I am super impressed by everyone's professionalism. Had some pretty cool interactions with the gentleman at the checkin then nurse zainab and doctor atul was one of the nicest doctors that i have ever met. Really really impressed. Doctor atul knew that talking to your patient and making him relaxed is as important as giving the right medication. My sincere appreciation to all these amazing ladies and gentlemen and thank you for your amazing service

A couple of months ago, HFNW instituted a new rule that will only dispense certain controlled substances after 11am. As I work all day, it is convenient for me to pick up my medication before I report to work at 9am. Even after explaining my situation to the staff and although they will dispense any other medications prior to 11am, I was made to wait from 10:15am until precisely 11am at which time they called my name. I found what I believed to be the complaint department and to my surprise I received a call back from a supervisor who apologized to me, stated that it should not have happened and that it would not happen in the future. Skeptical, and still weary from the professional but snooty manner in which they speak to patients, I moved all of my meds to another Henry Ford Pharmacy which if you can believe it, does not have the 11am dispensing rule. This month, when I requested my refill, I neglected to check to ensure that HFNW was not selected and unfortunately, it was. As I had more than one prescription to be filled, I immediately moved the others to a more professional and humanistic Henry Ford Pharmacy but I could not move this particular prescription. As I must go to work on Monday at 9am. I called HFNW to check and see if I would be able to come in prior to work and I was advised by Ayanna that they don't dispense that medication until 11am. When I asked to speak with the pharmacist on duty, I was placed on hold and then told to come in and speak to the supervising pharmacist on Monday morning at 10am. Wow! Are you kidding me. I now believe that the person who called and apologized was compelled to do so as a response to the formal complaint but did not really examine the root of my complaint and couldn't have cared any less about the individual patient. I'm so glad I went in there. While browsing the aisles quickly I was surprised at the diversity of items that they offered! They had jewelry, scarves, all sorts of miscellany. The best part of this drug store was definitely the candy aisle. So much candy. SOOOO MUCH CANDY! I could have easily spent more than 30 minutes looking through this store and all its products, but I didn't want my pizza to get cold. I definitely plan on going back to get some more delicious candy!

The service here is exceptional and I always choose it over the large chain competitors. For comparison, after leaving urgent care I mistakenly went to a chain across the street and was told it would be a two-hour wait for an antibiotic. I went to Sav-On and was in and out in less than 10 minutes (which is a way better alternative with a sick kid).

As it sounds, CBC is for businesses so they're selling everything from commercial appliances (I was eyeing that meat slicer) to halloween candy. They also had some different variety pack options. I was surprised to see that they did have a fridge and frozen section - with some familiar items but also giant TUBS of Nestle Toll House cookie dough. It was fairly quiet and very clean. I mostly saw Costco employees who were picking and packing shipping orders on giant cards. So, no food court, no clothing, no books or alcohol, but megaaa bulk everything else! Love it.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Roseville warehouse fell far short of Costco's reputation. I purchased a steak that was clearly spoiled upon opening. When I sought a refund, the membership desk staff insisted I should have stored the foul-smelling, rotten meat in my freezer and transported it back in my personal vehicle to prove the claim. When I questioned the hygiene and health risks of this request, the staff became dismissive and confrontational. While I eventually secured a refund, the process was unnecessarily difficult and like pulling teeth for a loyal customer over a $40 item. Forcing members to handle biohazardous waste to satisfy a return policy is a significant health protocol oversight. I hope management addresses the lack of professional judgment at this location. I am happy to update this review once management contacts me to discuss a better path forward.

Additionally, the handicap access was broken and there was no way to hold the door as I struggled. Nevertheless, I made my way up to the third floor in distress and was greeted by an associate who said "Oh, dear, you should've called for us to help." Ma'am, with what phone and to whom? At any rate, I attempt to make my return with receipt and asked for the original amount to be placed on a different card. Despite having the receipt; they insisted that they couldn't and expected me to either take a $700 store credit or take the oversized item back to my car without assistance. I did them a favor and let them credit the $700 back to the original payment method and not make a sale/transaction of equal amount. It makes me no difference--if they want to operate like the other department stores who have since fallen by the wayside; then Nordstrom will, too, meet the same demise. I will not be shopping the Troy location in the future. I'd much rather go to Novi where the staff is more reasonable and the policies don't impact customer service.
