Donuts are good but service is not. Some workers have masks, some do not. The one getting my donuts breathing on all of them does not. They also have a horrible system where They have one person serving everybody inside and several people serving the drive-through line. I don't care how good the donuts are. The service here is terrible. There is never enough staff to open the lobby in a post Covid economy. Line wraps around the store multiple times. Come on Kripsy Cream, I don't know what you are paying your employees but with the amount revenue you make from a store being wrapped around twice with customers willing to buy you should atleast pay your employees a decent wage to enough employees to serve your customers. And the icing on the cake is, this location has cut their hours from opening at 5am to opening at 7am. So the early orders are impossible. read more

The workers were very rude and unhelpful. I ordered a 3 glaze for my birthday and when I asked if I could order more "Robert" rolled his eyes, huffed, and told me I needed to go to another employee to help me. I ordered a half dozen assorted, and "Robert" rang them all up separately and the total came to $14.72. I thought that was ridiculous for 6 donuts. I told him that was crazy expensive and he said that it wasn't his fault (which it definitely was not, because I know he didn't set the prices), but that "these things happen". I ended up not buying them, and I'm glad I didn't because the attitude of the employees was horrible and it shouldn't cost an arm and a leg for fried dough. Do better Krispy Kreme. read more

Haven't seen the HOT NOW light on in some time, but KK donuts are always yummy w me. The lobby isn't currently open (Oct 2021) and more staffing is probably needed. The new dolly Parton donuts are not worth it except for the banana donut, it is yummy! The strawberry is too sweet, the chocolate is bland and the peachy keen had hardly any feeling and no peach taste. Also the peachy keen lemonade tasted like canned peaches, no tartness of lemonade. Came for the Chocolate Glazed but this location 'opted out' apparently and instead gave me 'Chocolate Iced Glazed' even though I specifically asked for 'Chocolate Glazed. (Sept 2018) ------------ Came for Gingerbread Original Glazed. Confirmed in their website that this location does have them. Get here only to find they've been 'discontinued,' yet they still have all the signs posted. Christmas Eve, they're busy, yet grossly understaffed. Boy did we come at the right time AND the wrong time! It was Saturday morning at around 10:30, I stood behind the glass to watch the assembly line at work. All of a sudden they started handing out fresh donuts, everybody gets one! Nothing, and I repeat, NOTHING, beats a freshly made original glazed Krispy Kreme donut! It literally melts in your mouth and leaves you desiring more. They're smart to be handing out freebies because people end up buying more. lol. I was asked if there's freebie every time, I'm not exactly sure but I do remember seeing the "Hot Now" sign flashing by the building. Bad timing because their espresso machine is down (SIGH, I so wanted to try the Original Kreme Latte) and resorted to a large cup of decaf hot coffee. It was.... unmemorable at the best. Felt like I was drinking Folgers instant coffee or something. Why did I even bother ordering a large? The guy was ready to grant me free refills... Cream (half & half) and sugar are provided but I'd bet the flavored latte would be so much better.... We did get a few more donuts to go: a filled one, a cruller, a Cinnamon Bun, and a Maple glazed (too sweet), they're all not as good as the original glazed. The staff members are all very nice. I stop by this location, every so often. Especially when the local doughnut shops nearby are not open due to closing early, or just closed in general. My favorite doughnuts from Krispy Kreme are the plain, glazed ones. Everything else is meh. Meh as in mediocre, expected, and halfhearted.. Only the glazed ones are fresh whenever I visit this location but sometimes they stop producing fresh ones early because, according to an employee there, the new Krispy Kreme location in Denver has slowed down their supply and demand. The other doughnuts can be dry and under-frosted. Prices have increased for the dozen and double dozen deal from what I remember. Double dozen deal is currently over $20 with tax. Bathrooms and seating areas are in OK condition, tables can be dirty from doughnut remnants from time to time. Like I said, I only come for the "hot and ready" glazed doughnuts. If they didn't have that, I wouldn't ever have a reason to step foot in a Krispy Kreme. Except for free doughnut days.. haha. read more

This is a large Krispy Kreme store with the windows to see the doughnuts being made which I always think is cool. The guy working was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and also enthusiastic about the rewards club. There was a great selection even late in the day on a Saturday and our doughnuts were fresh and happiness-inducing. It's a quick exit from 70/25 and I will be visiting much more often on drives past there now that I know what it's like- it's so fun to have these doughnuts pretty nearby!!! read more

My buddy use to bring box of this delectable goodies from NY trip and when this location opened, we waited in lines that stretched around the building just to get some donuts. After the Mississippi and Chambers location closed, this is probably the only location remaining. Its the same great donuts but no more waits. Came here for the 2020 grad event. I don't think this location realized the traffic they would have by offering FREE DONUTS to a bunch of sad high school and college seniors. The line of cars was INSANE. Took 2 hours (no joke) for us to get to the drive-thru window to get our donuts. We were not able to order any additional donuts or coffee; the location was only able to hand out the free boxes of donuts after inspecting the senior IDs. If this is all the restaurant was doing, why did it take so long to get through the line? Probably because of the time it takes to cook the donuts. Considering this was a National event at all Krispy Kreme locations, you would think they would have known they needed to have many boxes of donuts prepared at all times. I don't think this location was well-prepared enough to meet the demand. And while yes, we did get a free box of donuts, it was NOTHING like the advertisement. Krispy Kreme needed to be prepared to provide every senior there with the box of donuts they advertised. In the end, after the 2 hour wait, we did receive a free box of donuts, as promised. But ultimately, this is an event I would never participate in again due to the inadequacy in preparation of the staff. read more

We love Krispy Kreme and are Rewards members, which means we also get corporate emails with promotions. We live 4 hours away so when a promotion shows up in my email that coincides with a trip to Denver, Krispy Kreme goes on our "to do" list. BUT, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR ANY CORPORATE PROMOTIONS!!! I don't understand how they can be a part of the KK franchise and NOT honor corporate promotions. I have been a Krispy Kreme girl since I was knee high to a grape vine.. whatever that means.... I have visited this location a few times and there always seems to be some sort of something of issue. Today's first world problem with KK was: The One day only Pumpkin Spice Donut Sale. Yes.. all over 9 news at 4:30 and 5AM this morning was KK is selling for one day only the Pumpkin Spice Donut. So I decided today I would show my appreciation to my coworkers.. leave at 5:15 Am to go to KK to get donuts for the gang. I pull in about 540ish... Sit in line for about 10 mins and pull up to the drive through box giddy with end of the week and Pumpkin Spice excitement. Yes, I can be giddy at that hour of the morning especially when there's a new Sugar filled pastry on the brain. In my most clearest early morning voice.... 2 Dozen of your 1 day only Pumpkin spice donuts please. Over the speaker returns.... Umm yeah... we won't have those for at least another hour. I couldn't help myself... I was stunned... and terribly disappointed at the same time. I will admit I made up swear words in my head about 30 a second.. but out of my mouth came... SERIOUSLY!?!?!! Fine.. have a good day and drove off. I was crushed over a damn Donut... Yes.. scoff if you will BUT I WAS! So I went to work with a little less pep in my step.
