OMG. LET ME TELL YOU MY EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT WAIT. Let's just start with very slow service for 3 people. Waited almost 30 minutes to get 4 pre-made donuts while 2-3 people were washing the machine, 1 making a drink, and 1 standing around clueless. Not one person walked up and asked if we needed any help. Pretty much ignored us. But of course their donut is always good but not enough to give them more than two stars. Stars are just for the taste of the food. So if you have time to spare and wait in the morning go ahead and drop by for some donut. Very good donuts. I am in love with their tiramisu donuts! The cream inside is so good! The glazed are my usual go to donut flavor here especially when they are freshly made! My version of heaven! The only reason to my giving it a 4 star vs 5 star is the coffee! Yes it is that bad. Go for the donuts and skip the coffee! Go down the street for a better brew. read more

I love Krispy Kreme, but this location has disappointed me multiple times now. Every time the sign is on, I think I'm going to get fresh donuts but they give me hard, cold ones instead. I have to go inside (after going through the drive thru) and ask to get fresh ones. All their donuts taste really stale and one of the lemon filled ones was so disgusting! It was slimy, hard, and smelled bad. :/ I really hope this location gets better because it's very close by. read more

Horrible experience with a Latte that was missing the coffee!!! They use powered milk and without the coffee it was so bad it made me nauseous!!! Still feel sick!!! Krispy Kreme is back!! We went at 8 on a Saturday morning. Boy was it packed. The drive thru line extended on McDermott so we went inside. We had to park at the Pharmacy. When we walked in they were staffed just right expecting the weekend crowd! We were greeted and given a hot fresh sample (aka full sized glazed donut) while we waited. Mmmm I sure missed these warm melty treats from years ago when I lived near Arlington. My family and I will return! read more

Went here yesterday to get some coffee and used the Drive-Thru. Aside from the rather rude service at the drive-thru, the coffee itself was great! I got a Sugar Free Vanilla Latte and it was good. Decently priced-about $3 for a small flavoured latte puts it a little cheaper than Starbucks. read more

I don't go for donuts very often, but when I do I go out of my way to go get Krispy Kreme. The staff is very friendly and offers you a free sample while you wait. The donuts are always fresh, delicious and always hit the spot. The location is a little difficult to get to but not awful. This location is always super clean which is very much appreciated! I will definitely be coming back when I am in the need for a donut. read more

Cold doughnuts! AGAIN!!! I had to go to McDonald's across the highway for breakfast. I like to go here because there is no line. I know why there are no lines! If you want to chance getting really sick, come on by this location. The person boxing the orders had on gloves. She then took dirty cash and credit cards with those same gloves, never changed them, and went back to grabbing donuts. She also ran the register, made coffee...all with those same gloves on and went right back to filling orders. This is unsanitary and plain dangerous. We all know how dirty money is, not to mention credit cards that are handled by just as many people. The donuts in the case were clearly yesterday's selection, many Halloween themed and this was Nov. 1. Donuts were all sunken in and nasty looking. This location tastes funny. It's hard to describe but I think that the machines weren't working right when we went. My husband loves Krispy Kreme and he said that the recipe was off. It's a popular chain, so everyone kind of knows what they should taste like but it just isn't right. I have to agree with one of the previous reviews. We were excited to go since it just opened. The place was dirty already and super disorganized. We ordered 3 plain glazed and 3 chocolate with custard. The guy got our donuts from the back instead of the case in the front and our donuts were COLD and HARD. Like refrigerated day old donuts. I couldn't believe it. I've had better Krispy Kreme donuts at the checkout line at Target. I went back to complain and one of the guys switched it out for fresh donuts. The supervisor on duty said that it was just cooled glaze and was arguing with me. No. I have had a lot of donuts and I've had a lot that have been out for a few hours (hello work leftovers) and this one was at least a day old and refrigerated. It was not even room temperature. My pregnancy craving of sugary sweetness had me planning my trip a week ahead of time to this Krispy Kreme. Took me 20 minutes drive time to take advantage of their one-day pumpkin flavored donuts. I can easily say I was not disappointed, it was well worth the drive and reminded me how superior their donuts are to everyone else's. I went to get donuts for my son's birthday breakfast because these are his favorite, but the location in Allen was not open on time, 6AM. I got there 5 min early and waited as long as I could before I had to leave which was about 6:10 and they still didn't open, didn't have any donuts on the belt being glazed, none in the display counter, outside lights were not on. Not a great store, employees and manager are lazy and un-helpful. I walk in and stand there for about 5 to 10 minutes alone no one in the store, all employees are doing something in the back, doughnut machine not running. lady comes up to help and I tell her 6 doughnuts please and she gives them to me and charges $8. I pay and then see a dozen is only $8.99, I asked what's wrong, she said if you buy less then a dozen it's $1.29 each, I look at her said good customer service would tell someone that 1st or let them know. I know it's my fault but a decent person would suggest that also Krispy kreme should change their pricing, that's complete BS IMO read more

We were so excited to see that Krispy Kreme was coming to town. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is simply horrible, and I do mean horrible. Went when they first opened and they double charged me for everything that I bought. Thankfully, I could see it on the little screen so the transaction was voided and reran correctly. We chalked it up to store opening jitters. The next time we went, an employee went in about 10 steps ahead of me. She opened the door to enter herself, literally looked me in the face, and then let the door shut behind her. Third time we went in solely because the "hot" sign was on because a hot, fresh donut is always awesome, especially when it was free. We were informed rather unapologetically that they did not do that anymore. We asked the employee when did they stop doing that and he replied rather rudely "I don't know, we just don't." Fourth, and last, time the girl who helped me was clearly uninterested in the fact that I had entered the building. She seemed almost annoyed when she asked what she could get for me. No greeting, no "hello, welcome to Krispy Kreme, how can I help you?" I placed my order and paid. Then she simply turned around and walked to the rear of the store to see what the other employee was doing without even saying "thank you, have a good day." I have come to the conclusion that the only requirement to work here is to be a warm body, because being friendly sure is not.
