With his help I got through the application process, but I had to leave due to a prior appointment, with the promise of coming back the next day. The morning of the next day I received a follow-up call from the manager Kevin. Kevin and I hit it off right away, because we both love dogs and other animals (I work in dog rescue) and he had a great, friendly personality. It was nice not having to chase after someone to take my money (I'm looking at you Magnum). I set up an appointment with him for the next day to sign the deal. Kevin and Hector made the process completely painless and like I said, I cannot recommend them more, great crew at Tri-County Powersports! Thank you Hector and Kevin, you guys rock!

Was set to arrive at 9 AM on a Saturday morning and they had me back on the road with two new tires installed within an hour. Mechanics were friendly and could see were diligent in their work. I got lucky and today was a customer appreciation day and there was a DJ/ taco stand for customers. Definitely appreciated the free tacos while they worked on my motorcycle.

I paid the hourly rate for them to adjust my shocks on my harley. They took it into the shop and…read moretold me they adjusted compression damping specifically. I happily pay because they've figured something out that I couldn't. My shocks do not have adjustable compression damping. I look at the shocks and see the preload was set way back. They charged me $182 to dial back my preload. Total ripoff. On top of that, the screw they pointed to and told me was compression damping adjustment was actually the nitrogen gas relief valve. I had to take the shock to ohlins and make sure everything was still good. When I spoke to the owner or manager, he denied ever saying he adjusted compression damping, told me I'm confused and "misunderstandings happen all the time." He denied touching that screw even though I witnessed it with my own two eyes. He argued there's cameras in the shop and I said let's see it. Of course, he didn't pull the footage up. I'm not happy with how this business handles customer dissatisfaction. If he told me on the spot he adjusted preload, we'd be all good. But he denied everything and wouldn't look me in the eyes to talk to me about it. More important things to do apparently.

All I can say is that the people over at Kronik ROCK!!! What a great group of people to deal with. I purchased 3 pit bikes from them and i could nt be happier. The bikes look and run great. When I've had questions or needed advice on riding techniques or how to to change a part, they have always been there to willing to help! If you are looking to have fun and don't have a ton of money to spend, check out Chronic because they give you the price out the door and no questions asked! Went about a year ago to get my 125 cc swapped to a140cc because I blew the 125cc up. He swapped it and it runs amazing faster then ever still no problems with it I only go back to his shop to buy new tires no I love it. U will beat any groom with this swap no problems I'm 200 pounds and it gets me to about 60mph lots of fun. read more

THE SPOT to get pit bikes and mini quads.... but they also carry buggies, and other bikes. We bought a little 110 quad for my daughter there. The owner was extremely helpful and kind to my daughter. I needed a carburator for a quad repaired or replaced. The owner "Pete" took the Quad in and had it replaced and repaired within 6 hours. The service at Kronix is GREAT and so is the pricing. I would deffinately recommend this shop to everyone. read more

We've purchased 8 new BMW bikes over the last four years (three 1250 GSA's). Honestly - last week's visit here was a negative first experience for both my wife and I ... she rides an F700, Ural, R1250GSA, and an S1000XR (both do) ... so, I was encouraging her to sit on the new 1300. The sales rep seemed concerned (talked "at her" from a distance). Asking her to be careful sitting on the bike. Kinda insulting, she's an Orthopedic surgeon, flies airplanes, and has ridden all over Europe, BC, Mexico etc. on BMW motos. Premium Prices: Not a premium experience at all. 12k service on a 2024 GSA is $1031 Oh, and it's x 1.03 because they need to get another 3% out of you for "the privilege" of using your credit card. It's another $350 on top to flush the brakes. Service Receipt: incorrect Our service (receipt) paperwork owner's name is incorrect - but they're saying they can't correct it once it's paid for. Not okay. These aren't our people. Maybe they can be "your people?"
