This is the worst KK I have ever been to. I came in the morning when Hot N Fresh sign was on, asked for the Hot N Fresh and ended up getting hard, not fresh donuts. They were reheated. Went in there was told that doughnuts were hot not fresh, made that afternoon. But hot doughnut sign on????? Then Donna the clerk states she's the only one working while three other people are in the back. Donna gets my doughnuts throws them on counter and states save your receipt you'll bring them back in front of the manger who finally come up front. I then ask for my money back and the manger Bill lets Donna continue to mouth off to me while refunding my money not stopping her or telling her to get off sales floor. Poor customer service all the way around. Go down the street to the one on North end of Myrtle Beach. Both Bill the manger and Donna the clerk need to see the district manager to learn about customer service. read more

Krispy Kreme makes a good, consistent donut. The coffee here is good, the service is good (at times great) and IT ALWAYS SMELLS AMAZING! I have a bit of a sweet tooth so I'm always compelled to ask for a 32 ounce cup of their delicious, sugary GLAZE! I know, I have issues. This was my first time going to a Krispy Kreme store. I usually just buy them from the grocery store because I live in Michigan and unfortunately we don't have any stores there. But after finally having a fresh donut I'm upset I waited so long! Great donuts and great service. read more

This place is amazing. I have yet to have a bad experience here and I doubt I ever will. The doughnuts are always fresh even if the light is not on. The restaurant is always packed. The only down fall I have is that sometimes the tables are dirty or have a few crumbs on them but it is not enough to take away a star. I love how you can watch the fresh doughnuts being made and the whole atmosphere is just amazing. read more

Cannot leave one less than one star. Witnessed manager and other employee changing labels on donut display instead of pulling out and changing labels from they front they decided to proceed with reaching all the way around and get there arm pit juice all on top of the original glazed filled .... so if you are coming Monday July 23rd stay away from the original glazed Kreme filled they may have a salty arm put flavor on top of the glaze. If i had one close by,,, it would be very bad....I was here everyday on my vacay in MB.. I couldnt get enough of the oh so yummy donuts.. although the hot now are delish and melt in your mouth..you tend to gulp it down too quickly..my favorite is the glazed.. regular...and cooled...it still melts in your mouth but you get the full flavor... The best doughnuts on the planet, plus excellent customer service! You can watch the doughnuts as they are fried, iced and coming off the conveyor belt. Have them with fresh, hot coffee or a glass of milk. Delish!! We bought a dozen, but the friendly staff provided us with three more so we could taste the difference between "fresh out of the fryer vs. freshly hot iced." Our son dropped his strawberry doughnut with sprinkles on the floor and we were immediatlely given another, no tears! Love this place. read more

This is a wonderful Kripsy Kreme store. The doughnuts are always fresh and good.

Normally, I prefer Dunkin Donuts because of their huge selection of flavors. However, this Krispy Kreme ALWAYS has hot, fresh donuts and they are delicious. Their seasonal flavors are amazing. And everyone has always been friendly to me. If you get a chance, definitely stop by. Not to mention, everytime the Panthers win, you get a dozen glazed donuts half priced! read more

Worst experience ever, due to manager named Debbie. They had one guy working counter and two ladies cooking. They hollered for Debbie and she took her sweet time coming to help , and had a attitude when she did. The place was filthy and customers were leaving cause they were tired of waiting. Nothing is better the Hot glazed Krispy Kreme donuts! But when the employees are rude and disrespectful it's not worth it! We went there on a Friday night. Stood in line for 15 minutes. RUDE!!!!!! Ordered my donuts in drive through, pulled up to Window - they said we only take cash. They said If you come inside we can take plastic payment at register. So I had to park, go inside, in the rain, and hand my card to the same lady from the window to swipe it at the counter to get my donuts and coffee. Food was good, but that was rediculous! read more

This place has no blueberry donuts. Limited selection of donuts although the donuts are good. Staff was pretty limited on their customer service as well. I heard one lady on the register ask the people in line behind us if they remembered the 12 donuts they ordered so she could ring them up HAHAHAHA. Walked in and the store straight up stunk from the start. The mexican that walked up from the back was going to hep me. Well i tried to explain that i had an email saying that i could get a free small coffee and free doughnut for a birthday thing i got. Him being rude to start with cut me off before i could finish and said. "No,no,no, that you need to print out the bar coupon. Well this is my first time getting this and and when i got it. I said how and i pose to print out a barcode from my phone when it doesnt give me one to print? Also when i got this email i click on it with my phone the for some reason i have two more email in that one and they are bith the same. Neither of them give me a barcode. Im not from this area i so how am i pose to print this out when i have no where to print it out at and no code to print at that? Also today is my 1 year anniserary. So all in all i was cery unhappy with this and ruined that rest of my day. read more
