charged me ridiculous amount of money for the issue they were not able to address and tried to charge me even more. Also, they did not inform or provide me of the approximate quote prior to continuing with any service. On top of all that, during all 3 times I had to go there to drop off my car so they can try to do NOTHING, the condition of my car when I got it back was a DISASTER, TERRIBLE. The first time, they did not put the floor mat back in my car and did not even remember where they put it. Second time, the components and fabrics of my trunk was just left there without properly assembled back to how it was supposed to be. And finally, on third time, they told me that they had put lube on the metal part of my back seat and when I opened the seat, the lube was just dumped and smeared all over. The photos attached show how they applied lube to the metal in my car. I would NEVER RECOMMEND and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY to this dealership. Their customer service is beyond horrible and I cannot even describe this level of poor quality.

    Pinion nut backed off.

A 6 hour wait for an oil change while I wait seems a bit ridiculous. I will never come here again.

I went into their location after having been in a serious car accident that resulted in my car being totaled. I had only had my previous vehicle for a few months, and was not looking forward to the experience of buying another new car, however Brandon Lahn, my sales consultant made it an easy experience. From the moment we first met, he NEVER used any high pressure sales tactics. He was understanding of the situation I was in, the need for additional documentation due to my previous vehicle being totaled (insurance forms, getting plates transferred, etc) and worked with me to find an incredible vehicle at a price that was far better than I ever could have dreamed of. Then I was placed with the finance representative Cal, who also was a non high pressure, very straight forward, decent individual. From the start of me deciding on the vehicle I wanted to the time I drove off of the lot in my new car, it took 3 hours 30 minutes. I had an incredible finance rate, an even better vehicle that I had before and felt like I had been treated with respect, decency and like family. I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy another vehicle. Twins Buick GMC has earned my business for life.

I told him that I had very little time to come to see the Mazda 3 in person today, advertised for $1,500.00, because I had a important appointment to attend, in just a couple of hours. I asked him why this vehicle, which looked very nice in the Autotrader ad, was selling for such a low price. He assured me that it was just because it was getting near the end of the month. I told him that I would come directly to the dealership, to pay a cash deposit to hold the vehicle, until I had some more free time to complete the sale, and required paperwork. I drove to the dealership, which took nearly 1/2 hour, in heavy traffic. Once I got there, a "sales representative" approached me, smoking a cigarette, and asked what vehicle I was interested in? I told him that I was there to see the tan Mazda 3, to which he said "oh, that car already sold last night". I told him that I just spoke to a phone representative , who assured me that it was still available. He didn't seem to care, so I had a few choice words for him about his company wasting an hour of my time, to come to see a car that was not even on the lot. My thoughts: The local phone number listed, went to a call center rep, who had no idea of vehicle availability. This car was listed for a price that seemed too low, and too good to be true, and was only being used to lure in unsuspecting customers. In other words, it was the oldest trick in the book, used by many unscrupulous businesses of common bait & switch advertisements, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. In conclusion, I will say that I would never personally purchase any type of vehicle from Columbus Luxury Cars, L.L.C. It seems that other people have also felt the same way about this dishonest dealership, based on their very poor customer ratings.

He walked off and never came back and had one of his co workers come out and tell me they couldn't find the keys. Stay away from this place. Their automated phone system repeatedly hung up on me after long hold times -- and that was the only way I could get updates, since they never followed through on promised callbacks. My service rep, Alex, repeatedly told me he would call with updates, yet I never received a single one. At one point, he claimed he had tried to reach me multiple times, but it turned out he was calling my parents' old home number -- a line that hasn't existed for years. I have no idea how they even got that number, especially since all my interactions with them had been through my mobile phone. Not only was the communication abysmal, but the sense of urgency was nonexistent. My car sat there untouched for the entire first week because they hadn't even started diagnostics. When I called for an update, they couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system. After finally determining the car needed a new engine, I was told there was no way to get a loaner in the meantime. Then, when they said it was finally fixed and ready for pickup, the check engine light came back on immediately when they pulled it up -- right back to square one. Having no car, no communication, and then being expected to pay for something they missed in the first place is unacceptable. This dealership clearly lacks organization, accountability, and respect for its customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other Kia dealership.

First of all, when you set up an appointment, you can request a loaner car, so that you don't need to wait there for the car, and I didn't have to miss work. I also saw a different rep ordering someone an Uber for a different customer because who didn't have appointment so there wasn't a loaner available. Secondly, I originally went in for a transmission flush. While I was at work, I got a text and email of the inspection they had done. The inspection was really easy to read, and gave me different levels of recommendations for other things that needed to be done. Some things were urgent, and some things were needed soon, but not urgent, and there were some things that were for maintenance only. On my lunch break, I called my service rep, and he was able to talk me through all of the things on the report, and explain things to me, because I am pretty illiterate when it comes to cars. I ended up also getting my drive belt replaced as well. But my rep made sure to let me know what the price would before I decided to go through with it. At the end of my work day, I drove my loaner car back to Luke's and picked my car up, and was on my way. Overall, the inspection report, and the loaner car I think is what really separates Luke's from the rest. When I've taken my car to get an oil change or the tires replaced at other places, i've always had to wait in the lobby and its a waste of time. I lost no time with Luke's and knew exactly what was happening to my car. Take your car to Luke's if you want incredible service.

The issues started some time ago when Luke recommended power steering service to my vehicle. The…read morecost was over $4,000. It was so high that whenever I went in there for additional service later, the customer service rep would remark about how much they had charged me for the work. However, despite the high price, the power steering system there after failed. Since the repair was still under warranty, it did not cost anything other than my time to get it repaired, but the concern was they admitted that they had used non-OEM parts, which was surprising given how much they had charged. After the power steering system was repaired, I took my car in for a brake job. Once again, I noticed issues. I took it back and discovered that the rotors had warped because they again used non-OEM parts. Shortly after getting that issue resolved, the power steering system failed yet again and once more it was due to using non-OEM parts. During one of the many conversations about these issues, the customer service manager told me they fired the original customer service representative who arranged the initial power steering system. I was surprised they would fire a customer service representative over the wrong parts being used. Then it occurred to me that they might be paying their customer service representatives a commission, which would encourage them to upsell price while reducing cost. That would explain why they kept using non-OEM parts on my repairs even though their policy called for manufacturer parts to be used. I then decided to do a little online digging and found that it does seem that Luke's pays a sales incentive to their customer service representatives. Job postings indicate a wage range from $50,000 to $125,000 and state that job skills must include overcoming objections. This would imply that the polite and energetic customer service representatives are paid to inflate price, reduce cost, and sell customers repairs that may not be needed. That certainly appears to be what happened in my case with multiple repairs. After bringing these issues to the attention of management, the service level I received decreased markedly. Twice I reached out to the owner himself via LinkedIn and was told each time he would personally look into it and get back to me. I never heard from him again in either situation. The customer service manager at the location I use promised to arrange a rideshare to pick me up from my office after the car had to be towed after the last breakdown, but the arrangement was never made, leaving me stranded at the office after hours. I arranged my own rideshare to get to the facility and retrieve the keys to a loaner car that was to be on site for me only to find that no keys had been left, thus leaving me stranded at their garage after hours. I had to hire another rideshare to get home and then return to the garage the next day to get the loaner vehicle that was supposed to have been arranged for me the day before. I have since called Luke's twice and left messages on their voicemail, inquiring about my service records so I could understand what other maintenance might be due on the vehicle. My calls were never returned. Certainly, being greeted with a smile, having a nice lounge to wait in while cars are being repaired, and having loaner vehicles available for those who do not have the time or desire to wait on premises are all great! It seems that the clients appreciate it. But at the end of the day, what we all want is a car that is repaired correctly, using the right parts, and at a fair rate of labor. We pay tens of thousands of dollars for a vehicle and must trust that a mechanic will do the right job without taking advantage of us. By apparently paying their customer service reps to inflate pricing and use cheap parts, Luke's has violated this trust. All the customer service hypein the world will not change that fact, and as I can no longer trust them, I will no longer be a customer.
