Krispy Kreme donut franchise located in the the heart of popular Sevierville Tennessee. My family and I was in town for one of my daughters cheer competitions at nearby Sevierville convention center when they had an early performance time. With no time to stop at one of the many and cool Breakfast places in the city we decided to make a quail stop for something quick, light and wash. So Krispy Kreme was a good option. I tend to have a rule of when I travel to not eat at places we have back home. We do have a Krispy Kreme at home but we made an exception. The inside was similar l what we have back home. They have a indoor dining area, a window to see the donuts. Won't process and made which is always cool and register to order and pick out your donuts. We stuck with a classic glazed donut dozen, added an assorted dozen and my oldest got her a latte. Service here was quick and the lady was really Sweet and nice. No complainants there. Pricing was on the high side but oreyyy much all the Sevierville/pigeon forge/Gatlinburg touristy areas are high. Overall we are a fan of Krispy Kreme's. They always have a good flavor. I feel like the donuts keep getting smaller and smaller but they are still tasty. A solid trip and hit the spot for exactly what we needed on that early Sunday morning. read more

Staff has no idea what they're doing - went in for a nationwide promotion(store came up as participating). They looked at us like we were crazy and then have the post by Krispy, and still said they don't do it. Krispy Kreme runs promos all the time, but I wouldn't try this store. If he didn't know what he was talking about he should've asked a manger instead of looking confused and turning us away. read more

I am from Harrisburg, PA and I have never had a true Krispy Kreme donut when "the light is on" so I wanted to make sure when I came here, I got one. So I made sure to check the website to see what time the light was on. I went and was sad to see the light was off before 7pm since it says 5-7pm. As I parked I looked at my husband and told him never mind, but he made me go in and at least just get one. But my husband asked if they were still fresh, and the staff at the counter and in the back were so kind. He brought us both a a HOT fresh glazed donut and was so kind. So I ordered 6 and was so appreciative. They were amazing and it was worth all the hype for me. Thank you for making my first experience a great one. read more

Very, very disappointed! My wife is a HUGE Scooby Doo fan and when she saw that KK was going to have Scooby Doo inspired donuts, there was no way she wasn't going to get a dozen. We showed up at this location on Friday the 13th (which is also my wife's birthday) We ordered a dozen donuts and when the girl behind the counter set them on the counter, they were in a normal KK box. We asked where the Scooby Doo box was that is advertised on TV and in the actual store. The girl said, "we didn't get any of those boxes". WHAT?? Seriously?? Needless to say, we left very unhappy, my wife especially since we drove to this location for the only reason to get that box of donuts. The KK marketing team must not be too bright to run a promotion and not even give the stores the boxes needed for said promotion. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this KK location or any other for that matter. While the donuts were good, it's all about presentation. Very shameful KK!! read more

These are the worst Krispy Kreme donuts we have ever tried to eat. The stale ones you get at the grocery store are better than these. They were so dense, not to mention inconsistent in size. The chocolate glazed ones were so small, they were sliding around in the box. Pretty sad after spending almost $20. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'll be going to Dunkin from now on. read more

Worst donuts I've ever had and Krispy Kreme is one of my favorite places to get donuts, it was hands down the worst donuts ever. They gave me donuts that had problem been in the box for 2 days. They were stale and had wet stains through the box because of how long they were in the box. Not a fan of this location. read more

Always close earlier than advertised. Close at 8pm Sunday-Thursday. Hot and Now times are never consistent like other locations.

Rude and if I could I would give them no stars. Sat in Drive through for over 25 minute only to be told that they were out of donuts!!!! They didn't tell anyone and allowed people to sit there forever! read more

Best doughnuts and customer service in town! Every time I visit this location the customer service is beyond excellent! The doughnuts are always fresh and just how I order them! I also love how clean the lobby and bathrooms are! The staff and management always make sure I'm 100% satisfied before I walk out the door! You can tell that the staff take pride in what they are doing. Both, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, locations are locally owned and it shows! This location is fairly new, so I have given them more chances than I probably should have. The first time I went, they were EXTREMELY slow. I also didn't get charged for my purchase until 2 months later. The next time that I went, I received doughnuts that were raw in the middle. I went again today because they were supposed to have chocolate glazed doughnuts for 1 day only. I didn't get any of those doughnuts because they were somehow out of them. I was annoyed, but I ordered something else in place of what I had planned to order. When I got to the window, the woman that was there did not say 1 word to me at all. I told her that I had rewards to scan, and she didn't even acknowledge that I said anything. There is another location in the county that is about 20 minutes out of the way, but I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes than go to this location again. read more

It was drive thru only but the guy was hilarious. He made us laugh and feel great for ordering. These donuts are the best!

Sat in drive thru for 5-10 minutes to get to the order screen where I was greeted with "be with you in just a moment" 25 minutes later no one had came on to take my order...... out of frustration I called the store to be told they are out of almost every donut so here I am stuck in the drive thru with no good way out as I have a woman on my bumper and I'm pretty much on the bumper of truck in front of me and a decent curb between me and a getaway... lol... I got out of my vehicle and told the lady behind me the situation and informed her I was gonna be backing up and jump the curb to get out.... the drive thru was still packed .... I was there before 9pm but didn't get out of drive thru til nearly 9:40.... absolutely ridiculous... if it were possible to give a zero rating this location would certainly be getting it! read more

I made a special trip at my spouse request to get the advertised special as I am a rewards member. The is the second time that I was a victim of the old bait and switch advertisements. You arrive only to find out that they do not have any of the apps advertise special and will not substitute any other items on the menu to get the pricing advertised. If I could give them a zero I would cause of Misrepresentation. The mangers did get involved; which she exhibited a very poor customer service attitude. I realize you don't get everything you want these days. But what is going with this store; we are not all on vacation. Some of us live here and don't get any respect! We've been twice in the past month. Both times we were told they were out of glazed donuts. Both times we've been there on the weekend (Saturday). Today we were told they were out of glazed, chocolate glazed, lemon filled glazed and blueberry. The gentleman before us left without buying anything. We we're going to buy a dozen but they were out of most of what we came for. We made a special trip(30 min. Out if our way) just for these donuts. We won't do that again! We told the manager about our frustration over nit being able to even get a plain glazed donut and he just shrugged his shoulders. Very disappointed in this location. We say two customers leave without purchasing anything because of lack of selection. It was 4:45 in the afternoon this time but a few weeks ago it was 2:00 pm on a holiday weekend. I would think the owner/franchise would like to sell donuts and meet demand. I cannot recommend this location. The employees were not helpful and the manager was indifferent. read more

We went there before closing one night and they had already locked their doors and refused to answer the drive through. They had turned off all the lights except for the open sign. Their cars were warming up outside with nobody in them. Another time we went first thing in the morning and they were out of donut holes. Told us they might have some the next day.
