Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. Burgers were simple but solid quality, fries were fresh, and overall the experience lived up to the hype more than I expected. Not life-changing gourmet food -- but definitely a good classic burger stop with a nice atmosphere.

I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue.

When we arrived we returned the glasses and we had some small talk. We then realized that we should do something and we decided walk to jack n the box which was approximately a 5 minute walk. It was chilly outside and we wanted a nice place to warm up. We sadly remembered - Jack n the box doesn't have an inside! However, it was ok and we walked up to the window where you order. We were very cold and in a rush as we waited for the people to come help us. We waited and knocked on the window about 3 times before he came. My pal and I ordered 4 tacos which came out to a good price about 3 dollars. Our lady friends ordered the mini tacos. Our food was served quick and we sat at the tables to eat. The tacos were quite good considering the price. The hot sauce was a little spicy for my liking but it was ok. Our lady friends ordered the mini tacos and I was very impressed by their small size. We did some chatting and my pal decided he would like to get a cake. He rushed over to the ordering spot and promptly ordered and got his food. He was quite sad because the cake was not warm and quite small. However he enjoyed it. A dapper young man who was the janitor walked out with the days trash. My pal exclaimed to him - "DID YOU MAKE THIS CAKE ITS INCREDIBLE!" the dapper young janitor sadly stated - "no im just the janitor" we finished our food and parted ways for the night. 5 stars!

Then I spent $15 for a poor excuse of a bacon cheeseburger which looked nothing like the picture. After one bite of this grisly and greasy beef wanna be crap, I had no choice but to chuck the whole thing in the trash. It was absolutely horrid. That is not meat and if it is, then it sure as hell isn't beef. Never, never, never again. What a total waste of money!

We almost missed the sign and it is located in a small corner of a shopping area with another establishment next door. Inside, it has a cool casual vibe. You order at the counter and then go grab a table if you are dining in (they give you a number to put on your table). We both had the classic burger, mine with pepper jack cheese. They come with chips so you have to upgrade for fries or onion rings, and that will cost you an extra $3.75. The burgers were really good, and though I know it's subjective, this was one of the best fast-food burgers I've had. My wife enjoyed her onion rings, and I liked the steak fries, though they could have been crispier. You have all of your condiments, including fry sauce, at the table. In addition, they have a variety of shake flavors. I chose a "regular" peach, regular still being pretty big. There were bits of peaches in mine, which was nice, but I did not taste a peach flavor. I was hoping for something that tasted more like peach ice cream. The shakes are thick, and you have to eat them with a spoon. Very yummy. I'll order a different flavor the next time we're passing through. Our meal cost about $34, not counting a tip. So, not inexpensive. Still, very worth it to us. A special shout-out to Bodie, the young man that helped us with our order. Very friendly and helpful. My wife and I think we'll make this a regular stop on our trips to Colorado and California.
