    Cinnamon Roll!

this is a great little donut place! For those of you who are finding it difficult to like donuts in Fort Myers this is the place for you. They are not greasy like most places I've been to. Their donuts aren't necessarily cake donuts but similar. I got the cinnamon sugar and it was awesome. My husband got the cinnamon roll and he liked his a lot too, which says a lot. Their coffee was strong, the one we picked anyway and excellent. My husband said this is the place he would like to come. Keep in mind they do not have a large selection. Hopefully that is something that they will do soon. They are friendly, courteous, and quick to answer Any question or idea you have. Very very clean!!

With the lack of coffee and donut places in the area, I was excited to try this out! We live in Cape Coral but didn't mind going across the bridge if it meant good donuts. With Divine Donuts closed, we're out of options here in town. The shop is inside a church. Because it's in the church foyer, you can't really see the kitchen area where the donuts are being made, which raises the question of whether the donuts are made on-site or brought in from another bakery in town. There was a limited variety of donuts available (photo posted). They use a yeast dough that tasted more like a flaky yeast roll than a donut; if they are baking on-site, that makes sense. Wherever the donuts are made, they likely don't have the ability to fry the batter due to capital costs. That's not my personal preference, but they were all cooked properly and frosted well. I had a drip coffee, which is usually a great indicator of the quality of a coffee place. It was bad--like church coffee bad--but I was charged a coffee shop price for it. Unfortunately, we went on a Sunday, and the noise from the sanctuary made it hard for the barista to hear our order, so when we made it home, we didn't have everything we ordered. Not a major problem, just one more thing in the negative column. The donuts are better than the two national chain options in the area, but I don't recommend making a trip out here.

Stopped by here for some donuts after a quick online search revealed they have gluten-free (and soy-free) donuts. Hello! We will drive anywhere to try out some gluten-free donuts and fortunately this spot is just outside downtown Ft.Myers. The location is a little confusing. They rent a space off the back of a church. The church is on MLK so directions will take u there, but it's hard to know where to turn. Don't go onto MLK! Go onto the back street that runs parallel to MLK, effectively taking u behind the church. There u will c signs for the coffee/donut shop, there's parking and it's pretty easy in/out. Seems they make the donuts off-site and then bring them in each day. Loved that there were a bunch of 20 somethings the day I stopped by, as I don't feel that age group dominates in SWFL. Think they may have been there 4 a Bible study so perhaps it was just my timing, but staff was also young - high school/college aged and really nice. Only had the gf donuts, no reg donuts or coffee, and bought 1 of each type - bday cake, cinnamon, vanilla glazed and chocolate glazed. All r pretty much the same cake donut (choc glaze was choc cake donut) with different toppings. They were pretty good. Think we liked the cinnamon the best. Price was as expected and liked the cute box they put the donuts in for us. If ur looking for gf donuts, b sure to call b4 as they only carry those on weekends and once they sell out, that's it.

Tasty donuts and coffee. Get the donuts while they're fresh for the best experience. Their Ethiopian drip coffee is the best.

We tried a few things for brunch and loved all of them! The catfish was excellent as well as the old country favorite- chicken fried steak! We also really loved the biscuits and corn bread. The sides were out standing as well! We had macaroni and cheese, fried okra, sweet potato soufflé and collard greens. Each one was perfect! We really loved this place and would be delighted to return anytime!

The mashed potatoes and gravy were also just what I was looking for. The other side I chose was corn fritters - just ok but perfectly fine, although more batter to corn ratio would have made them more desirable. Hubby had the chicken fried chicken and he loved it and his sides of potatoes and mac n cheese. Our family had fried chicken and they thought it was crispy outside, fried well and juicy inside. They also ordered a grilled ham and cheese with a side salad. Didn't get a ton of feedback on the meal but the plate was pretty well cleaned off when we got up! Our waitress was fast, efficient and really sweet. She quickly brought to go containers for our food and drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant gave it a very homey and rural feel, which was just fine with us. It sits nexts to the state farmers market which was not running during our visit. However it was still busy when we sat down to eat at 2 pm. Recommend it!

Most brunch place operate from 7 AM to 2-3 PM but The Brunch Factory open from 7 AM to midnight! Breakfast served all day! There are three separate area, "Outside bar", "Inside bar" and backroom. The backroom has Corn Holes and Dart Boards. It is designed for group gatherings. Live music is available on the weekend. The food was fine! I ordered an Uncle Larry Berries. What I got was fresh strawberries, blueberries, drizzled with raspberry sauce with power sugar and whipped cream over Belgian waffle. The portion is generous. The butter and warm maple syrup made this the best Strawberry/Blueberry waffle I had! Besides great selection for brunch, they have dinner items like BBQ ribs, Chicken Alfredo, ribeye steak, and others. Service is warm and welcoming. The vibe is playful, fun and up beating. It is not an upscale but local community minded facility. A great place to hang out with friends and family. I was impressed by the food and the atmosphere. If you enjoy brunch dishes and a lively atmosphere, you have to try The Brunch Factory!

I understand that this used to be a "biker bar", thus the motorcycle on the roof. The place is a little different. There is a full bar "outside", with lots of seating outside. There is seating inside, but it's mostly empty space. There are two "back rooms". One has Corn Hole and the other has Dart Boards. The food was okay. Service was okay. Pricing is a little on the higher side. Seems like a good place to hang out with friends for drinks. Maybe not for fine dining.
