My kids love this place! We've been going here pretty consistently since they were 4 years old for birthday parties. They are now 8 and 7. We did our daughter's party here last year too. The staff is very organized and helpful. We had jumping time, pizza and cake and then enjoyed the arcade. One thing I would point out is that it isn't cheap! Be sure to keep your headcount relatively limited otherwise you may be surprised with the bill (like I was). I am so glad that I brought my 7 yo here to the bouncy airplay. He had a great time and even for an adult, it was a physically fun place to take jump, climb and bounce. The locker is also free- btw. We really appreciated how the time slots prevented this place from being too crowded, as other places like trampoline parks can be too crowded to jump at times. The staff here are just amazing, which is reflective of the previous reviews posted here. Brett took care of us, and his welcoming presence adds a great touch to the experience here. The arcade was really fun, and not as expensive. My son and I were able to play table air hockey, shooting games and other arcade games. Lazer Tag was everyone's favorite activity- even after the jumped for 45 minutes in the air park and then played in arcade where they could pick their prize with the tickets on their cards! We just had a joint birthday party for my 10yo and his good buddy with 10 of their friends, and they had a blast at laser tag and playing arcade games! As the hosting parent I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every one of them was professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I had asked for a slightly different start time for the party and the manager was able to rejigger the schedule of events for us. Our hostess Leah was absolutely amazing in keeping the kids and the party on schedule, moving them from one activity to the next, serving the food and drinks, and had some nice touches like putting the cupcakes we brought into a serving tray and placing decorative rings and candles on them. It was a stress-free evening for us parents and we could just enjoy being there without having to do any herding. Totally recommend! read more

We brought 8 kids to Xtreme craze after having to shift our outdoor birthday party plans indoors due to rain. The kids had a great time in the air park, aircade and laser tag. The manager, John I believe, and his team got us some tables together and put down a tablecloth and helped us schedule the activities out perfectly! The pizza is pretty good too! read more

Laser tag was disappointing. The space looked great and well maintained but my family and I were split up so didn't even get to play together and teams were completely unbalanced. One team had 5 adults and a bunch of teenagers and the other team only had 2 adults and a gaggle of 7 yr olds. Needless to say it was a bloodbath so not a lot of fun for the one half of my family that lost five games in a row. They ask for DOB at check in so they easily could have made it more balanced! They designed the scoring so that you get 500 pts to shoot at the wall and only 50 pts to hit a player so many of the adults/teens on the other team just stood at the wall shooting and not actually playing tag. Doesn't that take the fun out of it? Waste of $100! read more

I've got to believe there's a lot of parents in the area who will give Laser Craze 5 stars just because their kids will sleep soundly that evening. I came here with a number of friends for a birthday event, though I didn't actually do the laser battle - I had toddler-watch duty. That really isn't bad, because there's so much for them to do. Though it is a little chaotic, with all the parents, and all the kids running around, and all the kids' shoes on the floor so that they can run and jump and climb. My friends who did laser battle had descriptions like "exhilirating" and "the fastest 20 minutes of my life!" That 20 minutes is actually divided into four 5-minute sessions. Your team assignment is at random, so not everyone will be on the same team. But that's just as much fun. Those of us outside can watch the individual and team and leader scores on one of the TVs as each match progresses. I'm not sure how easily you earn tickets, but I did watch one kid on the "Deal or No Deal" machine end up with the 200-ticket briefcase (best possible), opt to take the "Mega Spin" instead, and he wound up winning 2000 tickets. Tickets can be redeemed for anything from candy to decent-sized games. There are tables for dining near the snack bar, and a larger area for parties. The facilities, including the rest rooms, are well maintained. I give the employees a lot of credit - they work as hard as the kids play, and I think they're just as tired as the kids when they get home at night. read more

My friends took me here to celebrate my birthday. We LOVED it! The staff were informative, friendly, and patience. Really not what I expect from a facility catered to kids. There's plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about that. We didn't make any reservations when we went on a Saturday night and got the next game immediately. But I do recommend making reservations especially on a weekend as spots get filled up pretty quickly. We played a four 5 minutes back to back games. And I can say I had the best time of my life! We brought our son's baseball team, NY Blackhawks 15U. The team was attending a college showcase at University of Massachusetts Lowell. We wanted the boys to do something fun. My daughter had a lot of fun here. We didn't eat here so I can't speak for the food it the game area was prices very fair and the prizes were way better here than at Chuck E. Cheese. The bounce house was fun. My biggest complaint is the configuration of the bounce houses. The space for the kids to go from one house to the next is in a L shape and there is a really sharp turn and kids run around there and I saw several kids run into each around that blind corner and actually had a kid run into me when I was walking around the corner. It's very dangerous. I don't care for that at all but besides that it was a lot of fun. read more

It was Saturday, around midday, and my friends and I were in Woburn. We didn't know how to spend our day, but after looking through things to do in the area we decided upon XtremeCraze. I remember often visiting throughout my childhood, and coming back now as a teenager: it was even better than before. We had an amazing worker assist us with all that we wanted to do and he made sure that we were well taken care of. Sage expedited the process of us purchasing our game card and really made sure we knew all that the establishment could offer. We played a bunch of games, our favorite was basketball, and ate from the various food options they had. I would recommend the slushees!!! Hands down best arcade and laser tag in MA. The air park at Launch was a bit better. Still very clean, and pizza is better than average trampoline park pizza. The laser tag is so much bigger than you might think. Arcade is huge and great prizes too. I enjoy their system of buy $20 worth of arcade credits and get an extra $5. Also really love the fact you don't need coins to play arcade games, and all the tickets won from games are digital. No paper tickets here. PRO TIP: Do not belly flop on the airbag base jump. Very painful. Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a public place. BEST Laser tag in all of MA. I go here every other weekend and I would say that the laser tag can be a little challenging at first, but once you learn the best strategy, It is super fun. The instructional video is very helpful, and then a referee explains it all again then answers everyone's questions, so there is no excuse to not know how to play laser tag. A small arcade with mostly ticket-bearing games offers a little sumpin sumpin to an otherwise light-amplified destination, so let's skip the fact that they charge 50c to play SkeeBall (Funspot does it for a quarter!) and look to the laser arena. Because, honestly, that's where you should be spending your time. $11 buys your way in, and after an easy-breezy briefing, you're strapped with the latest in laser tag tech for 25 minutes of high tension, black light battledoming. Two teams, two tiers of terrain and two surprise modes hit your packs randomly (Invisible shuts your pack lights down, and rapid fire triple your shooting rate - each lasting thirty seconds). The game itself is loads of fun, and I like the "finite lives" dynamic better than LazerQuest's "shut down after being shot" structure. We went as a group and the kids were few and far between on a Thursday night, making it a fun and unique alternative to Edward Fortyhands 'round Faneuil. I was shocked at how good the pizza was and the birthday packages were super affordable to. I recently attended Xtreme Craze on Saturday 03/23 for the first time due to my good friend hosting a Birthday party for her child E.J. The entire store was relatively busy, however the store remained clean and our group remained satisfied throughout the entire party. Everytime we needed something, a staff member was always there with a smile on their face. When we first walked in, they quickly set up a table for us. There was a woman named Jay that helped us out, especially in the start. She quickly organized our structure and got a table set up with ease making the entire process easy. There was also one staff member in particular, I believe by the name of Sage, who helped us all throughout. We saw him constantly running around helping other customers, however everytime we needed something Sage was right there. In addition, E.J's mother had originally ordered the pizza for the wrong time, and we didn't notice until Sage had mentioned that the kids would be bouncing and it would be best to push it off until a little later. We didn't have high expectations for the pizza, however the quality and taste honestly were very surprising. The kids devoured pizza after pizza, and the parents got in the action as well. For a store that was busy, we were expecting a little wait for the things we requested, but every 5 minutes we would see a staff member bringing us our drinks or anything else we needed. On top of that, Sage consistently kept checking in with us and let us know he was always back there in case we needed something, and the woman Jay was also available to us. Having staff that were always approachable honestly made everything so much better compared to other stores of the sort. Everyone in our party walked out happy, and we recommend Xtreme Craze to everyone reading this, the service is outstanding! Had a birthday party for a 5 year old here over the weekend. One of the toddlers in another party got sick and threw up all over the floor. The kid did not look good at all. Aside form the vomit, you could tell he was obviously sick. Yet his parents thought it would be a good idea to bring him to the party to play among other kids and families. After he threw up, the grandmother kept shoving pizza down his throat. We spoke to management and asked if they thought it was a good idea to not only let the kid stay, but to let him back into the bouncy house after he had already gotten sick. The manager stated that they couldnt ask the kid to leave." He had a every right to be there". He suggested it was just motion sickness and not to worry. With no on site doctor, i would think, that it in this environment with Covid and the Flu going around, that they would err on the side of caution and ask that the child be removed from the building rather than be allowed remain inside playing among 100+ other people/kids after what had just transpired. Not the best $400+ experience we have had. We were told not to bring snacks but other parties did. People from other parties were sitting at our table. A very odd experience in general. read more

Imagine this.... You call two days before your child's scheduled birthday party and asked the front desk person (Tyler) clarifying questions based on vague communication to properly plan for the party on the day of. Tyler puts you on hold after answering a few questions stating that he cannot hear you, and seconds later the General manager John Simon is on the line. John presents as slightly short stating that the call was escalated to his level. Escalated? Why? ..... in speaking with John I try to catch him up on the conversation had with Tyler along with communicating the confusion experienced when trying to gather information from the email confirmation and website. John in cutting me before I can could complete a sentence, presented as lacking consideration towards my communication as a paying customer. I was merely communicating to offer a suggestion to avoid potential confusion in the future. He then blankly said I could take it as is, or go somewhere else disclaiming that's no other customers had been confused by the vagueness of the party booking process. In pointing out to John his tone and delivery towards me as a customer who was just trying to solidify my booking and express my experience, he presented as even more agitated. I was then accused of yelling even after making it clear I was on speaker phone and that I was not yelling. After pointing out to John that he did not know me well enough to make the assumption that I was yell especially when his background was very noisy, John stated that if I were not yelling, that I have an "unpleasant speaking voice." During this entire time he spoke down to me and even implied that I struggled with reading comprehension. We were on the call no more than 5 minutes before my party was cancelled and I was banned. This not nearly being enough time to even discuss a concern or clarify information. It gets better..... I reached out to their NH location and appear to get an owner or another general manager. This person before hearing what occurred tries to excuse the incident as frustration due to being overwhelmed about the busy school vacation. I learn from him that although I confirmed over a month ago that they could accommodate my party size of 30ppl 15 children and their parent, that they could not. The person told me that he would talk to John to try to resolve this. When I received a call back I was told that John felt disrespected by me. I was also told that I should be understanding to the frustration they could have felt having to hold a 15 minute conversation with me while they were busy. (The call was less than 10 minutes total) I was then asked if I still wanted to book although they could not accommodate me. He did not even acknowledge any of the behaviors or miscommunications that now left me inconvenienced. I was left to feel as though I was disrespectful for asking questions about my party booked with them and disrupting their busy day. I was left to feel that although their communication was false and vague, I should have never stated my opinion as a customer. Their questionable and racism kept them from treating a potential customer with respect and care. read more

Every kid had the one to one teacher next to them, making sure they had fun. I'm grateful that the manager agreed to accommodate the birthday package according to the kids' needs. We had our 2nd trip to this place today and while it is super fun, I would caution you if you are going with younger kids. My 8 year old told an older kid he was breaking the rules by laying down and shooting sniper style (it was posted no laying down) and the little tweener brat responded by getting his group of older kids to encircle and terrorize him until I heard the screaming and stopped it. There are referees walking around but they were sort of grouped together on the other side of the arena and it took too long for them to realize there was an issue. Management was very responsive once they realized there was an issue offering a refund or extra tokens and making an announcement about proper conduct but the damage was already done. By the way, if you are the female, adult, parent who called my screaming, autistic child a weirdo, instead of intervening or trying to help, after what I assumed were your older boys, terrorizing him, I desperately hope Karma is real. read more

We ended up getting a pizza which for $10 was a great deal. I noticed they let you bring in outside food & many others packed lunches from home. Ample seating & a bonus of tvs that broadcast from inside the bounce structures. This would be perfect for kids a bit older who don't need mom & dad sitting on the bench at the bottom of the bounce house. I wish we had one closer to us do we could return more often. 3.5 stars Laser Craze is a fine establishment, but I just don't think I understand the allure of laser tag. The kids had a blast and the staff were super flexible when we missed our original start time, but there was a lot of waiting around and the rules sounded super confusing. Also, they don't let the kids run or climb in the laser tag area, which I get is for safety, but ....everything is padded and it seems like a dull game when you're just walking around trying to shoot others with lasers. Again, the kids loved it, and it seemed clean and easy to schedule a time slot, but I don't see the fun for adults. read more

The neon lights give it a futuristic look, and the loud music combined with fog give you the feeling that something is about to go down. - Staff is very friendly and ready to assist you with any problems you have. - Good food.Yeah, it's no Longhorn Steakhouse or Uno's, but it's good food, and certainly better than most food you get at these kinds of places (*cough* Chuck-e-Cheese *cough*) - Arcade is filled with a variety of newer games for those not ready to enter the arena. - The Adrenaline Zone is a great spot for younger kids who want to bounce around without annoying their parents. - Laser Tag is the name of the game, and it delivers whole-heartedly. Intense laser gun fights mean focus is the key, so be on your toes! CONS: - No real enforcement of age limit rule. The age limit to play laser tag is seven years old, yet I have seen five, and on occasion four year olds go into the arena without any consent from the employees. Nothing too major, but be on the lookout just in case. OVERALL: Laser Craze is a fun filled family experience that will thrill people of all ages.
