Fork and knife I think it's called. We were in the back row. Both of our seats didn't recline. I pressed the button and it didn't move at all. It was broken. My husband's chair was broken too. Disappointed there. Then there was the ticket fiasco. My husband and I got there early. Thankfully we did. We grabbed our back row seats and were excited for the movie. Some poor came over to us and told us we were in their seats. We showed them our tickets. They showed us their tickets. They both had the same row and seats. What the heck? We were confused. So they went back down and talked to AMC employees. Got their tickets fixed. A little later, another group came over to us and told us we were in their seats. Same issue again. They had 3 people though. Those 3 people, had to go to AMC staff also. My husband and I noticed other people in the theater having issues with their seats as well. Lots of unhappy customers with triple booked seats. Yikes. All bad. So between the triple booked seats and our recliner chairs not working, it wasn't the best experience. Also, the audio in our movie kept going out randomly. We were watching Mortal Kombat and it was intense fight scenes, then the sound would stop. That happened twice. We should have complained. The overall experience was unsatisfactory.

I've never stayed with one long enough to truly understand what a loving relationship with a theatre could be like until I met you. From your reclining seats that support me in a way that no one else ever could, along with seat warmers to keep me warm the way you keep my heart warm, to the generous spaces in between seats so that no one else gets too close to me to break my heart, and the way you think of others by providing accessibility with your closed caption devices (just ask for one up front!). The girl said no, we still had 10 mins before the movie actually started so we were like cool! Got the tickets for 2 adults, one small popcorn, and two small icees. The total came to $64. I was honestly shocked but we had busted such a mission to even get there and finally watch our movie that we just said screw it and went to watch our expensive movie. Well we walked in and it was already playing. Based on how long the movie is, about an hour and a half, and how long we actually watched the movie, we missed 30 mins of it at least. Idk WTF happened because the ticket said 5pm. Also, the previews here run for 25 mins. We know because we checked after the movie was over and realized how much we actually missed. So idk if they started that movie early, but there was like a whole 50 mins there where somethin didn't add up. If our movie started at 5, it really shouldn't have started until 5:25-5:30 based on the amount of ads they show. And somehow we missed 30 mins of the actual film by arriving at 5:15??? Make it make sense. The bathrooms were also filthy and the popcorn got us sick. Today I went to see Supergirl with some friends and we all had a good time. Spoiler, they did not do anything to help and that they will just "let the movie theater know about the faulty chair" and that was it. Service was not helpful and they basically probably won't do anything about this sadly. I also hear others having the same issues at this specific movie theatre unfortunately.
