The worst delivery in my area. I never get a complete order, the app and website crashes frequently and the lack of updates about the orders is archaic. I should've had a delivery @ 3 and had to login to find out it's been rescheduled 2 times. No email, no text. I won't be shopping Kroger anymore I see why they got kicked out of Austin. A few days ago at the Kroger in Duncanville one of the workers there, Tanisha, was taking pictures of my daughter and my 2 year old grandson. When my daughter noticed and confronted her about it, there was a brief exchange of words and as she was walking off she called my daughter a b*tch. Unfortunately for her, another customer heard her and demanded to speak to a manager. The manager, Sean, was called on the intercom to come up to the front and he refused. Saying he had 2 trucks in the back and he wasn't stopping to come and address the customer's complaint. Meanwhile, another male employee, Charles, laughed and thought the situation was funny to the point he left his self checkout registers he was monitoring, to walk to the other end of the store to stand and watch. (SMH) Now, words can be exchanged, threats can be made, I'm not saying any of this is acceptable. I am saying, however please don't snap photos of people for no reason or probably to post on your social media. You never know how someone will react, plus that's weird! Kroger - West Camp Wisdom Road First I'll like to point out an employee named Mr. Ricky. Who went far beyond the call of duty today to find me a bag of Non-GMO "Hemp Seeds. It was showing in the inventory by way of the app but was not in said location. Thank You The store usually has everything that I'm looking for and a nice produce section . The employees are always willing to help and are friendly at the checkout. We love seeing people at the checkout and not self checkout . You always see the management team standing up front conducting business and greeting customers. This to me is an old school grocery store that values customers and the community. read more

I live in a food desert, meaning I drive mny miles to get to a grocery store. I use this store because it's closer. I just got home, put up groceries, then reviewed the receipt. Bai is advertised at 6.99 but it rang up at the regular price of 8.99 with a savings of &1. That means I was charged 7.99 which is not the advertised price. The same with Gatorade; advertised at 6.99 but rang up at 8.99 with a savings of 50 cents. Unacceptable because it seems like every time I shop there I'm overcharged. I'm too tired to drive back to the store. You just lost a customer. read more

The money services suck. You call ahead of time to ask for the business hours and they close before time stated. (5 pm). I had went to a different location and they weren't even open, the one that was open closed early due to staff call ins. Just keep away from Kroger money services. The past two times I've placed a curbside order they have called me and said that the order wouldn't be ready in time. That's understandable unless the Kroger App went through the whole process of showing me that the order was placed, then in progress, then completed and ready for pickup. This shows that they are lying. They are likely understaffed (hire more people or pay them more if you can't find people to work) and are marking the order completed in the App in order to make it seem to corporate that they are actually not having problems. This is not acceptable. I'm okay waiting longer for my order. I'm not okay with the store manager LYING to corporate by marking my order as completed on time in the App. This prevents the shorthandedness from being resolved. Dear store manager, I am going to repost this review every single time that you LIE and mark my order ready for pickup in the App and then call me to tell me it isn't ready. So...hire more people or pay them more if you can't find anyone to work. read more

Update! This store has greatly improved on their out of date product problem. In the last few months, I've only seen one product that was out of date. THANK YOU! Also, there's a really kind employee named Broc working here. He is helpful and always busy making sure things are running smoothly for the customers. Hire more folks like this guy. Please hire at least one cashier for the evening and morning shifts. It is incredibly difficult to self checkout with a basket full of items plus heavy cases of water. Not very handicapped friendly. The scooters are never charged and the aisles are so full of boxes it's hard to navigate. An employee with his Apple AirPods in his ear walked towards me, looked at me and walked right passed me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! **** It continues to go down hill with even more speed. I've been shopping at this Kroger for 30+ years. I don't know who in Ohio thought this new business model of removing brand variety and replacing that with maybe one or two brands and have 50 different varieties of those two brands was a smart idea. It's not. The store tends to be nasty with product and empty cardboard boxes just laying everywhere (ex. Coffee creamer on the chip aisle or toilet paper just laying on some random aisle), shelves are empty more often than not with boxes of product to restock just sitting in the aisles unopened, trying to force people people to use Clickit to redeem coupons, raising the prices while offering little to no variety, etc. It's a horrible business model and if they stop taking Visa, I'm definitely gone not to return. There used to be way more pride taken in the presentation and items available at this location. Now, they are just trying to hit some forecasted profit margin that they've set. I tried to wait Kroger out thinking they would change this ignorance, however, I think I'll drive to WinCo in Arlington. No, not the WinCo in Duncanville, but, the one in Arlington. This store is going down hill. I wish this Duncanville Kroger can get a full makeover inside and out. I visited a Kroger not far from Parkland Hospital and it was so very nice and so clean. Had everything I needed and more. Produce looks and smell so fresh. I was very impress. If I have to drive for miles to a new Kroger I will especially if it has more to offer than the one in Duncanville. Things have NOT changed since my last complaint report dated 2015. My recent visit to Kroger on Camp Wisdom, Duncanville, TX produced another advertised price and actual error charge problem. They advertised their seasonal clearance halloween pumpkins for 10 for $10 on a large sign with a "Card Price" of $.60 each. I have a card!!! The cashier rang up the sale of two, and it showed up in the register at $2.00 !!!. She already had scanned my card. I pointed to the advertised sign, posted by the front door, which she could see from the register, but refused to honor the lower advertised price. She argued about it !!! We called the "manager", a middle aged,, 5.1' woman of about 300 pounds with a real attitude. She argued about the price also!!!!. I pointed out that the price was clearly marked and prevailed and to refuse would constitute a violation of the Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices Act (FDTPA) and I was willing to pursue a complaint. She mumbled some offensive remarks, paged the produce department, and scolded a young black male employee in front of us, and made his remove everything. NEXT: The elderly African American women in the next line was complaining about her merchandise not being charged the "advertised" price. This other cashier argued also with this consumer. I examined the sale items and went back to the department to investigate. The "Tag" place on the shelf showed in large one inch bold letters "SALE" and priced at $2.49 (Note the regular price was 2.99). The next line stated in very, very, small letters, barely readable, "5 for $2.49 you save" and in large one inch letters in red it stated $1.99, which is the price the women expected to pay instead of $2.99 each, what she was charged !!!. This is misleading advertising and in violation of federal and state statutes. In confusing or misleading advertising circumstances the consumer complaint prevails !!!!! Summary: mismanagement, poor negligent management practices, fraudulent advertising, and hostile argumentative employees and management. I am going to watch them carefully, check my register receipt in detail before leaving the store, and hold them accountable for bilking consumers. read more

Hmm... swear I've done a review here before, but who knows. It's deffinetly not the cleanest Krogers I've ever been to, but it's better then some I've seen. Most of the workers are friendly but you do have to stand your ground if you ever have a problem with coupons or asking for rain checks. It is possible to get rain checks just don't let them BS you. Only complaint I have about this location is they sell out of Good sale items very quickly and never have any "drive" to get the items restocked. (By drive I mean either checking in back for you to see if they have more of the item or even caring enough to have an idea of when they might) So that plays into the whole rain check thing. I am constantly having to get rainchecks here and they never seem "happy" to be handing them out. I still shop here, but it's not my 1st choice of places to go in the area. read more

This place is pretty shady... I no longer live in DFW, but when I visit I will only go to this Kroger for something quick like a bag of chips or drinks (because of its convenient location) and even still, I would not recommending shopping here if you're getting more than that. I don't have much concrete to say other than the service is bad, the selection is bad, and the fresh foods are not as fresh as they should be. read more

The store is clean and has a layout that's easy to navigate. The food prices are higher compared to other places. I started coming here for the gas points. I buy a gift card to a place I wanna go to and get gas points. It reduces my gas costs. It's that simple. When I buy the cards with my rewards visa then I earn points on top of the gas points. It works out well. Also they participate in Shop kicks. So if you're looking for more points come here and get your scans. Anyway this store isn't much different from many grocery stores when it comes to customer service . I think overall customer service is going down the drain. read more

No social distancing. No wipes by the baskets. Yes the employee by the baskets said he wiped the baskets off, but why wouldn't they have their wipes dispenser filled? I have shopped at Kroger stores for years all over the city. Because of my work schedule I typically will do the bulk of my shopping on Tuesdays and have to get a raincheck for a sales item periodically. This is the only store that had never honored rain check. First excuse was they can't except rainchecks from other stores, well it says redeem at any Kroger location. Then it was because it didn't have a store stamp. How as a consumer I'm suppose to know raincheck needs to be stamped and I've never heard that before. I just wanted to say, since wal mart has opened off Clark and Wheatland, I hardly come here. Since I was in a rush and didn't feel like going to a big store, I came here. From the minute I walked in I was greeted non stop, every employee that I pasted by mention if I needed anything or if they could help me, never in my life have I gone to a grocery store were they were that friendly. I'm guessing since wal mart took their customers they needed to step up customer service and yes they did! Caught a lot of great sales as well. I've shopped there often since 2006. I am ALWAYS greeted by one of the store managers. The deli workers are friendly as well. Some of the prices are the same as Wal-Mart. The only bad experience I've had was with a head of lettuce that I purchased recently. When I sliced the lettuce the inside was brown. Since I had only paid .99 I didnt bother to return for credit. And when you ask for help, they all act very bothered by you as if you're asking for the world. And they won't even look you in the eye! When just two seconds ago I saw him chit chatting with his employees! And that's another issue, all the cashiers do is gossip! Even if they're 20 feet away from each other, we can all hear their business! There is a tall black girl who even curses in front of customers while she gossips! Very unprofessional.
