163rd street location Horrible service , I'm white not sure if that was why , because no explanation for this behavior - female cashier on Saturday 9/30 around 4:10pm.l, she Pulled my donuts and then refused to ring me up, only one other customer with another guy. she was just wandering around mumbling things for about 10 minutes or so (only one other customer being helped by another guy) other cashier picked up my two donuts and annoyingly threw to side not acknowledging me at all mumbling ( I was standing right at cash reg, asking for help with no other customer there) I kept asking if she could get my coffee and pay , eventually she asked do I want whip cream? I said yes , ended up no whip cream and half full cup when I got home and opened the cover. Something that should take 5 minute ended up taking very long 10 to 15? with me just standing there like a dummy. I walked away to view the donuts so that I would not get angry and give them time , I was still the only walk-in customer the whole time , didn't help at all, still waiting after that. Krispy Kreme Doughnut is near where I live so I have been coming here for a long time. Everything I go to the FIU Biscayne Campus I pass by and buy one original glazed doughnut. I go everything I want a nice, warm fresh doughnut (yes, I know is not that healthy ) but its always a pleasure. Lately I just go through the drive through instead of going in.This is a doughnut factory so they make the doughnuts freshly however, you might not always get them very fresh. I have noticed over the years that around 4 in the afternoon and very late a night like midnight the doughnuts are freshly made. I have gone inside and order a dozen or 2 dozen with my friends and just ate all the doughnuts. The service is pretty decent I don't have any complaints. However, I feel like it is not such a clean place but I still love the doughnuts so it is not going to stop me from going to this place thats the only reason I do not give it a 5 star review. Overall, the doughnuts are all to die for! from the chocolate with sprinkles, to the original glazed, or the powder ones or the creme filled doughnuts, they are all delicious and lovely and warm and just great! If you want doughnuts don't settle for ones in the supermarket that have probably been there for a couple of days just make the drive to North Miami and have great doughnuts. This location seems to be pretty popular. Parking was a bit difficult since there were only a few spots, cars going through the drive-thru, and people walking in and out of the store. I went on a Saturday in the late afternoon and saw that they make all the donuts in house. The store however did seem a bit dated. We ordered a few of the special Easter donuts, opting out of getting the classic glazed one since we'd already tried it. Service was good, as were the donuts. I've visited a few times since the pandemic. The staff has been friendly & the service is pretty fast despite the long lines.

I placed a pickup order from that location. Arrived to pick it up and was told that I had to get in the drive-thru line to get it like everyone else. The line was wrapped around the building at the near by gas station. The employee working the window at the midnight shift was very rude, unprofessional and slammed the window in customers faces. Krispy kreme holds a special place in my heart and this location did not disappoint. We got lucky enough were we went through the drive through as some fresh gooey doughnuts were just being made. The only thing I was not a fan of was there coffee, it was way too sweet that I ended up not even drinking it. Definitely recommend this place for some delicious doughnuts and nothing more. The only reason I'm giving this specific location a 4 instead of 5 out of 5 stars is because of the parking lot situation. Normally I'm able to go through the drive thru just fine without having to wait very long but for times that I do have to walk-in parking can be a little difficult. There are maybe less than 10 parking spots available in front of the store and it can be kind of hard to get into as well with it being small parking spaces. When I walked in, it felt so inviting and the staff was eager to take my order. For those who are for some reason hooked on "DD", you may want to drive just a little further and try Krispy Kreme! The doughnuts aren't sitting on a tray for hours and they're not hard and dry, like DD. (Sorry, I hate cold and dry doughnuts that sit all day) At Krispy Kreme, they don't over cook or pre bake too many doughnuts; they actually bake them as the day goes on, so you'll more than likely get doughnuts fresh out of the oven. Today I went to buy three dozen donuts. 2 assorted and one glazed. The lady said I can only get one specialty donut( pineapple or key lime) per assorted dozen. Sunday, November 3rd, 2019, was my 23rd birthday, and I must admit that Krispy Kreme was the best food place that I went to on my birthday. When I got in, my mother went inside since she was a new member. However, the worker said that new members get a free glazed donut to which she put a glazed donut in a bag, which I know that they let you choose what donut as a new member. When she went to the cashier (who happened to be the host) once things were situated, she asked [Natalia] the cashier/host about being a new member so the host asked my mother which donut she wanted to which my mother asked if the apple fritter would count, which they said it did not count. In that was the case, my mother chose the glazed blueberry donut so the host let her keep the glazed donut and got a glazed blueberry donut. Now, it was my turn as the next customer. I told the original worker (the same lady that gave my mother the glazed donut) that I came for Krispy Kreme's birthday deal so that worker asked what donut I wanted, which I chose the chocolate covered custard-filled donut (aka the chocolate iced custard donut) and it tasted really good. Afterwards, when I went to Natalia, she told that I had to wait for about 3 minutes since the coffee was currently brewing by the time I got inside; how ironic that I had to wait 3 minutes on November the 3rd. After the coffee finally brewed and Natalia gave me the coffee (and ironically asked for 3 sugars on the 3rd while waiting 3 minutes for the coffee), she even said happy birthday to me, which was very generous of Natalia so props to her. Excluding my mother, Natalia was the only other person who told me "happy birthday" on Sunday even though I saw saw family on Sunday. As Natalia gave me the coffee, she asked if I wanted another free donut as a "birthday goodbye donut" since I was about to leave, which I highly thanked her for that. I chose the pumpkin spice cake donut and (as my first time trying that donut) it was one of the best donuts I ever had. I honestly would place it in my top 5 donuts. My mother and I even got a little Krispy Kreme hat as well while waiting for my coffee. This was the best experience I have ever had both on my birthday along with my trip to Krispy Kreme. On my way west on 163rd street to the 95 this afternoon I see the "HOT NOW" light flashing....and make my next possible left to get back going east so I can pull in and grab me and my carload of grumpy heads a box of these babies HOT off the conveyor belt...only the original glazed for me.....I can eat two or three of them in the space of five minutes and after passing around the box....five minutes later...no grumpy heads in the car.... I love them so much- driving down the street and seeing the fresh hot sign on causes me to hit the brakes and come in to Krispy Kreme- whatever neighborhood I'm in and get a dozen. Saturday night we were driving home from the Snowfest Parade and I see the light flashing in the window. We pulled in so fast that I didn't even see all of the birds in the tree above my car.
