The absolute WORST manicure I've ever had. My nails are unsanitary. I got a solid color that has glitter, drill dust, and brush hair trapped under the top coat. It's filled with bumps. Not to mention I asked for a design and she painted them a solid color. I had builder gel and extensions added to a few nails and one of them already came off! It's only been an hour. My nail girl was also looking at her phone the whole time. Very poor service and very poor quality. read more

Made an appointment at Kroma after quitting my regular nail guy. This nail salon is 10/10. The staff are so attentive and kind. Huge thank you to IVY for giving me exactly what I was wanting without complaint or telling me no. She was also so gentle in filling my nails. I left with no battle wounds, something I was evidently accustomed to having at my former nail salon. Oryan (I'm so sorry if I misspelled!) was so sweet as well. We, my girlfriend and I, were even given mimosas. It was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We've found our new regular nail bar and Kroma is it! read more

The salon is beautiful, it's nice and quiet, brand new equipment, and was offered complimentary lovely bubbly which was a PLUS! I wish I could come here once a week just to relax. Got a classic pedicure by David- really great service! He was professional and provided a thorough pedicure. The service: David took extra care in scrubbing my callus and the paint job was clean and smooth. The classic pedicure comes with a sugar scrub and a hot towel, both very relaxing. David even shared stories of his kids and was very welcoming and personal. The salon: Tools are clean and new for each client. The spa chair tubs are lined with a plastic bag to provide extra safety. I booked an appointment through their website and checked in upon arrival using their iPad, which confirmed my appointment was scheduled. However, the receptionist said she couldn't see my appointment on her end and found it odd that the system even allowed me to book. When I asked if I could still receive the pedicure I had scheduled, she simply said, "No, not right now." No offer to help, no alternatives, no apology. Business owner is trying to dismiss my original review and lying. I never refused to come in, he asked me to send pictures and I'd receive a call back the next day. I waited multiple days and then had to reach out again to them. I was told they cannot offer full refunds for everybody, to which I said you can't refund the people who get infections from your salon? He was adamant on not giving me a full refund and told me we could go through their insurance. Very unprofessional way to treat a regular customer who literally got an infection from the establishment. He admitted the technician nicked me multiples times and that I should go to a doctor so my infection didn't worsen. He refused over and over saying it wasn't fair to them and it was complicated to refund my basic pedicure. I agreed to a partial refund because I wanted it to be over with and I was over talking to the business owner when he called me back and told me he'd looked at the pictures again and talked it through with his wife and said that yes the guy did mess up my toes and they'd give me a full refund. Mind you this experience of trying to get my money back lasted about a week and the final phone call lasted around 30 minutes of him refusing. Glad his wife talked some sense into him because he would not listen to me. read more
