Sandy had to special order some Michelin tires for me and they took two days to arrive. Was set to arrive at 9 AM on a Saturday morning and they had me back on the road with two new tires installed within an hour. Mechanics were friendly and could see were diligent in their work. I got lucky and today was a customer appreciation day and there was a DJ/ taco stand for customers. Definitely appreciated the free tacos while they worked on my motorcycle.

I paid the hourly rate for them to adjust my shocks on my harley. They took it into the shop and…read moretold me they adjusted compression damping specifically. I happily pay because they've figured something out that I couldn't. My shocks do not have adjustable compression damping. I look at the shocks and see the preload was set way back. They charged me $182 to dial back my preload. Total ripoff. On top of that, the screw they pointed to and told me was compression damping adjustment was actually the nitrogen gas relief valve. I had to take the shock to ohlins and make sure everything was still good. When I spoke to the owner or manager, he denied ever saying he adjusted compression damping, told me I'm confused and "misunderstandings happen all the time." He denied touching that screw even though I witnessed it with my own two eyes. He argued there's cameras in the shop and I said let's see it. Of course, he didn't pull the footage up. I'm not happy with how this business handles customer dissatisfaction. If he told me on the spot he adjusted preload, we'd be all good. But he denied everything and wouldn't look me in the eyes to talk to me about it. More important things to do apparently.

I'd advise against using this man's service as he is inept and incompetent at servicing motorcycle…read moreshocks. I made the mistake of contacting him to service the Ohlins for my 1200gsa before riding it to Ushuaia. I was planning to buy a set of Touratech shocks, but he talked me out of it, saying that I have "perfect shocks as is" and they will last all the way to Argentina. Sure enough, by the time I reached Colombia, I had a leak. I flew from Bogota to Los Angeles with the shock in my luggage to rebuild it at Brennan's. (He took his sweet time doing so and communicated poorly about it being ready.) After I got back to Colombia, his rebuild only lasted a few hundred miles. I texted him about it, but he said that I "probably have the wrong shock for the ride I'm doing" and then ignored my messages. It took Ohlins USA headquarters and their tech in Buenos Aires, Leo Segat, to figure out that the shock had a bad ball joint. Despite having the shock in his possession for weeks, with plenty of time to figure out what was wrong with it, this Brennan guy can only talk about how great he is. When push comes to shove, he's all hat, no cattle. Here I am, writing this review from Bolivia on a leaky shock that now needs to either fly to Buenos Aires for service or be replaced. Thanks, Brennan, you are a total bozo. TLDR: Don't make the mistake of hiring this guy. Send your Ohlins to the official dealer in North Carolina; it costs the same or a little cheaper

This guy is a total pro. I recently inquired about a replacement shock for my 2013 BMW f800gs…read more Blown seal, oil all over the place. 30k miles on it. Brenner quickly explained what my Ohlins options were... I ordered the shock and he had it sprung and drop shipped directly to me in a matter of days. I installed the shock and couldn't be happier. What a huge difference over the stock rear suspension! I can't wait to send my forks to Brenner next, to install an Ohlins kit up front. I can feel how poorly suspended they are, now that I have a killer upgraded rear shock.
