The staff is very organized and helpful. We had jumping time, pizza and cake and then enjoyed the arcade. One thing I would point out is that it isn't cheap! Be sure to keep your headcount relatively limited otherwise you may be surprised with the bill (like I was). This being said, my kids do love this place and the staff is all really nice and helpful.

The locker is also free- btw. We really appreciated how the time slots prevented this place from being too crowded, as other places like trampoline parks can be too crowded to jump at times. The staff here are just amazing, which is reflective of the previous reviews posted here. Brett took care of us, and his welcoming presence adds a great touch to the experience here. The arcade was really fun, and not as expensive. My son and I were able to play table air hockey, shooting games and other arcade games. Thank you to the management team for planning your strategy to ensure that this place is not too crowded. My son and I really appreciate our time here. We will be back!

Plus all you can eat chicken, hot dogs, burgers, soda, and some salad options. Then you get to go on all the rides. It was a nice day spending with my work friends and got a nice day at Canobie! Plus the Taylor Swift show this year was awesome! She had three shows, and two different sets! I liked the second set since it was Taylor's newer songs. Olivia did a great job--she looks and sounds like Taylor.

This is a great amusement and water park combined with rides, easy, scary, water fun, shows, food…read moreand gifts. It's good for all ages. There is free parking which is a plus. You pay for a ticket but it's unlimited rides for all day. I've been coming for over twenty years now and some things are the same but some things are new and you always enjoy yourself. I found out the train ride isn't running due to repairs of an Italian restaurant so they had to remove the tracks but I was told it will be back, like maybe next year. So you go on a boat ride on the lake, or you take a ride on top of the lake for a breathtaking view on the Sky Ride, go on the merry go round, the Ferris wheel, get wet on the Boston Tea Party. So much to do! The people working here are helpful and friendly. So if you haven't been to Canobie Lake Park in Salem NH, put it on your list to do this summer.

If I could give zero I would…read more I was really disappointed with my experience at Great Wolf Lodge. For the amount of money you pay, you would expect things to run much smoother. First off, charging $20 for parking is already frustrating--but what makes it worse is that they don't even check or monitor vehicles after charging you. It feels like an unnecessary fee with no real purpose. Then there's the water park. At around $100 per person, you'd expect a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but instead it was extremely overcrowded. It was hard to actually enjoy anything because of how packed everything was. The food is another issue--very overpriced for what you get. You end up spending way more than expected just to feed your family. One of the worst parts was the check-in process for the water park. We waited about 30 minutes just to get wristbands. That's unacceptable, especially when you've already paid so much. There should absolutely be a better system in place--like separate lines for hotel guests and day pass visitors to make things move faster. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all. Between the extra fees, long waits, and overcrowding, I don't think I will be going there again.

Everyone in the family has a favorite flavor which means we visit often!! The ice cream people are always super sweet and they work the line so effectively that you rarely have to wait long even if the line is into the parking lot!! I have had a few disappointing experiences with the food people. I'm not sure what makes that station more grumpy but it's definitely a vastly different experience!! We have easily spent 3-4 hours at Kimballs having dinner, doing activities and walking around, ending with ice cream! It's always a fun!!

This location has only gotten bigger and they've really expanded what's available. Now you can enjoy your ice cream and fried seafood and make a day of it with mini golf, pitch and putt, driving range, batting cage, ziplining, bumper cars, bumper boats, an arcade, etc. there are even more kid friendly activities on the weekends like caricatures, pony rides, and animal adventures. The gift shop is cute and quirky and ice cream portions are huge as usual. I think the mini golf courses here are really beautiful and creative in particular but they do get busy. I wish they still allowed multiple flavors with smaller sizes but that's a thing of the past. If they were to add anything, a pool with lanes would be nice.
