I ordered my drinks online and reviewed it in under 5 minutes. The strawberry matcha tasted good for a Starbucks matcha but they barley put any strawberry cold foam sadly. The only negative of this location is that it's super full at all times and people always leave trash and there's no one really cleaning up the tables. read more

It's a great location, perfect for working and having a coffee break. My sister wanted to try her coffee with honey, and she did, but she dislike it! My happy place! This is a great Starbucks location. Great outside seating and alot of it... which you can not say for every location. It is a great spot to meet friends, study, or do remote work to get out of the house. The location is very clean and the staff is friendly. I decided to change up my order to an iced coffe, the barista made a great recommendation, and helped with all my modifications. My wait was short considerding i did not order ahead. Me and my husband went here after the morning rush and boy was it a hot mess. There were enough people behind the counter to take care of the less than ten people ordering. Someone should have been out in the dining area CLEANING! The place looked like a Burger King dining area. We had to clean our own table. I could not throw my trash away inside because the trash was crawling out of the garbage. Now in they're defense maybe the rush literally just ended but while we were there nobody attempted to clean. I don't frequent this Starbucks, even though it's biking distance from my house, I feel it's just not up to par with the customer service and no drive thru and for the prices I choose to drive out of my way to Starbucks on Sheridan east and get a friendly hello and a clean table to eat at. However, my our food order was perfect and the drinks and that is what matters the most at the moment. This is probably about the 5th maybe 6th time of coming to this location and the service is always a hit or miss and usually messy but food always good and the line moves quick. read more

Today i am trying the Caramel Ribbon crunch frappuccino. The tittle alone sounds great. Well I loved it if you are someone like me who loves sweet things. You will too. The caramel flavor really comes out strong and it is one sweet drink. I specially liked the crunchy sprinkled stuff on top. I think the drink is perfect the way it is. My only regret was that I got a medium instead of a large. I tried a chocolate chip cookie from here. I am a cookie lover and will try a chocolate chip cookie just about anywhere looking for the perfect one. To my surprise they gave me a choice of getting a warm one. I was so happy. There is nothing like a warm gooey chocolate cookie to me. Personally I thought the cookie was o.k. I was a little disappointed. It did not have enough chocolate chips for me. The cookie itself didn't taste fresh. I was confused and impressed with this store. They have lines on the floors to guide people but they where a little confusion. The last few times I've been there it is just little annoying things - like not announcing your order is ready, or calling the order by your drink instead of your name. Tonight has me convinced that they just don't really care about their customers. We came in 20 minutes before closing so that my wife could get her birthday latte. The person behind the counter said that can't happen. No lattes. Just fraps and cold brews. They already shut down and cleaned the latte machine. I've noticed that it seems as though the drive thru is a higher priority than face to face customers, not unlike when you go to customer service at a retail store and the phone call is more important than the person standing right in front of them. I have found it quicker to stay in the car line rather than park and go inside. This is a great store with terrific employees who are incredibly nice to customers. Jackie and her team make sure to welcome everyone while keeping those delicious beverages flowing. This location is very busy, and the wacky ole Hallandale customers are a very diverse group from all ages and backgrounds who never fail to provide entertainment. It's a great place for people watching, and there are often interesting dogs too! There is no drive- through window, so mobile ordering is a good option if you're in a hurry.
