There's something mesmerizing about that hot light. No one can just pass by when the light is on. If you've never been to Krispy Kreme's the hot light is the light the day turn on when they're making fresh original donuts. If you go inside the location rather than the drive-through you can actually see them being made . My children love to watch the donuts go to the fryer .At that particular time you can get your donuts warm right out of the machine. They are softened airy and melt in your mouth when you're fresh from the fryer. This particular location has always been clean, friendly and fast with service I've never had an issue. read more

Saint Patrick's green Krispy Kreme donuts were a big hit at the office. It's the traditional batter with green food coloring. Anyho.. I had a few challenges in getting them. The shop wouldn't let me prepaid and preorder the 3 dozen I needed. The minimum for preorder and quick pickup was 4 dozen. I arrived at the shop at 7:00am and only 3 people ahead of me.. each getting a dozen. A few cars were also at the drive thru. I was surprised to see they hadn't boxed a few in advance... we slowly watched as donuts came off the conveyer belt and were placed in boxes. I wanted to stop and get doughnuts for some of my coworker so I stopped here, I should've known better because this wasn't my first bad experience with them. It's the first Friday of the month so they're offering the chocolate glazed doughnuts, so I ordered 2 dozen original glazed and 1 dozen chocolate glazed at the drive thru. I saw the guy packing my glazed so I figured he did the chocolate glazed already so I didn't check the bag. When I got to work I looked and say my two original glazed and what was suppose to be chocolate glazed. The chocolate glaze looked so watered down and light, nothing like advertised. I've had them once before a while ago and they were nothing alike. They almost looked like a caramel or coffee glazed. I can't believe they would even pass them off to be chocolate glaze. One star if that...it deserves lower... i pulled up to to their Krispy Kreme and went inside, inside was open until 9:30pm it was 9pm. As I walk in, one of the employees YELLED at me and say," hey, we closed." After being yelled at I decided to call the store it's self to personally talk to them about their hours. Zero stars for horrible customer service. I went to this location at 7 AM on Valentine's Day expecting a large crowd but to my surprise it wasn't too busy. Or so I thought. Although they only had about 10 customers inside they were ill-prepared on managing to pull orders and keep the line moving so I ended up being in the store 30 minutes to get my donuts. They did not have any original glazed at 7 AM. It was already a bad start but it got much worse. When I got to the register to pay for my donuts, I explained that I was tax exempt, using a corporate check and had a coupon. I called the day before for pricing because the check was preprinted. The cashier, Tyrese, called the manager for assistance. The manager was rude, condescending and insulting to me. I told him that I derived of the check price because the person on the phone told me that the coupon was only good for three dozen donuts, not three times of use which would have been six dozen. His response was 'so you want three dozen donuts for $13' when my check was written for $19.49. I replied no and proceeded to again explain the telephone call which I was told that I would pay half price for the 3rd box. Then he says, not necessarily to me but out loud, 'I know why the person on the phone was confused.' "Ma,am, what do you want?" At this point I was in total disbelief that he was speaking to me in this manner. I asked if he was the owner and he replied that they were a corporation and he was the manager. Someone called his name, which was Juan, and I asked so that's your name and his response was 'yes, do you want me to write it down for you.' Let's just be clear it went downhill from there. Juan continued to talked to me as I was trash off the floor, rather than a paying customer; he refused to take my tax exempt certificate; rung up the order as he saw fit so now my receipt those not match my corporate check; and then threatened to call the police on me when I could no longer take his abuse. I left this store in tears and I will NEVER return as long as he is employed there. read more

The customer service provided at this store was atrocious. The cars in the drive thru circled the entire building (around 9pm on a Sunday), so I went inside. I walked in and saw a long line at the counter, about 8 people deep. I stood in the line for 5 minutes before I realized they all had receipts in their hands. I was then told BY THE CUSTOMERS that I was in the wrong line. I went to the OTHER counter and placed my order. Then went back to the 2nd line. At no point in time did any employee (7 that I counted) say that there was a line 1 and a line 2. I looked at their monitor and realized that no orders were coming up, hence the 2 lines. We literally had to present our receipt to the young lady at the 2nd counter in order to get our order because their system is broken and they cannot pull it up. At no point in time did anyone point out this method, I literally wasted another 10 minutes standing around assuming this was a regular business in which my order number would pop up. Then I noticed NO ONE was wearing a hair net. And there was a LOT of hair swinging around. I stood in line and saw that only 1 person was boxing glazed donuts for the drive thru AND inside the building, which was 90% of their orders. That is why they were moving a snail's pace. One woman would box 2 dozen donuts for drive thru, THEN box 6 for someone inside while the girl serving the inside counter waited for her to hand her the box of donuts. It literally took me 40 minutes to get my hands on 3 glazed donuts. It wasn't until those of us in line inside started talking about their method for completing orders that the girl started being proactive and walked up the conveyer belt to box donuts. Don't come to this store if you don't have an hour to waste. It is obvious that they don't care about those of us who are paying good money for their product. They also make sure they don't put survey info on their receipt so we cannot say anything about their service. read more
