Hot doughnuts every day and very nice staff. Has changed since last visit when in town years ago.

The staff here are the friendliest, I have encountered in food service. The donuts are always fresh and tasty.

I haven't visited a Krispy Kreme in a very long time and oh man, what a disappointment. We came here for National Donut Day and we weren't even offered a free donut when we purchased our food, employee didn't even know it was today. The donuts were pretty lackluster. Small and not enjoyable to eat. The fluff to donut ratio wasn't there and it felt like I was eating air. Did you know a dozen donuts and a iced coffee costs $20.84? How is that even possible? I'd rather eat a Dunkin Donuts next door next time. read more

I came over to get some coffee and doughnuts for an office meeting. I needed to get two dozen and a coffee box in a hurry and I got just that. 2-3 different people were involved and helped move the walk-in experience to be as quick as you would want. The inside appeared very clean and welcoming. It's hard to walk out of a room with a pile full of doughnuts :) I've used the drive-thru in the late-night hours as well and have never had any trouble there either. Go by and try one sometime, it makes a great last stop on your way home. read more

The food is the same per usual. Typical Krispy Kreme donut... when you can get any. I have been several times and often it is closed even when they should be open based on posted hours. Their coffee machine had never worked. Do not come to this Krispy Kreme expecting to try the limited time/seasonal donuts. The service is abysmal at best. No one is willing to help you navigate which menu items are available, just willing to say they do not have 90% of what you're looking to order. Rude customer service. They never have half the doughnuts, coffee machine is always down, and they sometimes give you everything you order. It was 8:57 p.m. when we arrived. They close at 10 p.m. we parked near the side entrance door because I am handicapped and cannot walk very well. When we got to the side door it was locked. I had to get back into the car and we we parked near the front door. The bathroom was closer to the side door which is why I originally wanted to park there. When you can't walk you really have to plan out in advance the best routes to take. When we walked in the front door, I said, "hey guys, the side door is locked." The girl behind the counter looked up with dagger eyes, said nothing, but her whole attitude was "get lost!" Which kind of surprised me but set the mood for the entire visit. After about 30 seconds of staring at me she said "what do you want?" I said "Donuts" and turned to my husband and asked "how many do you want to get?" He took over the conversation because he could see the tension between us. After letting him know what my order was I went and sat down. He finished the transaction up and brought the donuts and coffee over to the table. The receipt shows that the girl who was rude, her name was Candice. And our transaction was finished at 9:02 p.m. At 9:20 p.m. another girl came out from the back and started putting all the chairs on the tables, if anybody else had come in at that point they would have thot they were closed and had no place to sit. This is one of my pet peeves in a restaurant they start cleaning up before closing time, so if you pull up and you see all the chairs on top of the tables you're less likely to come in. And if you're already seated you feel like you have to rush to get out. This is a major pet peeve of mine! She banged my chair as she was putting other chairs up on tables, normally that wouldn't bother me but there was no response of "oh excuse me" and added to an already irritating experience. So we rushed out. As we were collecting our things at the table and putting our coats on, the girl who put the chairs up on the tables was standing there waiting with a mop in hand until we left. Side door was still locked. I'm thinking future Donuts at 9 p.m. is probably not the best idea at Krispy Kreme. I'm giving them to stars because the donuts were good. read more

She graciously filled our mobile order even though she had so much extra work to catch up on. She was so helpful in giving us recommendations for donuts that weren't available and was so kind to us. Worst Krispy Kreme EVER! They are always out if EVERYTHING. The staff is overworked and often rude. They break their Latte machine almost every week. High levels of incompetence at this store, go anywhere else if you can. This store is not worth your time. read more

I grew up with Krispy Kreme and it's good to be back in East Tennessee, where the glow of the "Hot Now" sign beckons. This location is really great. They almost always have fresh glazed doughnuts and yeah, they have some other kinds too. Pumpkin Spice is good in the fall. The staff here is really great too. Just wanted to mention that my husband and I went there this morning to get my free doughnut for Veteran's Day. Even though I'm a veteran and he's not, they gave us each a free doughnut. First I give Krispy Kreme as a company Five stars. I love their donuts best by far and I've had donuts all over the world. I love my donuts. That being said this location is soso. They tend to run out of things. Like the featured donut and at strange times. Once we came on Sunday early afternoon and they were out of one of the featured. They said they had sold out that morning. Poor planning I say. Duh you're going to sell a lot of donuts on Sunday morning and you should never run out of something that you are heavily advertising!! The best part was when we asked if they were making more, the employee shrugged and said he didn't know. Another time we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt about busy Sunday and came on another day mid-morning. Nope. Sold out. Don't know when/if there will be more. Another issue here is inconsistent sizing of donuts, filled ones especially. Sometimes they will be really small! When I pay $8+ for a box of donuts, they better fill up that box! Sometimes there's enough space in the box for another row. Another issue is the use of coupons. They frequently hand out or mail coupons for a free donut or a free coffee or whatever. They usually say something about cannot be combined blah blah. That's fine but last time we were there the guy in front of us used two free coupons with no problem but then right after, we were told we could only use one. I don't mind if they want to enforce their rules but I do expect them to be consistent or at least not so blatant. My biggest problem with this location is a particular clerk. Young Female blondish curly hair glasses a little chubby. She is always pushy, not polite, in a hurry and borderline rude. I literally groan in disparity when I walk in a see her behind the counter. Great assortment of donuts and other items. Love to go when the "Hot Now" light is on and there are fresh donuts, which are the best! Prices are reasonable compared to other places and being able to go through the drive thru is always great. Some of our favorite donuts are the original glazed, the crullers, blueberry, jelly filled, eclairs, and the different seasonal donuts they carry. When asking friends to help you move, you have to be prepared to offer something to entice them. I stopped by Krispy Kreme early on a Sunday morning to pickup the perfect sugar/carb/caffeine moving fuel combo. The donuts are always good, but everyone knows that. What I wasn't prepared for was the service. From the moment I walked in the door, I was blown away. I wasn't thinking when I arrived on a Sunday morning before church. I live in the South, ya'll. It was packed. But the people working were highly efficient and seriously never skipped a beat. I never felt rushed in my confection selections and while I waited for my coffee brew box, I was able to sit back and just watch. The employees truly took pride in their work and it showed. I will certainly find my way back here again soon....but maybe not on a Sunday morning. read more

I'm not the type of person to do this sort of thing but I am genuinely upset and can't shake how one of their employees made me feel. I'm a critical care RN at a local hospital who just left the hospital and heard that health care workers get a free dozen donuts today. I did the drive thru and asked about their deal and told them I would like to order a dozen donuts and a nice gentleman told me to pull up to the window and flash my badge. I pull up to the window and a lady says it's $3.88 for a frozen latte. I showed her my badge and told her I got the dozen donuts for health care workers. She slammed down the latte and donuts that I'm assuming was for the person behind me. She rolls her eyes and grabs the dozen I ordered and shoved them at me and doesn't say a word. I was speechless. I honestly started to tear up because of how worthless she made me feel. I know covid has put stress on all employees across the board especially those working in the food industry. After a shift where you literally have patients' lives in your hands, you usually get in your car and cry or take a long silent drive home. Then when you're home, you can't sleep because you think of how you could have been better or what you could have been done differently. A simple smile and box of donuts makes us feel a little more appreciated. I sincerely hope that she doesn't do this to another health care professional especially a HCP who just ended a shift of losing a patient or telling a patient's family that their loved one is dying and in the same breath telling their family member that at this time they aren't allowed in the hospital due to covid. We were passing through on our way to South Carolina and had the pleasure of meeting the nicest person, Tim, working the morning shift at this location. We definitely need more people like Tim working in the food industry. He is truly a wonderful person and made our stop in even more enjoyable as he took the time to make us feel welcome and even got to know my parents who were eating at Krispy Kreme for the first time while visiting from South Africa. The freshest, tastiest donuts money could buy, and we even got a dozen free on our way back! read more

Got a dozen donuts from here yesterday & it was disappointing. The place isn't what it used to be. We looked at their site & chose what flavors we wanted in advance before going. The site turned out to be misleading because this location doesn't even have half of the flavors they claim to have. And with the now limited selection they do have, honestly the flavors weren't very good. It only gets 3 stars because a couple of the flavors were still good. Very disappointed with this Krispy Kreme right now. Hopefully they get better again. read more
