Came up from Spring Hill on 7/17 evening and the place looked like they werent open. Almost every light was dark outside, thought they were closed. It was their anniversary and giving away a dozen donuts when you purchased a dozen. Cool! ....well, they were out of many, but it was at night. But me and the KK dude settled on the filled donuts they did have. Super happy I got this great deal, I drive my happy self back home. Get that mixed dozen box open and realize, this doesnt look right. Start inspecting each one, and a couple had no filling at all, as well as 4 others that were not what I ordered. I just placed my order in the drive through and waited in line for ten minutes, only to pull up to the window and be told they could not make the latte that I ordered because the "machine was down." The Hot Light was on. Paid $10.26 at drive thru for a dozen hot glazed. They were cold; no warmth and the glaze was crackled. I told the clerk I wanted hot ones. He tells me "they are hot, I just got them off the rack." I ask again for hot ones. He offers same response. I ask again for hot ones. He walks away from window. Terrible drive thru experience! Pulled into get a medium cup of coffee with a hazelnut flavor shot. Was talked into a Hazelnut Latte. Whatever! Ended up with a medium cup of warm milk As I'm leaving just about took out the front end of my car narrowly missing the "Grand Canyon" pothole in the parking lot. DO NOT believe the Hot Donuts Now sign because if you're coming through the drive-thru, that is ABSOLUTELY NOT what you're going to get. And, you're lucky if you even get the TYPE of donut (or quantity) you ordered. Yesterday we were having company so I bought a dozen each of the glazed and chocolate glazed donuts (while the HOT light was on). The donuts were cold and stale. Driving out of town today, we decided to give them one more try thinking maybe it was just the kids that were working...wrong. Stopped to buy donuts tonight around 8p, and noticed that the drive-through was closed. When we got to the door, we were told that they were closed. Turns out the guy that was working said that there weren't enough workers, and because he was by himself, he wouldn't be able to serve customers and clean up. How do you take an iconic brand and mess it up? Bad customer service. It's called being "a victim of your own success." Making people wait in the drive through line for over 20 minutes is a sure-fire way to lose customers. Either add people, add locations, or otherwise figure it out. Everyone that bought donuts the weekend of 2/23/2019 to 2/24/2019 check your receipts if you used the 5.99 coupon the cashier lies and says the promotion is only for one dozen then charges regular price for the second. Per the coupon it is 5.99 limit 2. Not only did she lie and say that was correct she slammed the widow on us when we questioned the amount. Are you sure this is Krispy Kreme? It's been a few years since I've been to a store. Last I had a donut from them it was that light, airy, melt in your mouth, I can eat 5, obsession. I now live in a city with a store and we went in to relive that donut unlike any out there, or so I thought. First, they changed the dough (recipe) and it's now NOTHING like it was, it's heavy, dense. They are not light and airy anymore! Secondly, the donut I got was a mini. I commented to the man behind the counter that I got a kids size. Third, they taste less than ordinary and was actually terrible, we of course bought a few extra to take home and day two they were not even worth eating, thrown away. Krispy Kreme is gone, the nostalgia is gone, donut dreams are gone. I'll NEVER go back there. Don't be fooled by what you remember about why Krispy Kreme, it's not worth the calories. Your better off getting donuts from little debbies or hostess. The reviews are worth believing. Save yourself disappointment. read more

Well, this was a waste of time and money. How disappointing. After not being to a Krispy Kreme in a while, I was looking forward to what I remembered as soft, melt-in-your-mouth pieces of pure heaven. This place is more like hell and none of the cool people are there, either. The entire place is being run by a bunch of clearly dissatisfied high school kids who would rather be dead than here. The kid frying the donuts was on his cellphone the entire time. Maybe that's why my donut wasn't soft and chewy but rather stiff? The kid at the register looked and acted upset, as if someone had just killed his dog. The manager (I believe) came out screaming a large order to an employee who was standing right in front of her. I'm pretty sure the kid wasn't deaf. The rest of us didn't need to be startled. The tables are dirty. The bathrooms are trashed. The donut selection is the worst I've ever seen. And the latte machine "was down"--whether that's true or the sad kid at the register just didn't want to make the latte, I'll never know. My donut was also stale and it had a penny sized amount of filling inside. I suppose that's due in part because the kid bagging it squeezed it so much the caramel was all over the bag itself. These kids don't know how to make a good donut to save their lives. This is the saddest Krispy Kreme location ever and it needs to be taken out back and put out of its misery. Or at least someone from corporate needs to get here ASAP, retrain these kids, or, better yet, hire a new, more professional team. It's not very smart business to keep a location this terrible going. For a restaurant that only serves two things, donuts and coffee, you would think they would be an expert at both. I ordered a half dozen donuts and a caramel iced coffee. I noticed right off the bat that the donuts were so much smaller than I have seen in other Krispy Kreme stores. They also looked a bit old but I just went with it because it's Kripsy Kreme's donuts are always amazing. The iced coffee was the WORST I have ever tasted. I ended up pouring it out and making my own coffee. And the doughnuts tasted like they were days old. I will definitely be going to Dunkin' Donuts next time! read more

Have been there twice and both times were a huge fail! I always give a place a second opportunity before making a decision. First time my order was incorrect AND charged me for someone else's drink! Second visit, there were very few donuts available. I could not even get a half dozen of regular glazed donuts! I asked about the apple fritters and was told they were just coming up fresh and it would be a two minute wait to box them up. Perfect... I can wait two minutes for fresh donuts. Wrong...Checked back after 5 minutes and they were just placing them on the production line. We were told the minute the came off they would box them up right away. Okay...We waited once again and saw our lovely fritters coming off and the employee boxing them up. it was two dozen and he brought them up to the register to hand them to someone who arrived only a few minutes ago! I ask the male employee about mine and he told me those were for the man who just ordered them and I would need to order some. WHAT? I did order 20 minutes ago! I found the original person who took my order and she told him I already did and walked away. No explanation, no apology for the wait. I will never return to this location again! Normally I love Krispy Kreme donuts, but I have to say I will NOT be going back to this location. They were out of both blueberry and strawberry donuts ( which are two favorites), and the workers acted annoyed when I asked if there were any left, the donuts they did have were not even under the correct labeling so it was confusing trying to find a flavor I wanted, and when we were ready to order it took us 5 min to get someone's attention. May I add there was no one else in the shop- guess that should have been a sign. Such a let down for such a good donut chain. read more
