The Red Light was on when we pulled in so of course you need to get some warm original glazed donuts - Melt in your mouth perfection as usual. We visited (purposely of course) on National Pumpkin day and they had pumpkin spice'ed up their original glazed donuts for one day only. The pumpkin spice was very subtle but a great fall treat. Also tried another seasonal flavor - the Salted caramel latte with a latte cream filling - Highly recommend trying if they have. Noticed that they have some cute specialty/seasonally decorated versions of their donuts for a small upcharge. If you find yourself driving by and you see the Red Light on (Or even if not, a quick few seconds in the microwave will give a similar illusion) - You need to stop in! read more

Last day of vacation and I knew we had to sneak out and find the closest Krispy Kreme so my son could truly experience pure donut heaven. As soon as I pulled up and saw that HOT NOW sign lighting up the sky I got giddy (a bit dramatic, I know). We usually go for a donut on the weekend together, so I told him it was Orlando edition. We went in to try their Cinnamon rolls which they only offer on Sunday. The lady said they were out, but then went to look on a covered cart. Next we saw her grab a box, put items in it. We paid and went back to our lodging. When we opened the box we were shocked. They look horrible, not like the advertisement. Since it took almost 30 minutes to get there, mostly because of traffic, we decided we weren't going to go back to get a refund. We decided to try one. Uggg! It was terrible. They were almost raw in the middle, and extremely doughy. We decided to fill out the survey to voice our disfactisfaction. At the end we said we wanted to be contacted. Either Krispy Kreme is too far for us to go to, so when we saw one that was near us when we were out of town, we went in. Always ask for a doughnut when you see the red HOT sign on outside. They will give you a fresh glazed warm doughnut that has literally been just baked. Mmmmm. Our crazy crew of four got an apple fritter, pumpkin spice, and a chocolate frosting with sprinkles along with the glazed one mentioned earlier. There is specialty coffee as well as the usual regular to choose from. The french vanilla reminded me of the one that I had at Wawa. I guess they use the same machine to produce it. Either way, it was good and all of us enjoyed our sweet treats. The shop is cute and you get to see the doughnuts being made. A fun thing for all ages to watch and get cravings for more doughnuts. Out of Donuts?! Yes... You read that right. Unbelievable. Ordered a couple dozen donuts and donut holes via UberEats and received a call from our driver at the store. The Krispy Kreme was out of donuts. Yep. OUT.OF.DONUTS. If they don't have donuts, should they even be open or allow delivery orders? I think not. This experience wasn't so good. The hot sign was on, but the doughnuts got caught I'm the conveyor belt and some doughnuts were overcooked due to sitting in the hot oil too long and had to get thrown out. Then some we're stuck together and had to get thrown out so there was a very limited supply coming off of the line. Fortunately the service was good and made up for the experience and we were able to walk out with a half dozen of doughnuts. When I see a Krispy Kreme, I go. And this one is a must stop when I am in the area. The donuts are hot and fresh and the staff is very friendly. PLUS they make the coffee right!!! So many krispy kremes make it wrong and it tastes burnt or they add sweetener when I say none. I don't get it. I love Krispy kreme coffee but its hit or miss whether or not its made right. First off download their app and you get really good promotions. I got two dozen donuts for the price of one ($8). The lady who helped me it was her second day, god bless she was a little confused but she got it done. Then the lady at the register got a little confused with the promotion that I showed her via my phone. But she was very kind and patient. She then had to call over the manager to override a transaction and he came over very polite, friendly very talkative. He apologized for the inconvenience and that it wasn't working but we felt that he didn't need to. If it wasn't for the drive we would definitely be back more often than not. The staff were friendly enough and the donuts are as good as the next guy. I didn't find their donuts to be exceptional or any different than any other donut I've ever had at any other place. The one thing I did enjoy a lot and that I think sets Krispy Kreme apart from other donut shops is that you get to watch as donuts are made. That was really cool and, for me, made the visit to Krispy Kreme fun and memorable. I've compared this location to Gainesville and Millenia Mall and today they finally got the ratio of oil and dough correct. Hot fresh glazed tasted like a doughnut and not a tablespoon of used lard. 1 note I do miss the older taste of the jelly filled. This filling is so generic, reminds me of a can. Krispy kreme always delivers the perfect concoction of sweet flavored fried dough. This location is very busy but service is fairly quick if you avoid obvious times where lines are longest ie. I originally went to the drive-thru and the employee asked me to hold on a moment. I was fine with that, but mind you, there was only one other customer ahead of me, no one behind me, and two customers inside. Only when the manager finished at the drive up window and came up to the front seeing now 20 people in line (I was second in line and had been for 20 minutes) did the waitresses finally come and ask if I wanted anything. Hot glazed donuts. Yum. We don't live near a Krispy Kreme so whenever we make a Disney run, my family buys a dozen of glazed donuts. They are delicious. I normally can eat one glazed Dunkin donut but could easily eat 6 of these glazed donuts in one sitting. They are light, soft, fluffy and just really good. My only gripe is that their coffee is awful. Nothing goes better with a donut than a cup of joe and the coffee here (any Krispy Kreme) just isn't worth buying. Upgrade the coffee and consider opening a store down here in Naples, FL. You will be mobbed if you do since we have garbage donuts down here. read more
