I would say this place gets 3 out of 5 stars when comparing to other Walmart locations. The people are always friendly and the store is pretty well organized. I have used the site to store shipping (3) times now and of those times only (1) was good. The other two experiences were average or poor - extended wait times, very rude/unfriendly staff and they did not have my items even though it showed that they did and they were ready. Of course with all Walmarts there are never enough lanes open and you never know who you will run into but this one is on the higher end. It is super close to my house and affordable - you really cannot top that when trying to grab some last minute groceries for a BBQ. read more

This Walmart location, ST #05810, is in decline and is reminiscent of the old Walmart that was shut down closer to Wheatland and Hwy 20. Young men, aged 17 to 19, are allowed to stand in front of the exit doors, soliciting donations or selling candy that they purchased inside the store. Their aggressive approach to demanding donations is unacceptable and should be reported. I experienced this during my last two visits after 4:30 PM. I have attempted to contact the store manager, Justina, but have been unable to reach anyone in customer service. They need to implement some leadership changes quickly before this location faces another negative news story. read more

This Walmart is constantly out of product. The Walmart brand lotion and popcorn have not been stocked every time I go. This is the only Walmart I have this problem with. My most recent negative experience was yesterday when I had a pick up order, it took me two hours to realize that one of my items was missing but as soon as I checked the car and confirmed it wasn't there I called the store. the phone just rang, I called back a couple of times until they closed at 10, nothing. Then the next morning I called first thing and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. I "like" this Walmart because of all of the self checkout lanes they have, there's rarely a wait in line -- which makes me wonder, why it's faster for customers to check themselves out than it is for someone whose trained to do it to check out people, but that's not my problem to solve -- Get someone in ordering who can keep the shelves stocked. Even before Covid every time I would go there were a hand full of things that I wanted that they didn't have, but should have. read more

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The staff here seem highly overworked, highly unmotivated, or SUPER TIRED. Waiting for online order pick ups for more than an hour is totally inexcusable. A person could get all of their own shopping done at that rate! This is a horribly managed store with rude employees. Plus the store manager was not wearing a mask. His name was Quazae. He was not wearing a mask even though I asked him twice to put it on. Upon leaving the store he had his mask off. The lady who I picked up stuff was rude and would not give her name. Both these employees should be terminated. And get rid of your stupid return rule about not being able to return a pair of sneakers which another Walmart store made a mistake on. You are more likely to get Covid from store employees and managers and shoppers not wearing masks than touching a return item and then sanitizing or washing your hands which you will have to do anyway when you do bring your return policy back. I've went here pretty often since they opened and the staff has always been super nice. They've helped me find stuff even when it wasn't in their department. The people that work the self checkout seem pretty stressed, but they're never rude. I usually find whatever I need and the lines are fast. read more

I went in to some earrings behind the counter and I didn't see the signs that they put up. I asked for assistance. The manager didn't tell me when they were opened. Then 3 Walmart associates passed by me and rolled their eyes at me and didn't say anything to me even though I said "hi how is your day?" Thinking they were the associate coming over to help me. Then finally this one lady comes by and says with the biggest attitude "I don't think the jewelry counter is open, didn't you see the sign?" And points to a sign laying on the opposite register from where I'm standing. And I said no the manager said she was going to get me some help. And then went to check with her manager and said "yeah it's closed and has been closed" I understand if something is closed for whatever reason but it was the fact that 3 people passed me by with attitudes and didn't say anything to me or acknowledge me and then the last lady I talked to had a big attitude and was talking about me right in front of me saying "people can't look at signs" I've said it before but this time I seriously mean it. The newest Walmart in the area. Very clean and neat. There is alot of parking. Pretty easy to get to as well. Customer service has been hit or miss couple times I have been there. But for the most part it's a good store. It has never really been crowded anytime I have gone so that's a big plus. Hopefully can stay that way as time goes on. The MOST AWFUL place to be. I've never been in this particular location and there not be a problem. It's only this location where they want to check your bags coming through the door, check stuff leaving out of the door, and never have anything in stock that the website states is in stock there. If they think you're going to steal, then why open the location there? The employees are rude, management seems to be untrained and incompetent and for a Walmart, the store stays fairly empty (except on food stamp days, of course). This Walmart is a much newer Walmart close to my home. It's clean, new, fresh and more inviting. This one has friendly service for a Walmart. I did however notice that the management of this new store used to be the store manager of the Walmart on I-30 and Cockrell Hill Rd. Hopefully things at this Walmart continue to be good and not deteriorate like the other one did. I usually don't shop at Walmart, since I prefer to go to Super Target or Whole Foods but I don't mind going to this one. At 11pm on a Sunday this place feels like a prison. I'm not sure why they have a maze at the front entrance, security guards at the two registers open, and a patrol in the parking lot, but I hope they succeed in fettering whatever crimes have been going down to warrant security as tight as this at a Walmart. read more

This Walmart is great for convenience but I can say that the delivery service sucks. They do not give you what you paid for and give weird alternates for what is paid for. I don't know about the rest of you but if you order delivery and they just give you what they want to just to have to go get in the car to return everything back again, is a bit absurd to me. 7.95 for delivery but yet and still, I have to return about 5 items. Oh and this is my second delivery this has happen and it will be my last. I walked into the store to see if they had what I initially paid for just to give them the benefit of the doubt but low and behold!!! Everything I wanna ordered was still in the store. So why am I receiving other products? Also! The Delivery drivers are so full of crap. One guy came with his girlfriend so I felt obligated to tip her as well. I am writing regarding their grocery delivery, or lack of, in my case. I ordered groceries to be delivered and did not receive my groceries or a call with a reason why. When I called customer care to get the status of my delivery, they were unable to reach the manager and were unable to give me an update other than instructions to call them in the morning. If I had not needed the items, I would not have placed an order. I tried to call them myself, and was unable to leave a message or to get someone to pickup the store phone. This is service at its worst. Don't waste your money. Pay a little more and use Instacart. read more

I had already been to 3 other stores looking for some vanilla almond bark when I decided to stop by this Walmart location on my way home. I go directly to the baking aisle and find the chocolate bark but were out of the vanilla. As I was walking down the aisle, two female associates noticed me scanning their products they were about to stock when one of them asked if I needed assistance. I kindly asked if they had any vanilla bark, went to check the shelf which was empty and asked if I wanted to wait while they checked the back. The associate, Monique, came back about 5 minutes later with a huge box of vanilla bark. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and walked out with the product that I'd been looking for. This review is about the home and garden area of the store. I visited the outdoor area searching for discounted flowering plants yesterday. Located a large shelf with plants on it; looked like they were set for markdown. I asked about them and was told I would have to speak with the dept. manager. Long story short, I experienced poor customer service. The guys were behaving as if they did not want to go out in the sun, told me to get what I needed and bring it back to them. Then they proceeded to discuss how one staff thought he was the other staff member's boss, but not really. Sounds like a personal issue to me. This Walmart is becoming the "corner store." It is taking on a life of its own, separate from the Walmart brand. read more

Although the employees here are cheerful to your face, this store serves them, not the shopper. No bags in the self checkout terminals. Dented cans, which may or may not conceal hidden punctures and bacterial infection. Copy paper carelessly sliced through with the box cutter used to open the case. Prices on the shelves that don't match those in the register. "Fresh" broccoli frozen through so that it's already rotting in your bag. Crushed bags of chips. And when you do need help, magically no employees who work in the section you need at all. But they'll go look for someone... If you're more concerned with what you actually end up getting for the money and time you end up spending, there are much better and equally money saving choices. Leave this store to be the employees social club it works so hard to be, and everyone involved will be happier. read more

This is my first visit and my last visit at this store. I ordered a camcorder online for my nephew's Christmas present on Dec 18. My Walmart did not have it in stock. Therefore, I ordered it online for pickup at this location. I was very happy that the customer service desk was in the front of the store. No one was waiting in line, and now I do understand why there were no waiting customers. The girls behind the counter was acting a little to overfriendly. They give me my package without having me check it as My Walmart does and have done for every pickup order I've placed. One of the girls stated, "I remember that, I got it from the shelf." Therefore, I did not ask to check it, and, of course, I definitely regret that now. This transpired on Dec 21. It's Christmas morning, my nephew open this gift, and guess what...NO DANG CAMCORDER! Shame, Shame, Shame on the person who is responsible for this. I am taking this all the way to Walmart's corporate office. read more

Service is ok, at night only one lane is open and in the day it's full of kids from the school next door to it. I've seen people walk out with stuff in their hands that they don't pay for and the security doesn't do a thing. I'm just glad I don't have to drive to far for a decent Walmart anymore. read more
