Donuts are a big "guilty pleasure" of mine and not something I have all the time. Tried to order on the mobile app but all the donuts were showing "UNAVAILABLE." I should have taken that news and went somewhere else. Decided to drive to the location and order and dine INSIDE. Unfortunately the doors were locked and a sign apologized and said drive through only was available. AGAIN I should have take that as a sign and gone somewhere else but I went through the driveway. Ordered 3 donuts and they did not task fresh, tasted like they were a day old. Definitely not worth the calories and carbs!

Came here early for my free three donuts for St.Patty's weekend. Luckily I was wearing a mint green flannel because you don't get the free three without them. This place actually managed to drop a star from the last time I was here. They really need to clean the window next to the donut assembly line. You can tell that the oil has been there so long that the grease is caked on. Please, one of these nights just take a soft brush and scrub down the windows with water and Dawn. Then rinse. Scrub some more when you see the grease you missed, then rinse again, and squeegee. That window is half the reason people come so please, one of you managers, take ownership and clean that window right.

For one getting into the parking lot was damn near impossible because of the lack of room on the road and traffic from the mall and then when we went to the drive-through to order on the speaker, the screen wasn't even working and it had a Windows 10 homepage open We ordered our food. It was heavily overpriced 37$ for a dozen and a large iced caramel vanilla latte that looks about 8 ounces. I'd be be fine if it wasnt almost 1$ a oz that only took me three sips of the thing to finish it. They ran out of the very berry donuts And as a replacement I asked for strawberry filled donuts. They tried saying they didn't have them, they did then we got to the front of the drive-through and had to explain to them that's what we wanted so they replaced them and then after all that, we struggled to open the box and after we open the box we come to find out The bear donuts look nothing like the ad and the other seasonal donut just looks like a classic with whipped cream on it everything is overpriced for no given reason and looks genuinely like shit, as a established business the product should be held to a certain standard and this is most definitely not it... I don't think I'll be buying from them again I wish I could give no stars

Love Krispy Kreme, love the Halloween Ghostbusters collaboration. A little sad they were out of one of the donuts AND the slimer drink. That's the only reason they got a 4. Because the service is always quick the atmosphere inviting, and the donuts fresh

I have always been a big fan of Krispy Kreme, especially for their doughnut holes, and original and chocolate glazed donuts! This location has a drive-through which is convenient. I got the mini donut box, which was the perfect sharing size for a party of 3-4 other people. Overall, the service was quick and the staff assisting us were helpful.

They give military discount which is awesome, would be nice if all there donuts were freshly made not just the glazed ones. They also offer hot and cold coffee which is great. There cold coffee cup sizes are a bit confusing at least for me anyways there small is not much different from a medium and a medium isn't much different from a large

This is the closest Krispy Kreme so I normally order from here. Good donuts.. but they're not really friendly lol. Every time I come, they always look upset even when it's not busy. Last time I went, I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived 30 min later after ordering, they didn't have it made because they were out of some of the flavors. Fortunately they did let me pick the donuts that usually cost extra to substitute the ones they didn't have. The purple heart donut was wayyyy too sweet. I like the chocolate heart with sunflower and original donut the most.

Wasn't sure what I was getting, ended up getting a dozen original glazed. Customer service from Matthew was superb! Answered pretty much all the questions I had and upselled me into getting a vanilla latte on ice that I enjoyed. This visit was way better experience than my last!

My sister and I went through the drive thru to order a half dozen box of the Total Solar Eclipse Doughnuts. It was very quick and easy transaction! I would recommend going through the drive thru if you know exactly what you plan to get, and the line isn't long. Even if the line is long, they work pretty fast. Our donuts were very secured in the box, I almost couldn't open the box.

I used to visit the Sacramento location, so it was a nice surprise seeing one nearby. My review is mainly for the desserts since I still haven't tried the coffee yet (though I'm sure it's probably great too since they're known for their Yemeni coffee). The menu seems very similar to the Sacramento location, but I'm giving 4 stars because they don't carry the one dessert I've been seriously craving: Turkish delight! The Sacramento location has it and I was definitely hoping to grab some here but I didn't see any on display or on the menu :( The milk cakes were thankfully just as good and super consistent between locations. We ordered the pistachio milk cake and the caramel milk cake (different pricing, depending on flavor probably). Both were incredibly moist, flavorful, and just really delicious. If you've never tried the milk cakes here, I definitely recommend them. They taste high quality, for sure, and a perfect treat for a sweet tooth. I had my husband try one for the first time since he likes caramel, and he immediately said it tasted so fancy he felt like he should be sticking his pinky out while eating it lol. I told him it *is* around $10 a slice, after all. We stopped by on a weekday afternoon and the parking lot was busy and the café itself was packed, so it definitely seems like a popular spot. They also have a points rewards program you can sign up for with just your phone number. I'll definitely be back for sweets again.

Being on STW (that is short for South Tacoma Way), I think this location has huge potential for attracting non-locals compared to their 6th Ave location (already established local reputation with regulars), hopefully they staff up to create more flexibility because a lot of times they're backed up on orders especially early mornings due to several crowd rolling in from Howdy Bagel across the street, they're also a bit stoic when it comes to simple greetings. Cortado is one of my favorite coffee drinks but I will not order from this location, today I ordered it with almond milk (which, for cortado of less than 4oz, the portion of milk is not very much but I paid a kidney for it, its my fault) it was $6.07. The barista did provide a tip for next time if I'm looking for a more fuller 8oz drink, I can go for a Flat White. I visit both of their locations fairly regularly and do appreciate this STW location that is closer to me. Parking is on street and has never given any problem finding a spot nearby. Great offerings of seasonal coffee drinks, and I enjoy coming here very early before the crowd hits.

They make their syrups inhouse, and you can tell, even a basic caramel latte tasted like the most delicate, handcrafted drink. They have fun seasonals, they're a hit or miss obviously based on your preferences, but I love them all so far. My go to drink pairing is a cardamon and ginger latte. The inside is SO HOMEY. It's rare to find coffee shops that haven't succumbed to the hospital white aesthetic, so this is so refreshing on the head. It is the ideal shop to study in. The cups and plates are my favorite thing about this place. The cups are handmade and just so stinking cute. The baristas are so welcoming every single time I come in, they look like they just love their job and love to chat with the customers. The outside of the shop is a mint green which really throws me off because the inside is so cute. The parking situation is a little limited as well, there's a few parking spots near the shop and the rest is street parking. They have a large selection of pastries and some food but know that if you come in the afternoon there probably won't be much left, they go pretty quick. Amazing shop, it's a different aesthetic than what most shops are but it feeds that "homey" craving that I have when I want to study at a coffee shop.

We came here again as BECU is currently hosting an event where they let you enjoy a free drink on them and Campfire Coffee was one of the businesses that is participating! It's been a while since we stopped by so we decided to stop by again. I saw on Yelp that dogs were allowed but they are not, however they do offer a generous pup cup! I was greeted by an female employee and she was very professional, kind and patient as I was trying to decide what to get. She also showed that same positive attitude and mannerism with the customers ahead of me as well. The interior is so cozy and they even have a campfire set up which is great for photo ops or just to hang out at. Additionally, they have a corner with shelves of different things to enjoy while you're there too! I went ahead and got one of their seasonal specials: Grandma's Cabin Energy with light ice and my boyfriend got their Peppermint Mocha. I appreciate that she asked me to make sure I liked it before I left but she nailed it, all the flavors came through and it was the right amount of ice! The drink was so good that I forgot to take a picture! Love that they don't upcharge on flavors especially when a lot of other coffee shops do. We also had a conversation about how they have different seasonal menus and look forward making more creative drinks in the future. So glad to see that they are still making fantastic drinks, have stellar service, and offer unique drinks and food/treats.
