Order online for a pickup, I arrived there, my order wasn't ready and they actually didn't have what I ordered online .... the whole situation was terrible and they managed it poorly, told me they will reimburse me the difference between the online order and what I finally got in the store well, never happen, don't trust them go to Harris teether bakery instead! read more

I love the donuts here! But the customer service is horrible. I guess, I should not order drinks cause they always get my drink order wrong, one day i went here they did not even have plain Donuts, and yesterday they got my drink order wrong. I told them it was wrong, but i just go an attitude and an eye roll in the end. i just took the drink and threw it away. i'm not sure if i should keep going back to Krispy Kreme even though i love their donuts, but the service is not great! I have had several experiences in the drive through where the staff was rude and short with me, resulting in getting my order incorrect. Surprisingly, the staff was polite today. Before I drove off, I asked the guy at the window if my free doughnut was in my order, since every customer was supposed to get one free doughnut. He told me it was there. Sure enough when I get home and check, it wasn't there. I wont be returning back to this place. Between the long waits, even before COVID-19, and poor customer service. Let me start by saying I LOVE Krispy Kreme Donuts. However, this particular location probably just lost a customer. It's our closest one, but it's still a half hour drive away. So we placed an online order well in advance so we would know we could get the flavors we want. That order was confirmed. However when we were half way through the drive there, we got a phone call that said they were out of half the donuts we wanted. It might not be this location's fault, it might be the system. But, I just can't justify the drive if the system isn't setup so that the orders can be fulfilled as expected. It's not worth fighting the traffic only to be disappointed. read more

Bad customer service. I didn't see the speakers or hear anything when I pulled to the menu board. So I naturally just pulled up to the window (mind you I had just waited in their 20 minute long drive thru line). The girl at the window said I needed to order back at the menu board and the line was super long so.... I had my two toddlers and I'm 7 months pregnant. I told my kids I guess we can't have donuts today, she just stared at me..... and said have a nice day. I was dumb founded. I worked customer service for 10+ years and would never have treated someone like that. Doughnuts as expected are good but not always fresh. They seem to carry limited quantities or just get alot of business.

I have been to K Kremes in many parts of the country and this is by far the worst example of an otherwise good chain. Their customer service is horrible and they act like they are doing you a favor by taking your your money. There is no excuse for waiting 12 minutes directly behind the car at the window. If their order is complicated, tell them to park and take their order to them like other fast food drive through restaurants. Do not stop here if you are in any hurry. read more

We went to Krispy Kreme shortly after 10 am on Sunday seeking hot donuts. We drove more than 20 miles and checked the app, which indicated hot donuts would be available. When we pulled up to the store the hot donuts light was on. But when we entered the store they told us that they had stopped making hot donuts a while ago. I have always gone to the Krispy Kreme in Mount Vernon as for the longest time it was closest. This one recently opened up and had to try it out as it is less than five minutes to where I live. First of all I find the line, checkout process and waiting to be very unorganized and uncomfortable. Some of the staff are actually really rude and some are very nice. They had a limited selection of donuts in the glass case but I go for the "fresh and hot" off the belt. Of course there is an issue with the donut fryer so I have to wait ten minutes to get my dozen. I will give another chance but it looks like I might just go to Mount Vernon for good. read more

From what I read the bad reviews seem to be from when this location opened, don't know exactly when it opened but prob 6 months or more. Anywho, I missed the opening because I know people act a damn fool over Krispy Kreme on a regular day, no way was I going anywhere near it after it first opened. Also I've noticed that with any restaurant or food spot it's best to wait a little while for them to get the flow of things down and the operation to run more smoothly, but that's just my opinion. On the donuts...it's Krispy Kreme, I mean c'mon if you don't know then you better find out, because they're awesome hot. Hot sign is usually on when I pass it to/from work. Inside is nice and clean, service behind the counter usually moves fast. The drive thru line takes forever so o avoid it. I understand that tonight was extremely busy due to the promotion and the machine was not working properly, but there was no recognition by management that this was a problem for customers. After waiting for 15 minutes for 1 dozen, the machine stopped working and the Asst GM said I could come back later to get my dozen. When I came back, I was given no priority and had to wait 40+ minutes more. No acknowledgement/consideration that this was a problem.
