This clicklist is the worst ever. They are always behind, they ask to push your order back an hour. If I wanted my order later, I would've picked that time. The staff is rude and slow. It's easier just to go inside and shop...probably faster!!! read more

Went to Kroger this evening and as we were pulling up to check out the checker said to another employee that people don't see the checkout light "which was on." She never greeted us or made eye contact. She just started ringing our items up a little on the aggressive side. It was obvious that she was in a hurry to get out of there. She proceeded to check us out and as the bagger started to bag our groceries he proceeded to tell my 13 year old daughter that she can help bag the groceries (twice) which I thought was rude. We spent nearly $400 on food and there were other employees available to help bag. I am not opposed to my daughter helping, however I will be the one to ask/tell her to help bag. Normally I do not go to this pharmacy since they gave me the wrong number of pills one time. But last weekend I had to go since they carry a certain medicine we needed. My experience this time was wonderful. The pharmacist Teresa Yang and her helper Alan Sung were fantastic. She even stayed late to give us the free cholesterol blood test even though it was almost closing time. These two employees deserve special kodos since people like them make a store great! read more

This store is worth visiting solely for sale items in the ad. Other than that, they are overpriced when compared to HEB and Walmart. Plus, I don't like to shop at places that play "the card game." They force you to carry a membership card and try to fool you to believe that it is saving you money. If you don't have a card, they rip you off even more. Further, they use the card to track your buying habits which is a violation of privacy. I can't wait until the new HEB and Walmart opens!! read more

So tired of the way One Employee can ruin a day or days. Vanessa is the rudest cashier ever. I literally run ever time I see her. She was mean to my Husband after he just asked a question. I have a remedy for this, there is a HEB that is under construction and so we will be there as soon as they open. Our favorite grocery store in the area! Clean, large selection, friendly staff. Also the checkout lanes are never long like Walmart. Plus self-checkout! Something all grocery stores should have. read more

I recently switched to Kroger from HEB because of the really good deals they have. I will say that I have had nothing but bad experiences. The produce always goes bad after like three days. I went shopping one evening around 10:15 pm with a full cart and when I got to the checkout at 11 pm, the woman states there is no employee to help and I must use the self check out. Are you kidding me?? A full cart for self checkout? Final straw was today! The "supervisor" Nicole was offended because I went around the fixtures instead of in front, when she offered to help me (after refusing to help me originally). Then she says I hit her with my mop when I pushed the cart in and got really frustrated with me when an item I was purchasing didn't have a price tag on it. She went to get another item to scan and was ugly the entire time. After requesting a manager, who didn't come, I told her she didn't have to be rude and if you're going to work in customer service you need to watch the way you talk to people. I will NEVER go here again. HEB it is, from here out! read more

this Kroger always open. Good for late groceries shopping.

Absolutely love this location.it is superstitious and very clean and well-kept. The producers very fresh The meat selection is always up to par. There aren't many open lanes when it comes to checking out so I typically do is go through self check and it's much faster than waiting in line. If you look around sometimes they'll have coupons came from tiles that have meal deals and other special offers available. Most of the time they're actually pretty good bargains. read more

Love to do my groceries here. Always clean and a pleasure to shop in. The deli dept. is always nice and courteous. Love their floral dept. with all those balloons. The Starbucks inside is a huge plus. Definitely recommend this Kroger! read more

I will never ever ever shop at this Kroger again. I spent $100 on a Nike gift card which turned out to have numbers rubbed off the back. I couldn't get the help of ANYONE to get another card or get it refunded. Each and every person I talked to told me to talk to the next person or call yet another phone number that would resolve the problem. Even the assistant store manager threw her hands up and said she couldn't (MORE LIKE WOULDN'T) do anything. Well if no one can do anything, they shouldn't be selling the product. I'm out $100 and won't give this Kroger another dime so they can screw me again! read more

This store is constantly out of certain everyday items. Some examples are Borello Penne Pasta and Borden Organic Milk. The employees seem to be friendly, but not always that knowledgeable when you're trying to locate the right items. The checkout lines are almost always long and I seem to always get stuck behind the person who has checkout issues. The store is clean. Parking doesn't seem to be an issue for the most part. read more

I've had it. I've shopped at Kroger for 40 years. They (this store) are frequently out of items advertised but the last straw was the curt employee (manager I've never seen before) who would not sell me (55 yo. Look older!) wine without my id. I realize some folks don't really think for themselves but this is ridiculous. I don't take Id as a habit. The clincher was her lack of good customer service. I don't know why I continue to hope that this Kroger will improve. Does corporate Kroger even remember that this store exists? The store has cleaned up a little in 20 years, but the parking lot is still questionable even in day light. We were shopping at 4:30pm on a Thursday. There were two guys yelling and cursing at shoppers in the parking lot. I saw a security truck with flashing lights, but no guard. The shelves weren't well stocked and several items on my list weren't available. Our check out person was nice. The bagger couldn't be bothered with pleasantries because she was too busy texting on her phone. Starbucks and Kroger staff are not knowledgeable about their products. Kroger branded products like plastic-ware are defective and not as claimed by its uses. As a long time Kroger shopper, it's truly a disappointing shopping experience. read more

For bakery, I ordered a cake yesterday to be picked up today. After struggling to place the order on the phone, I was able to place a order for a round German chocolate cake for my father in laws 70th bday. Cake was to be picked up at 9, as I pull into the parking lot at 920, yes I was running a tad bit behind. I received a call that they did not have any round cakes, they had run out.... they advised they could make me a flat sheet cake, which was not what I requested but now I was in pickle and couldn't go to another bakery dude to heading straight to a party afterwards. Once I get inside, the cake of course isn't ready... so now I'm standing here waiting for my cake... at 930. Which was suppose to be picked up at 9. Don't know about how the quality of the cake, experience has just left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be ordering for them again. read more

The store is always clean, the products always look nice, however checking out is a nightmare. I used to come to this location because I lived down the street, but I'll be visiting elsewhere from now on. The lanes are backed up most of the time & 4/5 times I've last been here, I've had to bag my own groceries. That doesn't bother me too much as I can do it pretty well, but when the customer in front of you refuses to do it out of pure laziness or entitlement, it will back up the line. If there is a bagger, they take their time. I was recently in line waiting behind the 3rd cart when the bagger stopped bagging and started twirling her hair & talking to another employee. The customer actually asked if she would move out of the way so she could do it herself. read more

Again another couple associates who decided to take on the wrong job/position. Overall I like this particular location but 2 incidents make wonder : What are you doing here? First one : their register teams are all young and don't really care if you are a family man and you are tired after a long day of work but you still need to grab some items for the house so wife can be happy and has the necessary items for the kids at home . So I stand in line with 8 items in my shopping cart and one lady staff member calls me over and says: oh sir I have a register available for you on my side ! I get excited and thank her already with a prayer but this lazy lady calls to the self check out line ( which I was not able to see first) so I realize that once I lost my position on my last line and think to myself ok it should be quicker at least ! No she turns around and reads a magazine and while I was not able to scan my items and she sees it but does not offer any help as she is hissy with reading what goes on in Hollywood. Unbelievable ! So after trying to scan my chobani yoghurt for the 15th time I ask her to help me and she states: just hold Ina moment and turns around and reads her story . That's so rude ! Second incident: 2 days ago , I run in at 6:45 pm and go to deli side to buy a whole cooked chicken and they usually have this great tasty Colossal Chicken , so I see that there is no more left and see 2 lady's behind the deli counter looking tours their oven , so I am trying to be polite and wait for at least 3 min and none of them try's to make eye contact , so I decide to excuse myself and call friendly : lady's are you still getting some colossal chickens tonight out ? So they both don't even take the time to come near the counter and the younger one says to me believe it or not: sorry sir not today we are busy as you can see!!!! Wow I am trying to buy something from them !!! But they are to busy at the oven wondering how to adjust something for 5 min. I don't know who hires this people ? They all need to get fired in my world as they don't care about their paying customers which basically paying their pay checks . But maybe I am wrong !!! read more

Kroger's products are a scam! Stay far away from anything Kroger. I purchased an "extra durable and sturdy" Kroger branded plastic forks in this FM 1463 location and while I was eating pasta, yes, pasta, part of the fork broke and made my pasta unsafe because I could taste that bits of the plastic fork in my pasta which I had to spit out. read more

I have shopped Kroger as a loyal customer for 13 years, but not again. I went to the store on a Sunday night at 5:00 (yes, it is a busy time) and it was raining, but it doesn't excuse the 2 rude employees I encountered. Myself and a couple of other people walk in to find NO carts inside the store, so I ask an employee if they can find some. The employee just shrugged his shoulders, pointed outside, and walked away. Well, thanks for the help! The other people and I just tried to laugh it off. Then I find a cart near the self check out lanes that the store was using for items to be put back on the shelf. I asked the girl working the self check out lanes if I could possibly have that cart and she just turned around and walked off. Once again, thanks for the help. I finally found a woman leaving the store and took her cart but it wouldn't roll at all. I drug that cart back over to the self check out lanes and asked the girl if she could put her items in the cart I found so I could have a functioning cart. She yanked the cart out of my hand, threw the items from one cart to the next, and then walked away when she was done. Customer service at its finest! When I told my husband about it, he said he was done putting up with this kind of stuff at Kroger and we left. We went to HEB and will be shopping there from now on. I probably bagged my groceries at least half the time at Kroger because they don't hire enough employees to cover this type of job. When they do bag the groceries, you can usually count on finding tomatoes or bread under cans of food. Please Kroger, hire better employees and train them well. Good luck! read more
