It's clean, great customer service, music is great, and they offer you drinks. Best ones for pedicures are sweet and Rachel and for your full sets fills or designs ladies is Henry! Lin-da did an AMAZING job! I came in for a bare nails manicure and a gel pedicure with callous removal. And the job was extra tricky because I am currently wearing a thumb-immobilizing brace on my left wrist due to torn ligaments that cause pain if my fingers are handled roughly. Lin-da is still learning English but that didn't cause any issue with my service. Nor did it prevent her kindness, patience, and gentleness from showing in her demeanor. Furthermore, when I asked how long she had been doing nails, she said 3 weeks, yet the quality of her results are astounding. She gave me literally the best pedicure and manicure I have had in at least a decade...maybe ever. The salon itself is very clean and offers a pleasant atmosphere wirh almost none of that typical nail salon smell. The massage chairs are clean and comfortable. They also offer complimentary drinks, although I brought my own water. Based on reviews, I drove 45 min one way to Kroma Nail Bar and I would do it again in a heartbeat! This may have been my first visit but it definitely won't be my last! I would highly recommend this nail salon to friends. read more

Way over priced and it's seems like every other month prices go up. You are paying an average of $30-$60 more than anywhere else for a basic anything. The other services have a much higher price comparison. This place is nothing out of the ordinary. Costumer service is average. Most of staff does okay work. Often they are rough and cause unnecessary pain because they are rushing. I live nearby and prices were average so it beat the drive to Fresno. After trying soooooooo many other nail salons over the years I finally found a place I truly love going to. Kroma Bar is a beautiful place to be in. The decor inside is art deco - gold accents mixed with calming dark green walls, a carnation pink accent wall, and sparkly crystal chandeliers. It's just the kind of style I like. They offer free champagne, mimosa, or soda for you to sip which is a lovely little treat. One of the most important reasons I am so happy going to Kroma Bar is because they shape my nails exactly how I want them and that is no small task! I want them short and straight on the tips with just a little bit of a natural curve on the edges. I also like for the acrylic to appear thin enough to almost look natural, NOT thick and raised up near the cuticle. Kroma's nail estheticians really listen and check in with me as they work on my nails. I LOVED how my nails came out every time! Finally I have a place I can trust to consistently raise up to my expectations. Another really nice thing about going to Kroma Bar is how wonderfully they treat my littles. For fun I have taken them there with me. We've had both manicures and pedicures. They pamper my kids as much as they pamper me. It makes them feel special and cared for and it makes me feel good to see them happy. My kids like it there so much they enjoy going even when they are just waiting for me. I've seen other kids there too and they always look comfortable and happy. It's nice to be somewhere where I'm not made to feel like people are annoyed that I brought my kids with me... and there ARE places like that where customers and service people alike act that way, unfortunately. My favorite nail place in all of fresno, clovis, and madera. I've been coming here since they opened. I moved out of the area to clovis but I will drive the 30 minutes to come here no problem. The salon is always clean, has incredible massage chairs, and a wonderful selection of colors. Bin (the owner) does beautiful full sets and is very speedy! I didn't like the shape, they were too thick and crooked. I let Bin know I wanted an almond shape & two colors on random nails.
