Drive by at 6:45pm. I ordered 2 dozen minis. They did not have mini donuts. I thought about options and ordered 2 dozen regulars, they did not have ice filled. Totally put off, we drove away. First time at this location. Fresh donuts, and nice selection. They had duplicate trays of some, and were missing a few that i wanted to try. We got a dozen of assorted. Also got an iced coffee, which was pretty good, and a cup of doughnut holes for our daughter. Should have gotten more she loved them and so did one of my other daughters. I wanted to buy a box of def Kcups but the only box they had was opened. They didn't have more in stock he said. I ended up buying a box online. Friendly staff of 2 but very busy. We went in to buy a half a dozen of Krispy Kreme donut n I noticed one donut was tiny! I asked the cashier if she could switch it to a normal size donut n she said, "our donuts should be that size. The service here is absolutely terrible! Red haired girl at the drive thru had so much attitude, and does not seem to care at all about her job. Felt like an inconvenience for a store that seemed to have had literally no business at the time. Honestly hopes she gets fired. I'm never motivated to write bad reviews, however I've never faced so much attitude from an establishment until now. I should've never downloaded the "Hot light" phone app. Now, everytime the "Hot light" flashes on my phone, I get a crippling urge to get my hands on those fresh Original Glazed bad asses which seems to melt deliciously in my mouth. One is never enough. After my second, it's always a mentally and emotionally exhausting battle to keep myself from popping more in my mouth. Pulled off the freeway because their red light was on. Ordered two donuts and asked if they were hot, she didn't respond. She gave us two cold donuts and when we asked why the light was on and she said "Oh, that's for the shelled donuts." I love Krispy Kreme glazed donuts when they're hot. But, they really do lose their appeal once they're cooled. There are way better donut places (Rudy's in Castro Valley is my favorite), though. Haven't been here in a while and decided to grab a variety box filled with glazed, maple glazed, and their new apple fritters. You do not need to worry about long lines here unless they're having their BOGO deals and other deals like so. Everything was awesome! You can never go wrong with a warm box of donuts and a cup of joe they sell or even a cup of Starbucks, which is what I had with my order. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and the guy on the other side was very helpful and patient with answering all of our questions. My family and I looooooove Krispy Kreme, but I have no idea what is going on in this location. The last time I came here a month ago, every other flavor I asked for was out, including the chocolate glazed donut that was featured on the menu board, as well as the apple fritter, raspberry filled, custard filled and chocolate sprinkles. Super disappointing. And then the donuts I did get, tasted off. Today I went, and was excited to try the new original filled and the chocolate glazed since they were out the previous time. They were out of the chocolate glazed again, and the original filled were not even filled! I got some regular original glazed also and we compared... exactly the same. No filling at all. The donuts also were oddly shaped, not at all the perfect round original glazed that we all know. I'm so disappointed, at $15 a dozen, this is just not worth it anymore. Not sure what's going on, but I hope it's fixed at some point. Would be awful to see this location close a second time. read more

My hubby's favorite place! I always joke that we intentionally miss our exit because we end up here. Usually use the drive thru because inside is often crowded. Excellent customer service each time. I was sad when it closed but so glad that it has come back to Concord. Their donuts are great and even better when fresh and I think that is the expectation for most that go there. Nothing beats being able to have a fresh donut 24/7. Yes they are on the sweeter side, so it is not for everyone. Which reminds me of a time I had a dessert at ESPN Zone in Vegas. It was a warm glazed Krispy Kreme donut w/ vanilla ice cream. That was good. It's just a donut, so what's the big deal? To some degree it is and a lot don't understand what the fuss is all about. There is a difference with the standard donut vs a Krispy Kreme donut. One can counter with "It's just a burger right" when talking about Burger King vs McDonald's, vs Fuddruckers vs The Counter vs etc. The same can be said about coffee, steak, and whatever else there is to compare. Yes, there is a difference like in all things. I do not go here all the time but it's nice to change it up once in awhile. I love the hot original glazed to death, but this location won't take any coupons from "corporate". What is annoying is that the staff sometimes say they will, only to find out at the register that the machine will not. Other than that, this location has a serious underwhelming assortment of donuts. The display case looks dark and drab, if you are able, go to the Daly City location if possible. This place does not have the hot light on much or for long either. Much better assortment of donuts there. If I can give zero stars I totally would. This place is ridiculous. I get it's valentines but maybe rethink about your job if your working with customers. And have alittle better attitude. The lady working this morning was so rude, one I asked her a simple question about if there was any custard filled donuts and she was saying " ma'am this is all we have" and not in a nice voice in a very loud voice. Which is funny because then a lady brought over different donuts after. So obviously she's just too lazy to walk a few steps to check. And then the last thing I had a free donut reward and she wasn't letting me talk at all and was talking over me while I was saying I had a free reward and she never gave me my free donut. I have never had such a horrible experience at Krispy Kreme but I will never come back to this one that's for sure. Who does not love some doughnuts? I love Krispy Kreme, we drive about 30 minutes for this location and when we are actually in the area we make sure to stop. I have never gone inside but my review is about the drive thru. There are sometimes when we go and they have a limited menu which is fine, as long as they have Chocolate Sprinkles! The doughnuts are so good! The drive thru line is usually long we wait about 10 minutes, they have always gotten our order right which is good. I have had the Caramel Frap and it was so watered down barely tasted like Coffee which was disappointing and my husband has a Mocha and he did not like it either. We will make sure to never purchase those again, they cost what a Starbucks cost it is not worth it! I highly recommend this location even over the phone they are friendly. read more

I am a huge fan of Krispy Kreme and go there quite often. My recent trip was not so nice. It began with awful service as we sat at the window and watch the cashier looked frantic and confused. He was awfully young so I don't want to be to harsh. That wasn't the worst part, the Oreo Chiller is by far the worst drink I have ever had. I was not the only person who thought this. I come here sometimes after or during work. The service here is quick and the cashiers are always friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes I want a quick donut and I'm stuck behind 2-3 people ordering donuts in COSTCO BULK. Once in a while I will treat my co-workers and bring in KKD! It motivates them to work better and who doesn't love them? This morning I went at my usual 6 am to get 2 dozen and was really disappointed to see none in the case. The customer service also lacked, as I waited and waited until I was finally helped. This was after she finished gossiping with her co-workers of course. She appeared to be put out to take my order and took her sweet time placing them in the box. They did have donuts in the back, just not in the case. What I learned from the guys who ate the donuts (I myself didn't eat any) was that they were obviously made the night before because they weren't very fresh. I must admit, that is odd for this location. I've never experienced this before. I've always had fast and friendly service and hot donuts. I hope this is a one time thing, or my co-workers will have to forgo KKD in the future read more
