If you aren't friendly you shouldn't be working in the service industry. TERRIBLE customer service, I was not greeted when I entered. I waited about 5 minutes and decided to leave and saw the drive through was quicker so decided to go there, I was greeted with an attitude already and she said "can I help you?" I thought well, yes.. duh.. anyway the woman mis heard me when I asked for 2 chocolate milks and thought I said 2 chocolate filled donuts, when I told her I wanted 2 chocolate milks, one whole milk and one 1% milk she repeated it back to me. Then when I got to the window she had the wrong milk so I told her and she told me I made it to complicated when I ordered... Then she serves me my donuts and with an attitude tells me to have a good day and slams the windows closed. No wonder no one wants to work there, they are rude and disrespectful. read more

Wow. Donuts do not taste like normal Krispy Kremes. Too sugary. Taste dense, not light and fluffy. The place was busy enough. Not sure why. Customer service was fine, but they really need to clean up the place. The interior is hot and barren. There is a lot of dust and grime. Such a disappointment. We were so excited for the magic of Krispy Kreme, but this absolutely missed the mark. The glazed donuts were cold. The coffee was burned. Worst of all, they gave us a day old chocolate glazed donut instead of a chocolate cake donut. Oh, and we got cut off in the drive through line. Don't be fooled by the sign. Never so disappointed in Krispy Kreme!! No free donut upon arrival . Glazed were barely glazed!! And they discontinued the Kreme filled when they came out with 'original' Kreme filled. They had a limited time coffee Kreme filled which barely had any Kreme nor did the new original Kreme filled. Is Krispy Kreme going bankrupt and tryin to save money now or was this an isolated experience, just at this location?? read more

Wow. I would never have dreamed that Krispy Kreme would allow such awful donuts to be served to the public. Our donuts we got in the drive thru window were all stale. Two pumkin spice cake donuts and two choc covered donuts. How could that be if the light is on for fresh donuts baking? On top of that, the two chocolate covered ones tasted strongly of old grease. My feedback is based on an encounter on 16 June 2016. I have been frequenting this location for a number of years. This am at appx 7:50, I went through the drive through vs going in side. I started my order and didn't get more than a sentence or two before being abruptly interrupted and told they were out of that Kolachi, then silence...When I asked what they did have, the lady proceeded to sarcastically read everything on the menu. I have given this location two chances and both have failed me both times. First was a couple weeks ago when I got there early to take donuts to our crew at Amazon. I waited in parking lot for them to open at 6 am. Even though the staff was there and completely aware I was waiting. I FINALLY pounded on front door to be let in. Manager argued with me about how they could not open doors until 6 am. I kept telling her, yes, I understand but it is almost 6:10. Ignorant or not she continued to argue with me. I ordered my items and they offered to do a doz. add on for a certain price. I agreed and then after presenting me with the bill she said oh, I forgot that add on is for only the glazed. REALLY??? You might of said that. So now late for my meeting and totally frustrated. I thought never again. Tried the drive in on Tuesday, pretty much the same. Idiots that do not know what they are doing.
