If a person spends thousands of dollars, in your store, year after year, and has minimal to no complaints, DON'T YOU THINK they deserve the benefit of the doubt when they finally have an issue? Now I'm not the customer at this shop, but I am the customer of the shopper of this shop ....that depends on good product for thier livelihood. I'm the one buying the product secondhand. I have had hair extensions, in my hair, for over a year and a half and have learned exactly how to take care of my Extentions. My Hair Dresser and I decided to replace them with new ones so they would look dramatically new and healthy, not because they were ratty or a mess or didn't have life left in them. So I did. Six weeks later, the brand new hair extension,of the same brand, were definitely faulty in color and for some reason!seem to rat up a bit. The color went from Brown to Orange. DID NOT use different product on them. But guess who the Manager at this business blamed? Me.!!!!!!!!! After a year and a half of proving my complete dedication to keeping these hair extensions perfect, " I " all of a sudden don't know how to care of my product. My Hair Dresser wanted an exchange and got denied. Then she requested how about 50% off of a new set and she got denied. What kind of Customer Service is this place? My Hair Dresser doesn't rip me off on selling me these hair extensions or double her money.... She charges me her cost of the hair extensions. She doesn't have anything to gain in this process. She knows, if she keeps me happy, I'll keep coming back to her. But I guess this business doesn't have the same work ethic that my Hair Dresser does. I am so mad for her and disappointed that this company doesn't even allow exchanges or refunds for a bad product... I guess they just think their customers are liars. What a disappointing and disgusting response to a customer that spends thousands of dollars in their shop. After investigation, I see that there are many people that complain about this companies customer service. Shameful. I guess they really don't care what anybody thinks of them.

I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm the appointment time and address. On the day of my appointment, I arrived and messaged her to let her know I was there. My husband was with me, and she did not come over to greet or introduce herself. Instead, I was left waiting until the salon manager had to step in and inform her that I was there. During the appointment itself, things seemed fine. She blow-dried and curled my hair so I could see the results. I paid in full, including tip, and left the salon without noticing any immediate issues. However, a few days later, when I went to style my hair into a slick bun (which is required for my sister's wedding), I noticed significant blotchiness and dark spots throughout my blonde hair on the top of my head. It was very noticeable and not what I expected after a professional service. I reached out to Jasmin early in the morning and did not receive a response until several hours later. When she did respond, she said she did not have time to fix my hair and suggested I go to another stylist and ask them to correct it. I explained that I needed her to fix it before the wedding, but she said she could only see me two weeks later. I asked if she could recommend someone at the salon or make any effort to help resolve the issue sooner, but she declined. I also offered flexibility with my schedule, including weekends, but was told she was not comfortable servicing me and she ultimately refused to fix the problem. As a paying client, I was very disappointed that the issue was not addressed, especially given the timing before an important event. I will have to end up having to seek another stylist at additional cost to correct the work. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience, particularly due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and willingness to resolve a service issue. This allows the cuticles to close while the color is getting deposited into your hair. - Start using a purple shampoo in 3 weeks to help keep brassiness at bay. - Use sulfate-free colored hair friendly shampoo/conditioner like Pureology. - Use something like Olaplex or K18 to keep hair strong and healthy. - In 2 months, come back for toning to refresh color.
